Precision Gutters Ltd

Precision Gutters Ltd, we used them the first time this year, after the snowfall of January ripped a gutter out of the wall. Their Rep came to view on the day he said he would come, and per his word we received a quote within 24 hours. They came to our building within a week, arriving 15 minutes early and started working within minutes. They left the "job site" clean, one would never have known any work had been done. The two Gentlemen who worked on the job were Respectful, knew their job, did an excellent piece of work. Repositioned the original downspout made suggestions on the best position, did the work, let me know they were almost ready to leave for me to come check on the work, and if I'm happy with what was done. They were done within 40 minutes, cleaned up, truck packed away, work area swept up, no sign that any type of work was done. As for the new Gutter and downspout.it looks like its been there since the building was built in 1983.
I highly recommend Precision Gutters Ltd for any work to be done at your home or your building. The young men who represented their Company were simply put. AWESOME, AMAZING, FRIENDLY, and a credit to Precision Gutters Ltd.

I am sure these guys do ok work, we spoke with the staff and they were nice, but if you care about your neighbors maybe look elsewhere. These guys brought a truck with some kind of industrial pump or vacuum, I have never heard anything that loud ever. It literally shook our house for 4 hours, from 8: 55 till now. I am certain this is loud enough to exceed the decibel limits in our community. We decided not to call bylaws and to use ear plugs, but my office was totally unusable that entire time, I can only now start my day of work. I doubt I will be that patient next time, and although it is something I have never done, I will likely call bylaws to come and assess if that level of noise is ok. We have had a lot of construction around as well as daily leaf blowing etc but nothing has ever come close to this.beyond obnoxious, I am certain the technology exists to dampen the noise that thing produces. We will speak to our neighbors to see if they can hire someone else next time, fortunately for them they were not home, our ears are still ringing!

I am very impressed with the integrity of this company and their workmanship. They did an exceptional job. They also are very polite and clean up after themselves. The company is very innovative on great solutions to gutter issues. I highly recommend Precision Gutters. They came highly recommended to me and I am very happy I called and had them do the job. They did a great colour match to my house and it looks awesome. It was a terrible cold windy day when they came. They diligently went about the job with a smile. Jason Dunbar installed the gutter for our newly built duplex and a couple of lane-way house. He is very attentive, knowledgeable, hard working. He has really good workmanship and follow through on all projects.

We had Precision gutters replace our old system, we went with precision largely due to their sales guy Connor, he was here when he said he would be, and he responded to emails and calls quickly, the installation crew was a pleasure to have onsite, Riley and Chad went about their jobs in extreme heat and were very polite young men, who knew their jobs very well! Precision Gutters 5 star for sure. Used this same company about ten years ago on another home, and now on this home. The team arrived right on time, well-coordinated experienced group. They were very efficient, very courteous and very attentive to protecting any exterior installations on the house. They carefully repaired the soffit areas that had been pulled away. I would recommend this company to anyone searching for high quality, plus good workmanship for new gutters.

Jason was very creative about improving our drainage and saving money by allowing me to paint the replacement roof gable boards prior and even cut off a piece of the existing rotted one for me to colour match the paint.

The team who did the work were very helpful and respectful and cleaned up thoroughly after doing a quality job. So glad that I asked someone in the industry for a recommendation as I might not have found such a good company offering fantastic quality at a fantastic price.

We were having issues with standing water in one section of our gutters. The first company that I contacted insisted the the issue could only be fixed by replacing all gutters on the house.
Precision gutters came to give an estimate and instead suggested installing a new downspout.

They unfortunately installed the downspout in the wrong area. After contacting them they were able to send a technician to install a second downspout in the correct area within the week. Very satisfied and impressed with their professionalism and response to an error that they immediately admitted fault to.

Very efficient booking process, quick turnaround for the repair, excellent staff, and reasonable price so I highly recommend.

Even though I had to wait quite a long time to get my gutters cleaned it was well worth it. Cory and Cody came to do the job they were friendly and completed the cleaning in one of the most horrendous downpours I have ever seen. That did not hamper the job what so ever. The gutters were cleaned to my satisfaction and look like new again. Thank you for doing such a great job!

