Premier Boat and RV

I stored my Rv at Premier Boat and RV.
I was able to arrange storage when I was in Florida they were very helpful in doing the paperwork on line.
My RV dealer delivered the unit for me no issues.
When I stopped by last week to check on my RV we went over the paper work arranged for the exit date with no complaints
I will definitely use them again

Picked my trailer up from storage on the 2nd, not realizing that they require 30 day notice for me to pick up MY trailer. Payment of $218.40 was processed from my credit card on the 1st. I was told in the office I was going to be given a refund. Today I checked my email to only find my $105 deposit for their entrance FOB. So I called the office only for them to tell me, well it could still be here in our lot and that I’m pretty much S. O. L
So ya, definitely won’t be choosing Premier Bat and RV again.

This is my second year of using premier to store our RV. I just picked it up and the front has new scratches through the gel coat and new bugs plastered to the grill which were not there in the fall. I have video to prove it. I cleaned it the morning I took it there. I suspect someone took it for a joy ride. I would not trust them again.

Extremely overpriced I feel bad for anyone that uses these guys. They are $24.95 per litre for block antifreeze when other shops charge anywhere from 12.99 to 18.99 per 4l jug. I called 4 marine dealers these guys are definitely price gouging.

Kept my boat in undercover storage since nov. They also did some hull repairs including gelcoat. Boat looks brand new. Nice work! This a great storage place

Had trouble with initial travel trailer cover. Upon being informed of difficulties Ryan promptly replaced the cover. The excellent customer service much appreciated.

I stored my boat with these guys. Very good and honest service. They took my boat out of covered storage every time I needed to pick it up at a certain time. When I bring it back, I just unhook it and they take care of the rest.
During winter storage the boat stayed dry and no mould appeared, since the building was well ventilated.

My best friends own this place; they like excellence and run a tight ship— pun fully intended. Park your toy here and feel peace. You'll get a fob and code to access the place yourself from 7AM to 10PM and delivery of your toy to your address is available

Great friendly folks, I’m sure its a great boat and RV storage place but this experience was far from a professional one. Simply got quoted a price range for an outboard installation onto my already stripped boat and without communication I’ve received a bill that was double the quote. SUPER SLOW, two long summer months of waiting and having my boat just sitting there, tons of excuses. I constantly checked in and inquired about the fix price, the owner was intentionally being VERY vague about it. From mentioning the job to cost around 4500-5500, to receiving a fat end bill of close to 10 grand. Zero communication for approval in terms of the price hike, just a nice big surprise at the end when i showed up. I’ve also requested some other service to get done, i.e 300 hr engine check, trailer check. Never got done, resulting more work necessary after having paying a large sum of money and waiting for 2 months. The list of unprofessionalism goes on.

Top notch company I had my boat stored in the winter for 6 years with Premier boat and RV until I recently sold it last month. The entire staff is professional and extremely helpful. Highly recommend them

I stored my trailer at Premier Boat and RV Storage for the past 2 years. This has to be the best storage facility in the lower mainland. I can’t say enough about the staff and the excellent service they provide. My trailer was winterized, dewinterized, cleaned, roof and caulking inspected and repaired as required and batteries inspected. All services were provided in a timely manner and well done by competent professional staff. I had access to my trailer all year round and the property is gated and very secure. Owners and staff are wonderful to deal with. This business is a 10 out of 10!

We stored our C-Class motor home there and when we purchased a much larger 5th wheel they were able to accommodate us with a bigger space. We never worried about our unit being safe and secure and I would recommend them to anyone. They are very friendly and helpful.

One of the best places to store your RV/boat everyone i super helpful and very professional in conducting their business.
The facility has 24hr surveillance and alarm but you still get to access it 24/7 with no issues.
Need to give big kudos to the lot guys as I needed air for my tires and they just did it no hustle no charge and actually spent the time to check all of them and communicated back to me when everything was done.thank you guys you keep amaze me every time!

Talked with Sam yesterday about our unique situation. More then helpful and accommodating and super friendly. Although I ended up cancelling our reservation due to our situation, I would use them in the future just for going above and beyond and then some to help us out. Absolutely amazing service! Thank you!
