Precise Mechanical Repairs

Very friendly and professional! The staff went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle where it needed to be to pass an out of province inspection which they do at their shop as well. Good mechanics don't come cheap, but it's worth every penny for the peace of mind!

I have a 95 4runner which in the future I will completely trust to these guys. I felt like they loved it as much as I do!
The speed of work, the detail on the diagnostics and the detail on the quote meant no surprises. The work was done beautifully and truck drives as well as it ever has. The communication from Stephanie was awesome and she was such a big help. Thanks to all the guys there that I didn't get to meet and I will definitely be back. They also gave me a list of what I should be looking at getting work done on in the future with different levels of urgency as part of the diagnostic which allows us to budget ahead of time.
Fantastic service and I won't be going anywhere else from now on.

Absolutely amazing friendly service so punctual from the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by Heather who blew me away with her positive attitude and so much knowledge and the friendliness of the mechanics and their prompt service in fixing my exhaust issue in a very short time at a very economical price I most definitely will recommend them to my family and friends.

Had a great experience getting my car repaired with Precise. They have a great online system for booking an appointment where you can detail any issues and attach pictures. I appreciated the team walking me through the issues my car had and in what priority they needed to be fixed, and the estimate I received was through and clear. I’ll definitely be switching my car service needs to Precise in the future.

I rarely recommend businesses but when you deal with a business that has integrity, honesty they deserve a shout out. I'm not an expert on diesel so when I took my truck to Cam.it was a great experience and his knowledge of the make, model, engine was a breath of fresh air. I don't like to say bad things about other shops but he was my second choice when searching and I went off reviews and a recommendation.was not a good experience from the other shop.that bad experience brought me to him. A business I would recommend to friends and new people that move to the area. Have a diesel? Go see him!

10/10 service from these guys, was on my way to Victoria from revelstoke bc when I had a wheel bearing pile up, it was Friday and saint paddy’s day to boot, Adrian got me in and out before noon! When all the other shops said they couldn’t help till Monday. Honest no BS service from these guys, if you need auto work done. I’d highly recommend this shop.

I was blown away by the service I was offered. My passenger window unfortunately came down (and never came up) and I was urgently trying to fix this as it is a security issue. Stephanie was quick to let me know that they would take me in due to the circumstances and at least have a look. Mechanic Adrian was kind and understanding, he was able to put my window back up manually for the time being. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing honest work, great price and unbelievable customer service! Came in for a rattling and seperate power steering issue. Within a few hours was called and let know it was a minor housing issue that needed tightening and the power steering issue was just a pinhole leak he was able to just repair the hose. Not told I needed to replace anything and was just over $200 which is the lowest I have ever spent at a mechanic! Thanks so much Adrian and the crew. Will be a lifetime customer now.