When I first made contact they sent someone to provide an estimate right away and within days I had a proper contract and quote. I was sent pictures to approve materials and the job was completed ahead of schedule. The crew was great and all debris was cleaned up and taken away. There was no trace of any debris when they left. Every person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing gutters replaced or serviced.

Precision Gutters installed a whole new gutter system in our home. We went with leaf guards and traps on the downspouts. They suggested using black gutters which after they were installed looked so good!

We have been very pleased with the product and the service - sturdy and well-installed. The product performed very well in the recent heavy rainfalls. The gutter traps that are easily reachable from the ground make cleaning out moss and leaves very easy for us as seniors. We had one minor issue with the installation related to a rain barrel, and this was promptly and efficiently resolved a few months after the original installation by a cheerful and competent service technician. Highly recommend the company and its product.

Terrible! Don't use them! Unfortunately our strata decided to go with this company, after reading the original quote after the fact, I can't believe we went with this company. Had many issues after the fact, everything was an excuse and not their problem. Not to mention after seeing the quotes from them and other companies, I can't believe we would have chosen them. Warranty reads more as loopholes. No good.

Precision Gutters (PG) truck and crew replaced my Steveston neighbor’s gutters at the beginning of 2021. Crew was very professional and completed everything in one day. I asked my neighbor about his gutters and he recommend me to contact PG regarding a replacement for 20 years old plus gutters.

Due to COVID-19, I contacted PG via Internet site. Navigation of PG site is easy and provides inclusive products and contacts information. Further inquiries and questions via emails were answered in timely manner.

Finally I do not have to worry about my gutters after 2021 BC Flood weather in December 2021. I would recommend anyone to contact Precision Gutters to get an estimate.

I contacted Precision Gutters for gutter cleaning, leaf screens and funnel outlets. I received an estimate promptly, and they were able to schedule the work before the leaves came off my tree. Professional crew wasted no time getting the job done, and left everything clean and tidy. With the rain and leaves now coming down hard, I rest easy knowing water is draining away from my home the way it should.

I cannot speak highly enough about this company. I hired them to rehab rotting and leaking built in gutters in a 1990s house. WE were very pleased with the professionalism shown from the no-pressure estimates and options to the completion of the facia boards and placement of the gutters. When some of the facia boards were a little warped they explained that they would not be placed and new boards procured as they wanted to give the same quality as they expected on their own homes. Estimator provided us with excellent information on how to improve our gutter system. The team of two men that installed the gutters worked for five hours without breaks. Once the gutters were installed they did a fantastic job of cleaning the yard. We love our new black gutters!

This is our second time hiring Precision Gutters. Our first experience with them was about 3 years ago, they installed all new gutters on our old house. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and clearly communicated everything to us. When we found out that they are also now involved in home exterior work, we immediately asked them for a quote to help us with exterior issues we were having with our new house.

All of our windows on our 15 year old house had not be installed properly by the builder, and we were literally having windows starting to push out away from the house. We also had some gable and fascia boards that needed replacing, as well as some hardy boards on the front exterior. We also replaced all the window/door trims with new wood trim. In addition, we needed some exterior work completed on our large back garden shed. Precision was more than happy to help us out and add it onto our work order, and they were able to build as an amazing new shed roof with an extended overhang, and added gutters for better drainage.

We were so lucky to have two of Precision's amazing employees, Allan (who led us thru the project from start to finish and beyond) and Mike (who completed all the inspections, carried out the exterior work, and offered us practical and aesthetically pleasing solutions). Both Mike and Allan had fantastic communication skills, were always open and honest with us, and took the time to answer any of our questions and concerns. They are both very knowledgeable and experienced professionals who truly care about their quality of work, providing a positive client experience, and standing behind quality craftmanship.

Allan was always quick to respond to my questions or concerns, both thru email, phone conversations and site visits. He made us feel comfortable with the project process, the company's standards, and how and why we were being charged for which parts of the project. He was always kind and considerate and very honest. It was such a pleasure working with Allan!

