Very good quality bikes. It was very nice that the custom fitted the bike rental to fit my body and showed me how to use the bike so that I felt safe. Service was awesome and the prices were great.

Hired a bike from here. Awesome from start to finish. Free coffee while you’re getting everything set up, lovely touch. Also open until later than others. Ideal.

I’ve rented from here a handful of times and have always had a good experience. The bikes are nice, kept in good shape, and the staff are awesome!

En plus comme en ce moment, la télécabine du village est fermé, il vous amène directement les VTT à la télécabine de Creek.
Le gars qui m’a réglé, le VTT était super professionnel, réglages très fins en fonction de vos doigts, de votre poids, de votre taille et de vos habitudes sur les freins. Vraiment rien à dire, je conseille vivement

Price was competitive with other shops but the bikes were in pristine shape, serviced every night and most important the staff were fantastic. Jack, Terry and Peter spent tonnes of time with my son and I giving us advice, explaining gear, giving trail suggestions and then debriefing after our rides.

Fantastic shop and service. Won’t hesitate to use them next year.

What a (super) great experience! These folks are second to none in terms of knowledge, experience and genuine desire to ensure the best possible time on the mountains for their customers.
Was so impressed with the level of service given to our novice skier renting for the first time. Their hospitality also includes the BEST cup of coffee! I also dropped off a pair of skis to be waxed and they were kind enough to deliver them to the ski valet at our nearby hotel! I’m sure there are other good rental folks out there, but would be hard pressed to seek out anybody else.

Great ski hire experience. Nothing was too much trouble. It felt like coming back to friends every morning and afternoon.

Excellent customer service! Will definitely be back for my next ski trip to Whistler. They allowed us to store our skis overnight and kept our tennis shoes during the day. We didn’t end up skiing our last day (secondary to being so sore and having a hurt thumb) and they allowed us to return our rentals early for a refund.

When looking for a ski rental company in Whistler, one could be overwhelmed with options. So naturally I wanted to give Premium Mountain Rental a try. Using the word “PREMIUM” in your company name, that’s sets a very high bar. But each and every employee lived up to that standard and the gear we rented was indeed premium, in great shape with sharp edges and state of the art technology. Having high quality gear, that’s the easy part; each and every employee we encountered were a delight. They were interested in where you were skiing for the day, where you were going to ski next, tips and insights about the mountain, quick to offer coffee in morning, water or coffee upon our return each day, all with a big smile and very, very genuine. It was just an all around fantastic experience and one that I think would be tough to beat. Cheers to the entire staff! You have a great thing going on up there. Thank you for making our vacation one we will not soon forget.

Staff service is superb. You are able to leave your ski equipment at the shop daily. In addition, you can also bring along your shoes to the shop, keep it, change it, and need not walk back to your hotel in Ski boot. Premium is only 3 mins walk from the Whistler Gondola. The coffee service is super thoughtful before and after the ski session.

Big thank you to Kaileb for sorting us out so efficiently and with kindness. He went above and beyond for my husband and I and we are very grateful. When we return to Whistler, undoubtedly we will come back.

Incredible service, great rentals, if I go to Whistler again I will rent equipment here again no questions asked. Have never received better service for rentals.

Fantastic experience renting demo skis over the course of 5 days. Great service, and love the fact they store the skis and poles for you at the end of each day (& quick retrieval in the morning!)

Wow, best rental shop I have ever been to. Staff is really awesome, they are very helpful and knowledgeable! You are always offered fresh espresso, tea, water and they hold your shoes for the day so you aren’t stuck in boots in the village after the slopes. If you need gear this is the spot

Friendly and helpful staff, top notch kit, and no nonsense. 6 stars out of 5 but I'm docking a star because the bike didnt magically make me a better rider and I hurt my pinkie falling off.

Great experience renting a downhill bike. The staff were nice and worked fast to get me on my bike, made sure the suspension was tuned for me, and they swapped out the pedals at my request when I took a lunch break. They also offered me coffee. The bike was well maintained. I'd rent here again. This was one of the only shops that had a small-size bike available to rent. I would rent again. My husband rented a bike at a different shop and had to wait much longer to pick it up and also return it at the end of the day.

Good selection of bikes for different styles of riding. Central location close to bike park. Handy for leaving bike over lunch. Difficult to find as below ground down a flight of steps. Would recommend, however check tyres before heading out as they seem reluctant to put on fresh rubber (but will if you point out tread is worn).

Great faultless service start to finish. Puncture half way thru day and back on tracks after quick pit stop. Cheers for coffees too.

Great rental store for bikes, they accommodated our date change due to hot weather conditions and we had a slight issue with one bike but it was sorted straight away with no fuss. Good quality bikes and safety helmets. I would recommend Premuim Mountain rental.

I was with two of my girlfriends. We rented the ebikes for touring around whistler and the staff was helpful and patiently explained how to use the ebikes. We also picked up the printed bike map at the store and it was very helpful. Super friendly staff and great selection of ebikes. The guy who was helping us, offered us coffee. It was wonderful. We had a great experience biking in Whistler. I totally recommend this shop.

We were recommended Premium mountain rental by a couple of our U. K.friends that live in Whistler and we were not disappointed. My wife and I had a pleasant experience from quotes to rental and we were supplied a Norco Aurum and Commencal FRS that we’re in great condition and well looked after. They were very accommodating and swapped the brakes to U. K.style for us and even let us leave the bikes with them whilst we went for lunch.

