I parked at your lot 6580 Fraser Street Vancouver. Aug 4th at 10: 19am there were 2 of your employees hanging around the lot like vultures badge1023. All the signs on the Rexal Drug store exterior wall say free parking for customer register in the store. Which we did. I bought my moms depends underwear and left the store. I go to my car and the guy watches me go to my car and I see there is a ticket for $50. I took the ticket to him and asked why I got a ticket when I followed your companies instructions and registered. He gets snarky and tells me I parked in a reserved spot for staff I pointed out to him. There in nothing on that sign that says reserved fo staff it just says reserved. I told him then the sign needs to State that and needs changing. He told me not to speak to him in the tone I was using. I told him he could have said something to ne when I parked the car instead of waiting for me to be out of sight to ticket me. The Bbb gives your company a F rating and there are numerous complaint of people getting tickets when they have paid. I guess it dies not natter because it is obvious with these business practices that you are naming so much money you really don't give a dumb that you are running an unethical company. Face book does wonders for companies like yours.

Another day another scamming from, oh well a parking Company. There has to be a way to control these guys over their unlawful and illegal actions! DO NOT PARK on the lifelab coquitlam parking lot. There was no parking meter in sight and therefore, I couldn't pay my tickets and they fined me 100$.

Avoid parking at any of these lots. They are a TERRIBLE company to deal with and total scammers. Rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with. Disgusting behaviour from their manager. There should be a zero star option. They are not worthy of 1 star. I’ll be reporting to BBB.

The first fine ticket is already with two previous overdue ticket, they used this trick to get ur money, and said will never dispute.

Parked at one of their spots in Harrison Hot Springs across a Vietnamese restaurant. Paid online for my parking and 10 minutes later I see a patrol ticketing my car, as well as my in-laws' vehicle and told her we paid parking through online and said that it didnt show in her system so she told me to call the phone number on the parking ticket. Been trying to reach them for 3 days now and also been emailing and no one has responded or picked up their office phone. Very unprofessional and the inconvenience this has caused is very upsetting.

SCAMMERS! Do NOT park at this company's garages. I parked here when staying in Canada. I had no signal, went to check into the hotel and get wifi, and paid for parking. They STILL gave me a $50 ticket within the 10 mins of checking into the hotel. When I tried to dispute the ticket, they took 2 weeks to respond, and never picked up the phone when I called. I tried to pay the ticket within the week period after my dispute, and when I went onto the website, they said I was overdue and are making me pay $175. Greedy, slimey people- taking advantage of a student visiting their country- absolutely disgusting.

Absolute thieves! Their machine wasn't working and I sent in a complaint. I received no response back, no correspondence, just a bill in the mail that's now been marked up from $100 to $175 in less than 2 months. This is absolutely illegal. See you in court.

Unnecessary ticket, even I provide my booking confirmation and explained and I was told under 2 hours no need to REGISTER your plate, they decline my request! This business is there to get money and its not fair at all!

Precise link gave me a $50 ticket for a missed day of parking at Sandman Hotel (due in part to their parking app not working that day) valued at $9.35. I tried to reason with them over the phone and by email a few times and got nowhere with a stubborn clerk. They magically boosted the ticket to $175.00 and also sent it to collections. From $9.35 to $175 on a whim. The city of Vancouver is nowhere near this stubborn and weird about their tickets. I will happily spend $500+ to drown their profit on this in court just to reiterate ridiculous fees.

This is a warning to anyone who parks at their locations.

You guys loose probably over $500+ per year from me by not parking in your lots. Your loss.

I sent in cheque for fine, then ten days later, I get a notice that I haven't paid and increased fine to $175 from the original $100. When I tried calling in, they didn't even pick up. Total scam business. I hope they get a class action lawsuit or something.

Absolute scam company. I always pay for my parking and this is only the one or two times I've ever gotten a ticket. Called in to dispute my parking ticket with my receipt and the guy answer the phone was very rude and dismissive. Won't be doing business here again.

Do not do business with this company. Gave ticket for a licence plate that expired over 20 years ago in 2002. Required to contact ICBC to get a letter proving the licence plate was expired even through they got my information from ICBC. They were emailed proof from ICBC and they sent it to a collection agency anyway. Can't call and speak to anyone and the email address they provide gets no replies. Company ignores any evidence provided and just hope people give up and pay. Completely unethical.

I'd give zero stars if I could, I just got a final notice in the mail for a ticket back on June 28th in Vancouver, i was never even in Vancouver lol and this is the first thing I've ever received from them.

Absolute scam. I didn't park in their lot, got stuck at the front gate. They wrote down my license plate number and gave me a $100 ticket. When I refuted it they refused and charged me more.