Mike always showed up to the job site on time and with a positive outlook for the day. He always explained to us where he was in the process and took us aside to show us details of the project work. Mike always consulted with us first if any unknown issues popped up along the way and provided us with very detailed inspection reports for each window and door, along with photos, so that we would have a permanent record of the issues and the work that was completed. He cleaned up the job site at the end of each day and left things neat, tidy and organized. Mike is a hard worker and is always dedicated to ensuring the homeowner gets top quality work.

A huge thank you to Allan, Mike, and the rest of the Precision Gutters team for giving us peace of mind by investigating, solving and fixing our window installation issues. We now have beautiful new window and door trims that make the house look so much better than it did before, and a beautiful and functional new garden shed roof. Well worth the investment!

I have also just discovered that Precision Gutters offers regular gutter cleaning and maintenance, and I will be looking into switching over to them for this service in the near future.

Our gutters had been leaking for awhile but our first experience with hidden gutters. Used BBB and started calling gutter repair companies. The first two companies I called referred me to Precision Gutters. After speaking with the representative he advised they were extremely busy but would get someone out as soon possible. The fellow showed up within a week. The quote was very demand included pictures. It took some extra time to have the repair crew in but the were quick and very efficient. Strongly recommend this company.

The crew that came to repair and add downspouts were on time, very professional, and went above and beyond. Getting the estimate was great as they took the time to educate and answer all my questions in a friendly manner. Installation was also great as they took the time to review the work order and ask if I still needed parts of the installation I wasn't sure about. Emails and calls were very responsive and courteous. Overall, an excellent experience!

I suggest to not use this company as I tried very hard to get quotes from them and we had lots of emails back in forward but nothing else. Just a waist of time.

Precision Gutters came out to my home in Hope BC and installed new aluminum gutters and downspouts. The crew did an amazing job and cleaned up all the debris and hauled the old gutters away! I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends. Fast, efficient and affordable.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNRELIABLE!
I was scheduled for a 2 to 3 week timeframe to get my gutters done. I had to call them after 5 weeks of waiting to see if they were still coming out to do the job. They scheduled a day to do the install and they did not show up on the set day with no call informing me, I had to call them. They rescheduled another date 5 days later and promised me they'd be there first thing in the morning.and to my surprise, I get a call and they cancelled on me again saying they did not have enough crew to do the job. They sound all nice on the phone, but their customer service is terrible. Bottom line is that these guys are not trustworthy and totally unreliable!

Do not use this company. They left debris all over the roof and surrounding area. Damaged the roof line, my sundeck rail and the existing drainpipes. Also, they removed one of the sections of the down spouts and did not replace. When I informed them of this, they denied everything in detail. I understand that there can be some damage, but they took no responsibility whatsoever. They're motto, it seems, is to DENIE, DENIE, DENIE. Not cool.

The boys came out and did a great job on cleaning and installing leaf guards highly recommend them

Upgraded to Super 5 with the leaf guard. Great job! The guys worked hard through terrible weather and cleaned up after. The new system is sloped better than the original and the house looks much better too.

I am going to give a 3 star because I dont think it's fair to give them a 1 star I would like them to give a chance to talk to the employee i will not use this company because of the unsafe practices, I am watching a worker right now on a 3 story building with no life line. If he falls and hurts himself that comes out of tax payer dollars just for him not taking the time to put a life line on.

Our strata was littered with leaky corners, and after a long meeting we finally all agreed on going with Precision Gutters. When the team arrived, they were very courteous and professional, taking care not to disturb any of our resident's gardens and making sure to let them all know what was going on in a polite manner. Jacob was quick to identify the problem on my unit, and even quicker to solve it. He even took out a wasp's nest for me! He was done so fast that my husband was sure he must've missed something, but here we are a few weeks of rain later and it's all working great! I highly recommend this company, for a fast, effective and professional experience.