We will be back to hire on our next trip to Whistler

Staff always willing to help with a smile on their face and the best thing was when I returned with the bike to the store and they asked me how the equipment was and according to what I said the adjustments were being made and after the third day the bike was perfect! ! Special thanks to Henry!

Genuinely the best ski hire experience I’ve had to date! My girlfriend and I both hired ski’s over the weekend and the staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and keen to ensure we had the best time up the mountain.

Once again we went back to Premium Mountain rentals to rent our skis. We book online ahead of time and show up the afternoon before to make sure boots and skis are fitted right. The service has consistently been fantastic. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They even served us hot chocolate while we waited. Will be back for sure.

Excellent place to rent a bike! I booked online and I just told them my name and they starting fitting my bike. While you wait they offer coffee and hot chocolate at no cost! Also, they can store your belongings at no cost.

Premium by name. Premium by nature! Absolutely loved our experience here. We were offered a coffee whilst we waited and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our whole experience was very efficient and very easy going. We were so stressed out and nervous before getting to Whistler, but this was our first stop and were put completely at ease. We were even given a few tips and pointers about the slopes as it was our first time there, and that really helped us make the most of our day. Thank you so much!

Five stars, hands down! My experience with Premium Mountain Rental was end-to-end seamless. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They had an amazing lineup of skis, the customer service was incredible and the atmosphere in the store was excellent. They are entirely locally owned and operated, so it felt great to support a local business, and they are located steps away from the gondolas, which made it easy to grab skis and head up the mountain. I definitely will be going back next time.

Purchased a previous rental fleet bike from Premium Rentals and it was an excellent experience. Very knowledgeable staff, top quality equipment and very accommodating to my personal needs. “Used” bike was serviced top to bottom and rides and looks like new. Very pleased.

Rented 2 bikes from there. Had a great experience. Really close to the bike park too! I even accidentally booked a bike for the next day and they refunded no problem. Would highly recommend. Just make sure you book online beforehand.

Was recommended last week to rent skies at your store. Amazing service.fresh coffee while we got the gear on in the morning! They even looked after the brother in laws skies overnight so he did not have to take them back to the condo. Skies were like new unlike other rental places that we looked at. Will definitely us again and recommend.

My girlfriend rented some skis here for 2 days while we stayed Whistler. Called ahead and was advised to arrive the night before between 4: 30PM and 6: 30PM for pickup to avoid the rush. Received fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized service. They also have a cappuccino machine that was delicious. Our experience couldn't have been any better, highly recommend.

The store has a great vibe, the staff were friendly and that have a good range of gear. I was interested to hear they also work with back country tours to get you set up if you need.

A great place to rent equipment. Service and staff are great, as well as the location. They take their time helping ypu select the best option for you. Price is very reasonable and they have storing and valet services.

Outstanding experience. I rented Demo Skis only. I booked online, providing boot size, etc.in advance. Picking up the night before took only a couple minutes to confirm boot/binding fit/settings. Mid-afternoon the first day I came back to swap for a different ski. Shop is only 150M (90 second walk) from Gondola. Again, skis were ready almost instantly. The demo skis I rented were in great shape. Not quite a race tune, but perfect bases and sharp edges. I would have been comfortable running a course with them. On my last day, I returned the skis about 4pm. Again, quick and easy: they confirmed no damage and said I was good to go.

We rented from Premium Mountain between Christmas and New Years. We had been looking for Spicy Sports and stumbled upon this place. When we walked in Holly & Hannah greeted us and were so warm and friendly. They both offered us free espresso/cappuccino/hot chocolate and anytime we walked in the door the following week we were offered drinks. My friends and their kids had never skied before and the staff Jordan and Casey along with Hannah took their time with our friends to make sure they had the right fit on their boots and were comfortable with the skis they were renting. My husband and I had a different package and we were offered the opportunity to change out our skis if we didn’t like them. All the ski gear is brand new. I skied with Elans and Casey had to pull the stickers off. We have skied a lot of places where we have rented and this crew by far is extremely knowledgeable, they take their time and treat you like you’re the only person there making sure you’re comfortable and happy. Jordan and Casey both took time to explain why they were recommending the specific type of ski based on how you ski along with the mechanics behind how the different manufactures make the skis. I’ve never had anyone do that before.

They offered to carry our skis up the stairs (as their location is downstairs in Crystal Lodge by the Spaghetti Factory) and at the end of the day they had a cart you could load your skis on. Ski and pole storage was nice so we didn’t have to lug them back to our condo.

We will definitely rent from Premium Mountain when we come back. If you’re looking for a high quality option where they go over and above to make sure their customers are happy, you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent experience renting a snowboard, boots, and helmet here. It's indeed a premium experience with how much time they spend with you and how well the space is kept. Jordan took great care of my buddy and I, tailoring the product recommendations to our skill level and interests. He even gave us some great tips for both Whistler and Blackcomb. Highly recommend coming here. With the high level of customer service you'll feel like you're actually buying equipment rather than renting!

Amazing service, very friendly and easy to talk to helped me to get set up on a vally bike witch is brand new and very looked after, clean and checked everynight. Great place to rent if riding in Whistler. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the area with great prices for the quality of the bikes.
