Premier Brow Bar - Metropolis at Metrotown

Came here today November, 23rd to get eyebrows threading. Very poor customer service skills, poor of threading too. Hair is all over my face. She didn’t even ask if I would like to clean them. A small cut on my skin both sides. I had a o run to Shopper to buy polysporin to put it on. Please don’t come here guys. Very bad skills

Do not go here for lamination and lash lift. Went here Nov29 arpund 6pm. Uneven lamination and you can she the lamination job is botched. There are even specks of tint around the brows and eye area that she didn't even bother cleaning.

The lashlift is so painful.i can feel in my eyes the chemical seeps into. When she tried to clean up the liquid close to my eyelids, I felt her fingernail ran throigh my eyeball. It's so painful and uncomfortable.

What's worst is the gaslighting. She can tell I'm pretty upset and she kept insisting anyone who sees my eyebrow are gonna be so wowed like I'm an idiot.

I'm so upset I want to leave so bad I forgot who even did my brows and lashes.

Smile slays the eyebrow tinting and lamination. Positive customer experience on this shop. Will bring my daughter for pampering next visit

I came all the way from Langley and my travel is always worth it coz Smile always does a good job on cleaning my eyebrows. Plus she’s very friendly. Go find her when you visit this store in metro town!

Omg. I don’t know how to start here… I have been coming to this place for about 3 years, at first a girl hurt my eyebrows.then I gave the place a second chance and met a girl called Smile. THE TRUTH I NEVER DO REVIEWS. But Smile she deserves a review. The noblest person I've ever met and literally like her name, she receives you with a smile all the time, not like the other girls who work in the place. Smile for me is the best of all and with My daughter is a super beautiful person.

It was my first time getting my lips done. It was a great experience. Rinki was fantastic and took the time to perfecting her work. Loving my lips! Recommended her to a lot of people and they were all satisfied with the results and level of professionalism. I am sure she will not disappoint.

Went on a Friday (Remembrance Day) afternoon and they accepted walk-ins. I asked for the brow threading and upper lip wax. Overall, everything was mediocre but the place was clean. When I went home and looked at my brows carefully in the mirror, I could see that there were stray hairs in the brow area and I had to remove them. The lady did not do a good job at shaping my brows. I probably will not return in the future.

I got microblading done few days back and I must say Pam did exceptionally good job. She really helped me out and did a beautiful job, should’ve come to her 1st itself.

Yesterday I went to the Brow bar at metrotown to get my eyebrows done by threading technic. Customer's service was awful. It was fast, but the experience in general was bad, the woman who did my eyebrows was very rude, she rushed me all the time and treated me badly. I will never come back

I was suggested by a friend to come here to get my eyebrows threaded and every experience I've had has been amazing. Top quality service, friendly staff. I recently went to the store and was serviced by Navi. She recognized me and asked for my name and from there we were able to talk the time that I was there. I can say that I trust this location and its team with my clean ups when I go in. A bit pricey but worth it nonetheless.

My mum and I always come in and have been getting our eyebrows done by Navi for about a year now. She is super sweet and I leave super happy with my eyebrows on fleek every time. I went to this place a couple of hours ago just before my class started and the staff who served me I believe her name is Navi, was so nice. I got my brows threaded and got my lash lifting and she was the one helping me out asking how I am doing every minute since it was my first time doing lash lifted as it felt a little weird. I would totally recommend it going here. The staff are so nice especially Navi. It may be a little expensive however, but it was totally worth the shot. They were also having promotions so make sure you come before it ends!

The worst brow threading I've ever had in Vancouver. Customer service? Professionalism? None of the above. They didn't even put a napkin properly, no measure, not even a brush to see how they where looking. I would never go back or recommend this place, that's why it was empty on a Saturday afternoon, I should had trust that. So disappointed

SO impressed with my lash lift and tint! Nonica was wonderful - I didn't know what to expect, and she talked me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. The results are fantastic as well, I won't have to wear makeup this summer now, thank you Nonica!

Checked out the newly opened Premier Brow Bar at Metrotown on Christmas Eve for eyebrow threading. Liked how efficient the whole process was and the cleanliness of the store. The beauticians there were very helpful in explaining what brow shapes work best. And even took care to use witch hazel on me after realizing I had sensitive skin

I came in for a consultation and they took their time to carefully listen to what I was looking for. I am amazed by the incredible customer service. I got a lash lift done from here and I absolutely loved it. It was so efficient and I am more than happy with the results. The professionalism and cleanliness here is astounding.

Amazing experience! From the very first moment I achieved the state of bliss. Friendly professional staff great variety of services. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. The customer service was also amazing they greeted me with joy and were very welcoming.

This is the best eyebrow place I have tried so far that is also very reasonably priced. I got my eyebrows done here last week, the staff was very professional and the place was very clean. My eyebrow threading experience was quick and painless.

I just got my eyebrows threaded by Navi. I haven't let anyone thread my eyebrows in 4 years. I always groomed them on my own. Navi did not disappoint me. She made it quick and rather less painful than I remember eye brow threading to be. Its very affordable for such a clean, well maintained space in the mall. Would go back for more services.

I got serious epifolliculitis on my whole forehead after face threading on 2020.12.31 afternoon. I did face threading at the other place before and never had this issue. I am a dry skin so I didn’t even have more than 3 pimples on my whole face. I am pretty sure the threading damaged my hair follicles because I felt painful during the threading (i am not sensitive to pain). After threading, they didn’t apply any product to disinfect my skin. This caused the infection. My forehead looks really awful now with tons of pimples on my forehead. I wish my face can entirely cure.

So today I ended up going to the brow bar place after a long shift, naturally I was feeling exhausted and ready to go home ASAP but I when I came, I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and another woman who turned out to be Navi! Oh my goodness Navi put such a huge smile on my face and her service was impeccable! Reading her reviews from the Coquitlam location already had me sold, yet she still managed to exceed my expectations. Thank you so much Navi! You and your team are incredible:)

These guys did amazing job on my eyebrows and mostly I like the way they consult. They ask what u want and work accordingly. Glad to see this place in Metrotown

I have went to multiple places to get my eyebrows done, and my brows are VERY difficult to thread because of how furry and uneven they grow. Navi helped me finally fix my eyebrows the way I wanted. She is so talented and I have never in my life met someone who can do my brows that beautifully.

It was completely painless and it did not take too long. She knew what she was doing! She was very confident and honest when I asked her questions. Her honesty and genuine care makes her so good in her work.

When you go here, make sure to ask for Navi because this girl knows what she is doing. I am only upset because she is going to get so famous and then I have to book two weeks in advance to see her!

Just got my eyebrows done by Navi. She was super attentive to my instructions and followed my existing shape to a tee! She was friendly and gentle with the thread. Felt very safe and clean with the Covid protocols. I will definitely be back regularly for her to keep my eyebrows on point! Great Job Navi!