Precision Gutters came to repair our leaky gutters and did some exterior fascia replacement this summer (yes, they do more than just gutters). From estimate to completion they were extremely professional, keeping me updated on arrival time, condition of the gutters, etc. I really appreciated that they took the time to look at the rest the corners to make sure all were in good working condition. They finished the job quickly, cleaned the yard and left everything as it originally was. Highly recommend.

I started with a phone call to inquire about my build-in gutter system as I wanted advice on how to deal with some overflowing issues on my gutter.

Trevor McFarlen from Precision Gutter spent some time going over my area of concerns and offered to provide me with an on-site visit. Trevor sent me a detailed estimate with options for their product and service. I decided to proceed with their recommendations.

Aaron Lee called me first thing in the morning to inform me about his estimated arrival time. Aaron showed up on time and we went through the list of recommended work. After day 1, Aaron provided me with the before and after photos of the repairs as well as the details of the remaining work planned for day 2. Day 2, received a call informing me of their ETA. Later in the day, while I was in the office I received a call from Aaron on one of the downpipe relocation work. I had earlier expressed some concerns about the location of my existing downpipe as well as the way the water is splashing on the flashing against the wall. Putting technology to work, Aaron and I had a video conference via FaceTime to show me their recommendation on how to address my concern while I was still in the office. Not only did their design solve the issue but it also looks ascetically pleasing, which is important to me.

Aaron was professional, punctual, courteous and kept me updated.

Precision Gutter completed the work on time, on budget and I am extremely happy with the end result and highly recommend you to reach out to Trevor and his team at Precision Gutter.

Worst experience ever. They lied about the time frame of the job. Job was supposed to take 5 days max, ended up being 2 months. They had inexperienced people working on my house. Went through two separate crews. First crew did next to nothing for two weeks. The foreman was the owners son and complete idiot. They left obvious rotten facia up on my house and had the balls to tell me it was complete. They were the highest quote by far, so you would think they would be great. Careful talking to them on the phone, they kill you with kindness but then stick the knife in your back when your turned around. Save yourself the time and don't even call them. I should of posted the rotten wood they left. I ended up repairing it all my self shortly after they said they finished. $16000 dollars for hidden gutter repair. Total rip off. Don't do it!

Our experience with Precision Gutters was very positive during the entire process. Connor, the salesperson was efficient in preparing the quotation in a timely manner and providing colour samples for us to choose from. We were not pressured in any way to accept the offer. We really appreciated this. We were however given a rough timeline to consider once we did give the go ahead. As we were having the exterior of our home painted, we wanting the work to be done shortly after. This worked out very well for us. The installation crew arrived on the date and at the time promised. They introduced themselves to us and reviewed the detail of the work to be performed with my husband. I am sorry that I have forgotten their names. These men were friendly, respectful, professional and hard working. They totally cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of both our property and our neighbors. (They had to set a ladder on our neighbor’s driveway in order to access our roof.) The head installer explained the warranty to us before he left. We owned and operated our family business for 26 years. This Company adheres to a very similar code of ethics to what we did. The owners should be commended for maintaining such a high standard. Referrals are critical to the ongoing success of a small business. I am happy to say that you and your staff exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

I recently had new gutters done with Precision.easy and friendly.from the first phone call with Conner the estimator. He came out and answered every one of my silly questions.walked me around my home, and made suggestions, we talked about gutter guard, where I needed it the most, if it was going to be partial or include the whole house. I actually had a few conversations with him. Being that this was my first time purchasing something like this I felt very confident that I was getting the right answers. On the day the actual crew arrived. Taylor and Kyle.very friendly, again walked me around the house, answered more questions. They worked so well together, had the job done in no time at all. Quite the advertisement for your services, one of your trucks, truck 18, stops outside my house to check the engine, and drops litter while doing so, and denied doing so when I pointed it out to them. Absentmindedness is one thing, lying quite another.

And shortly after posting this, started to receive abusive messages from someone who left a positive review. Does this business have a lot of people connected to it leaving positive reviews, or do they just do such good work that their customers are willing to leap to the offense?
