Been searching for someone to do my eyebrows since I moved to vancouver over a year ago and I finally found someone. My eyebrows look great! I will definitely be back whenever I need my eyebrows done.

First time in was a just about a couple weeks and was very happy with the service. Came in as a walk-in while shopping and Maria (I do believe that was her name) greeted me very quickly. I had never got my eyebrows threaded before and was very happy with the results, even a week and a bit later they’re still looking great.

Went there for full face yesterday jass did and amazing job she is extremely skilled and have a grt energy

Monika is amazing and experienced. Super professional and knows her stuff plus how to treat her clients.

Today I went to get my brows done here and tinted and she took a chunk of my eyebrow off.and tried to cover it up with the dye I told her that my eyebrow some of it was missing and she told me I never had hair there, and I did.you can see the hair follicles it's super noticeable and looks awful. She did not even apologize.will never be going back

I have never had a problem with getting my eyebrows threaded at this place until today. It’s like she didn’t even care about the service I was paying her to do. My eyebrows are so uneven and she left a bald spot on one of my eyebrows and didn’t even make them even. I will not be coming back here and will be telling other people about my experience here.

My eyebrows have never been so groomed in my life. Whenever I'm walking in public I often get many compliments on my brows. One phrase I often hear is "hey gregory nice eyebrows", "cool eyebrows greg", and "greg your eyebrows are looking fresh af"

Not my usual place, decided to try it in a pinch for brow and lip threading.

Woman was extremely rude to begin with but I gave her the benefit of the doubt - some people come off like this but don’t mean it.
I’ve been getting my brows threaded for over 10 years, ask for the same thing, and have never had someone take off half my brows. My brows are super thin and short now too. When I said this she had a strange half smile - maybe from nerves but just comes off extremely rude - and kept saying she had to because my brows were uneven ….
All in all, she was unapologetic (she did manage to mutter the word sorry a couple times - completely forced and not genuine) and reluctantly didn’t charge me for the full service.

Do not go here - another customer had come back while I was waiting, also unsatisfied.

Customer service is rude, and doesn’t seem like they are very skilled at threading.

I have been going to the Coquitlam location for quite a few years now, and regularly go there for threading services every 2-3 weeks, sometimes once a week. I have been pretty satisfied with the services so far.

Once the mask wearing mandate was lifted, the majority of the staff did not wear masks, but when I asked if they could slip on a mask, they did so. Lately, many of the employees do not have masks to wear. On Friday August 5, an employee who was free at the time, did not have a mask to wear and asked me to wait for another employee to finish with her client (I was told that she had a mask to wear). She ended up not having a mask. I left my contact info for the manager to contact me and went downstairs to the Brava Salon to get threading done. The lady at Brava put on a mask, no problem at all.

Why is management not providing masks for their staff to wear in the event that a customers requests it? Not everyone will be comfortable with someone inches away from their face, without a mask. We're still in a pandemic.
I might like to continue going to Premier Brow Bar but the attitude from your staff regarding this matter is pretty disappointing.
What is your solution to this issue?

I’ve been getting my brows done at this location since I moved into the area. Monika usually takes care of mine, I will say hands down she is the best. She always gives me exactly what I want without ever having to tell her, and she’s very gentle also. I highly recommend this location and ask for Monika

I have had my eyebrows done once a month here for years and am never disappointed. They always do an amazing job with shape AND tint. Truly amazing and consistent service!

This place is fantastic, they are quick, friendly and the prices are great! Rinki was excellent with my eyebrows!

This was the worst experience I have ever had in getting my eyebrows threaded. I had called ahead and spoke to Ritu asking if she could do a brow rehab for me (brow mapping+threading) as I have gotten them done previously at the Burnaby location by Navi who was wonderful but unfortunately no longer worked there. The service is stated on their website and Ritu had confirmed that she was capable of doing so. However once I arrived, Ritu then told me that she didn't actually know what I was talking about and said that she was unable to do such a thing because apparently they didn't provide the service. So I settled for just a normal threading service but then she botched my eyebrows and took off way too much hair and made them more uneven than when I first walked in. Mind you I had also driven 30 minutes just to get there because I specifically wanted a brow rehab. You will never catch me at a Premier Brow Bar ever again.

