Very happy with our new Jacuzzi hot tub and the all the staff involved! We dropped in to the Kelowna store to have a look at Jacuzzi hot tubs to compare to the other brands we had previously looked at and purchased our dream hot tub an hour later. Dave was excellent and took the time to show us all the details about Jacuzzi hot tubs. He’s a super knowledgeable salesman and he made us feel comfortable while checking out the different models and helping us figure out which one would suit our needs best.
Dave made the decision and purchase easy and the delivery was as just as smooth.
Excellent communication with Glenda to set up the delivery date and time.
Jimmy and crew were also top notch in getting the tub in place. Even though it was a bit of a challenge, they worked together and made it seem easy. Jimmy was also super knowledgeable about the hot tub set up and answered all of our questions before we needed to ask.

We had a difficult installation situation, we live in a condo, that required a crane but at $2000.it was unreasonable. I suggested we try to bring the tub up through the hallways and the apartment out to the deck. We had a 34" tub and only 34 1/2" clearance through the patio doors. The boys managed to squeeze it through with no damage or problems. THEY ROCKED

Clearly no interest in being helpful. I walked in with a couple basic questions looking to buy some things, walked out within minutes because I couldn’t stand the attitude.

Purchasing the hot tub could not have been any easier. We live in Kamloops, but we purchased from Kelowna, so I was not sure how this would work. The service was great for both purchasing and setting up! I had questions when I got back to Kamloops, like what were the dimensions and where was the electrical panel located - all my emails and questions were answered promptly. The service to set up the hot tub was amazing right from organizing the date and time until the hot tub showed up at our house - very professional. We made the right choice - we love our hot tub. It fits perfectly in the space we choose.

Great sales advice from Big Red. This is our first hot tub so we went to a lot of spa dealers to research all the main brands. Premium gave us the most information and offered the best overall deal for an Ecospa hot tub. The delivery team of Jesse and Brenden went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They placed the tub exactly where we wanted it, then filled it and tested it. They had to wait a long time while the electrician went to get some parts; and they never made us feel like we were holding them up. Then they gave us a full seminar on how to care for the tub. Really a very pleasant experience. We love our Ecospa and we use it every day.

This review is a little delayed, but better late than never, right? ! We received our Jacuzzi hot tub in November 2021 and we are absolutely thrilled with our purchase. It was a pleasant and easy shopping experience. Our salesperson and the delivery people were all very knowledgeable and helpful. This is our first hot tub so we had a lot of questions! 10 months later and we absolutely love the tub. Great quality and we have no doubt it will last us years to come. Highly recommend both the Jacuzzi brand and Premium Pool and Spa.

Very professional and well organized company. Our spa was delivered on time as ordered. The installation was very well executed and the installation team took the time to explain every function of the spa and give us a detailed tutorial on how to manage the water quality including detailed labelling of the initial set of products and written instructions that were included. So far we love our Jacuzzi spa and would not hesitate to recommend Premium Pool and Spa for your hot tub needs.

We needed help in a hurry with frozen pipes in the start up of our Spa earlier this month (Jan 2022). They were very quick in responding to help us and got us up and operating in short order with no damage to repair. Many Thanks to the Team at the Kelowna location.

We had a wonderful experience with Jeff as our sales person. He explained everything we needed to know about the hot tub. The hot.tub was delivered when we were told it would, and the installers were very professional and helpful. Jeff followed up with us making sure we knew how to use the chemicals properly. A great purchase experience.

We have limited space at our place so we got a 2 people hot tub 2 years ago with no issues. Best spa for small spaces. A gem for our sore muscles. We decided to put it inside our garage for warmth and gives us more privacy too. Great idea for us! Dave arranged the spa to be delivered the next day. They were all helpful, knowledgeable and a fun place too shop. We will order more products from this company.

We had an awesome experience with Dave from Sales to begin with. He was flexible and along with Glenda helped smoothly set up everything. Jacuzzi was one of the few places able to get a hot tub on a short notice. They also arranged a site inspection before hand and saved me the cost of a crane.

Plus, the delivery was super smooth with Jimmy and others being very knowledgeable and handy. Overall, would give 10 stars if I could. Worth the investment.

Oh and of course the hot tub is great!

As usual with stores that sell high cost items Dave was fairly cool/uninterested when we entered the store. He was with another customer to be fair. Once he thought we were actually going to buy he directed us to a used tub that suited our requirements. Answers and paperwork were quickly sorted. The install guys, (forgot names, apologies) were awesome. Friendly, approachable, good at their job. Few hours and it was commissioned. All round experience was pleasant. Three months in I check the UV lamp, looked old, Dave sent a replacement and a paper manual after us asking. Long time in leaving a review, sure. I like to see if any faults show, six months and all is good.

Great place. Gotta deal with big red. Very knowledgeable. Only place to buy a hot tub. I mean a jacuzzi!

Our experience was fantastic right from the start. They had inventory available and we set up an install date quickly. The electrician they suggested was very professional, thorough and on time.
The install team was very efficient and we did not have to use a crane!

The experience was mixed at first but Premium came through in the end with flying colours. There was a miscommunication in regards to the definition of "in inventory". If the salesman says this, it means the unit is in their system, but not necessarily built and can be misleading, make sure you press for clarification. This delayed delivery by a couple of weeks but considering COVID, not too bad. Where the company really shined was in the support, organization of delivery and the delivery itself. Their people are excellent and highly professional. If you need a crane (we did) just go with their recommendation of Lake Country Crane. You won't be disappointed.

Great tub at a fair price. A few hiccups with timing and delivery, but all were solved in a fair and friendly manner.

The movers that installed it were awesome and answered all of my questions as well as showing us how everything works as well as filling it up and walking us through each product. We recently moved to Kelowna and wanted a hot tub for the new house. Met with Big Red (Jeff) who found us the perfect tub. It was delivered on time (despite the pandemic hot tub shortage)! Brendan (or Brandan) and his team were fantastic in the delivery of the tub to our backyard. I swear they risked their lives getting it back there and saved us a crane fee. Also, Brendan set us up with the chemicals in the most user friendly way possible. Best experience and great group to deal with from start to finish!

We went into the Kelowna location for fun and walked away with a hot tub. Most hot tub dealers have a 3-6 month wait during Covid but Jeff helped us get the tub delivered and usable within 10 days. Friendly, knowledgable staff.

Great service and we only had to wait two weeks for the delivery of our hot tub. Other hot tub dealers have a much longer waiting time.

I can't say enough about their fantastic service on my hot tub. I have an older tub and was expecting to hear that some very expensive parts were going to be needed on either my control panel or my circuit board. The sent a very knowledgeable service tech out, who diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes and completed the fix for the cost of the service call. So happy. Nice to have such honest service.
