Probably the fifth time I have come here for tire related service, called Tom to let him know my tire might be leaking, unlike other tire shops which asked me to figure out if it is or not before coming in, he just said come by he’ll figure it out for me. With in 10 sec he was able to find the smallest nail. Was able to patch it up. Been 1 month PSI not dropping at all.

I have used this company three times now and each time am wowed by the fast, efficient and attentive service. I drive from beyond the north shore in order to get my various family vehicles tires sorted. Best prices, fast service and free drinks while u wait! (Amazing samoosas next door too!)

I bought a set of Braelin BR14 wheels for my Tesla Model 3. I had a great experience dealing with Tom from start to finish. Really pleased with the overall services. I came in to the shop without much knowledge about tires and rims as I was looking to purchase my very first set for my civic. Tom and Connor were really accomodating and helpful answering my questions and concerns which is why I felt confident to purchase from them. I had gathered quotes from several stores but Premier had the best price by a significant amount and the customer service was great. They were very helpful with answering questions and providing assistance where needed. They were also always quick to reply even outside of their business hours. This was our second experience with them. They are very respectful, fast and professional. This time I went there with a short notice after a snowy day to change my tires. Inspite of being fully booked, they made some time and helped us. They also have fair prices. Briefly, very satisfied.

I’ve dealt with premier tires a few times now and have nothing but good things to say. Tom and Chris are super friendly and patient. It took 9 months of thinking and talking to them before I finally decided on truck tires and they stuck with me all the way.

Today they helped me track down a shaking problem with my car because their balancing equipment is top notch and is much more discerning than the machine that my wheels were initially balanced on.

After many searches and quotes, one email to this got a prompt response for exactly what I was looking for. Made an appointment, they were diligent enough to quickly inform me of a cancelation so I could get my winter tires. What more does a customer need than quick, efficient and friendly customer service regarding the customer's needs?

Got the tires on in a timely manner, I didn't have to do anything other than get my car there and wait in a pretty decent waiting area. The lowest prices on tires for sure. Only praises for this place.

When I phoned, the person answering spoke politely and in perfect English.

When they did the job they pointed out my tires had not been staggered on the rims properly by the previous tire shop. You may do that to save tread on aging tires, but on a sports car, you should not do that. It affects performance. I do drive my sports car for performance. So they are careful with details and know what they’re doing. Great.

The job was finished promptly and at the scheduled time. It was also done at a fair price, lower than another place I went to two years ago. They also found new tires for me for next season when I take off my winters. And they already quoted me a fair price on them (I know tire prices).

I was looking for wheels and snow tires for a rather hard to fit car. I explored online options extensively, most but not all located in eastern Canada. I also talked to reps for these online dealers. While they were generally helpful, I still had the feeling that the proposed solutions were problematic. I then encountered the Premier Tire and Wheel website, which was on par with the other online dealers. After discussion with Tom and Chris, we came up with a potential solution. I live on the North Shore, but given the support and co-operation from Tom and Chris, I purchased from them with the understanding that if the wheels did not work, we found find an alternate solution. I went to their facility and the wheels fit perfectly. Further, the equipment that they have to mount the tires and balance the wheels is state of the art. I would recommend Premier to anyone either online or in person even if you live some distance from them in the lower mainland. Well done Tom and Chris. You have a first rate operation.

Great attitude, easy to deal with, Tom is very knowledgeable and always has lots of stock for rims, bought my 3rd pair of wheels from him, no one else has the inventory like premier … best wheel place around hands down.

Came to premier tire to get some winter wheels and tires for my bmw and Tom and Chris were very knowledgeable and helpful. They are also very quick, had them on my car in about 25 minutes. If you want great service and nice rims for your vehicle for the best price around definitely go see them.

Chris was great to chat through my options and was able to lend a really helpful and understanding ear when discussing some issues with my current tires. As a woman who knows very little about cars and is trying to navigate what seems to be a minefield of moody mechanics, Chris was really empathetic and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. 100% would recommend.

I bought new wheels and tires for my BMW M235i and was looking for a place to get them installed. Considering that my wheels were $1700 and tires were were another $1500 i was nervous about finding the right shop

The shop owner and his assistant did a great job with mounting and balancing the wheels and he showed me his high tech tire machine that guarantees no contact with the front surface of the wheels. The job was quick, affordable and the wheels are in perfect condition

The staff was friendly and obeyed covid limits perfectly. I felt safe there despite the current pandemic

I came from Abbotsford to see Chris last year to get tires on my gli Jetta beat all other quotes I got, service was great had them on in no time while I waited. Even hooked up a tire for my spare for free. Fast forward a year went to see him about bf Goodrich km3 for Tacoma. Had hard time finding in my size from other tire shops. He ordered em Friday from Calgary had Tuesday not to mention the service is great. Definitely be going back in future!

I live in Chilliwack and had priced tires in Chwk, Mission, and Abbotsford and the cheapest quote I got was $650.
My son uses Premier Tires for all his business and personal vehicles and gave me their number.
I talked to Sarah and was quoted $524 taxes and installation included.
I made an appointment and was in and out in less than an hour. They adhered to strict Covid protocols, met me at my car, they had a nice clean waiting room and offered me something to drink.
Great, friendly service, fantastic price, it was well worth the drive into Surrey. I'll be back.

Premier tire is amazing! I blew out a new tire on a pothole and couldn’t find the tire that I need anywhere, apparently they were not available in Canada according to Kal. I discovered premier tire and they had them in stock and installed it the same day. Great people, I will definitely be back!