I had booked an eyelash lift and tint at this salon and had a great experience. I had the pleasure of meeting Forum, who walked me through the steps adding a sense of comfortability and a welcoming atmosphere. The lift looked exactly as I wanted it to and has not gone down even on the third week. I will definitely come back not only due to the results of the lift but the excellent customer service!

Monika is an absolute eyebrow master! I always get so many compliments after a thread and tint from her. Highly recommend this place and Monika to take your natural brows to the next level.

The reception (at desk on March 21 at 1pm) was on her cellphone, and I waited for 10 minutes. I asked her questions but she completely ignore that i was there, kept talking to friend or someone on her cellphone.

My experience wasn't great here, I wont go here again.

INCREDIBLY RUDE. Worst service I’ve ever had. I got my eyebrows threaded and was very clear that’s all I wanted. It hurt more than usual (I often get them done), they were done quickly enough. After she was done she suggested I get my upper lip done. I never suggested it. When I said “no, that’s not what I asked for, why are you suggesting it? ” she said it’s because “I need it done” and continued to ask me if I’ll get it done.
Absolutely unwanted “advice” and comments on my body hair I don’t even have, and never asked for.

I had done my eye brows here with Monika she’s really professional and gentle while doing my brows. Definitely gonna come back here again. Highly recommended

Monica has been doing my Brazilian and under arm waxing for almost a year now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do it! I have been to many waxing places and have had other people wax me but None as painless or hairless as when Monica does it. She is very professional and knows exactly what she’s doing. The prices are affordable as well! If you want any waxing or threading done ask for Monica!

Not recommended at all.
Asked and paid for HD brows like what I had before (elsewhere) in the first photo. This is what I showed them and this is end result (2nd photo) all the tint in the middle and not hd looking at all. Uneven as had to use the tweezers when I got home as they didn’t wax them properly.
Whenever I’ve had HD brows done elsewhere they have taken care and spent about 40mins on them hence the much better quality results. These were just rushed and was out within 20mins.

Went in for upper lip and eye brow threading Thursday evening, I had rashes and acne like spots form afterwards. I have been getting this done for years and this is literally the first time this happened. For my upper lip as she was doing it I was thinking why is she still doing it when I can clearly feel I have no hair left.do not recommend I mean this is your face you know…

Esthetician’s should know beforehand if someone’s skin is sensitive. I’ve had to watch my girlfriend suffer in pain for days now with bumps/rashes all over her neck and face from waxing at your establishment. Heartbreaking.

I’ve been their three times. I just expected to get just a normal professional service or quality three times. But their brow threading was the worst I’ve ever had every single time. And now my brows look like pierrot and she told me that “I think this looks nice on you” after doing it on my face. It’s too late. Also she accidentally threaded out part of my eye lashes. I’m not gonna come back anymore. I always try three tries at least with whatever places but I think I’m done with this place. Thank you. I even don’t wanna give one star to be honest. Just the worst.

Monika is amazing! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my eyebrows because she does them the best. Every time they are well shaped and looking better than ever. I only go to her. She is so sweet!

Monika does an amazing job! I get my full face threaded, lip and chin are waxed, eyebrows tinted and shaped, chin and necked are threaded. I am happy every time and Monika's work is always consistent.

I’m only rating this a 2 because my friend who did hers was great but the lady who did mine rushed it even though they weren’t busy. I’m never going back here again nor seeing the lady who did my brows. Props to the lady who did my friends though. Clearly the other one didn’t like guys doing their brows or they just didn’t like me in general. I do not recommend coming here, the price looks nice but the brows aren’t ice. The customer service sucks too especially from that one lady, but other times I came here it was alright. Anyways I’m just upset and mad that I had to pay for such a garbage job.

I saw Monika for a bikini and full leg wax, she did an amazing job and I felt comfortable since it was my first time getting a professional wax. She is a perfectionist and so thorough, I recommend seeing her for sure!

I got my first waxing done here! It didn't even hurt and they finished up so quick! My legs were clear of hair. They do a very good job. They have good customer service. I'm definitely going back.

I came to premier brow bar yesterday to get my whole face hairless! Mala was very good and professional. She did everything I wanted and was very thorough as i have a lot of hair and it’s thick.she was also very patient when the tread for treading kept breaking! It was also my first getting my upper lip and chin waxed and she was very caring towards that which made me feel more comfortable and wanting to keep coming back (which i will be from now on) as my normal girl isn’t willing to do threading or can’t due to business rules.mala did up sell me doing my neck but that was okay because not only did i get a discount for doing my full face, now i’m hairless and its all done and fresh. Also the fact she put witch hazel oil on my face to help with breakouts and infectious as my skin reacts to this service. But again a big thank you to Mala for being so friendly, caring and information, i will defiantly be coming back to see you and highly recommend premier brow bar! The pricing is very reasonable for the service mala gives:)

I had a great experience at this place. Navi is one of the best esthetician I have received service from in a long time. She is knowledgeable and skilful in what she does. She is great on what she does! More importantly, she loves what she does. We can sense that this is is not only a job for her. But, she actually cares for her customers. She is pleasant and friendly. Just had my brows done. Florescent lights so bright I couldn't see what was actually done til i got home
My clean up consisted of her turning my nicely arched brows into straight accross sticks with no shape. Hack job.

This is the best place for threading eyebrows and body waxing. All staff is very friendly and professional! Wonderful service, never disappointed! I would highly recommend Monika. This is honestly the best place to get eyebrows done in the tri cities! I moved here from Edmonton one year ago and I really struggled to find somewhere that did amazing threading. I’m so happy this place was recommended to me. I see a woman named Ramen and she is so talented. I love that she always remembers my daughter who comes with me and takes time to ask about my family. Ramen always is so precise and takes her time and does a beautiful job! I also get tinting of my eyebrows done and have had my eyelashes tinted there as well and both services are outstanding as well. The aloe cooling gel at the end is so amazing and relaxing! Highly recommend to everyone who asks me where I get my brows done!

Worst threading I have ever received, she used wax as well as thread, my face and neck were red and actually scabbed over. Don’t let them tint your eyebrows either, I had that done previously and it was awful.

I've been going here for years and everytime I have ever been has been a great experience. Today I had Ash do my brows and they look to perfectly shaped and tinted. Like straight out of a magazine!

I was going.to get my daughter's eye brows done and when a I walked up to the front two of the staff were on their phone and were arguing to see who would help us. When they finally decided which one we were already walking away. If you're allergic to working pls stay home.

I am not someone who normally writes reviews, but this place is so deserving. I am extremely very picky person and every other place that i have been to the ladies were always nervous doing me or just simply make excuses of there mistakes. But i was blown away by my experience. Yesterday i walked in to have my eyebrows threaded and tinted, lip threading and ash was my technician. She worked with me until I was 100% satisfied, while also calming me in the process. She took her time in explaining me where i over-plucked my eyebrows and where i needed to grow and work on them. I usually cry while getting threading done or my eyes water but it was first time that i was enjoying the process. Threading was just painless. (No pain on upper lip- WOW). I highly recommend this place. Thank-you ash.

Walked in yesterday to get my brows done but when i checked the price list i was shocked that prices are too high. I asked the girl on counter that why prices are so high and the girl named ash replied me that we believe in quality rather than quantity. I was impressed by her way of talking and confidence and challenged her to do my eyebrows nd told her in advance that it was my wedding next week and i never go out of any place satisfied bcs i never felt that eyebrows are perfect but this girl took me in very confidently and said- we are the eyebrow experts for a reason. I was shocked with the way she did my eyebrows- so gentle on skin and no pain no teary eyes or sneezes.she explained my eyebrows to me before beginning. My eyebrows were perfect like twins. I am permanent customer of premier brow bar and ash now. I highly recommend this place.

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here for 2+ years and I'm always happy with the job they do. No matter who I see they are quick, clean, and always make sure I leave happy. Started getting my eyebrows tinted about a year ago here as well, and they do a great job with that as well. My brows are always on point when they're done.
