The entire experience was easy and comfortable. And evaluating the results was straight-forward and clear. Having the ability to have regular, periodic imaging, in order to see progression over time, as well as the peace of mind of proactive information on my health, is invaluable. Who WOULDN'T do this?

My family has had scans since Prenuvo started up. While 3 docs missed my prostrate cancer with a physical exam, an MRI caught it, I had surgery, and 6 years later I’m cancer free. I guess that’s about as good as it gets.

Staff are excellent, and the clinic is very well setup and run well. Really great service to provide the proactive medicine that we all expect that we should have. It's unfortunate that this needs to be paid out of pocket, hopefully some day this will be a routinely covered exam that's accessible for everyone.

Don’t do it I have e mailed them questions and no one even gets back to you so that says allot right there it’s been over a week with no response and I wanted to get it done

What a phenomenal service! We couldn’t recommend this more highly. Staff were all really friendly, booking was seamless, the whole process was really efficient and even had a reassuring call from a nurse practitioner only 2 days after my scan! We travelled from the UK and tagged this onto a holiday in Vancouver as there just isn’t an equivalent service in the U. K, and we will continue these scans as part of our proactive health screening plan. We just hope that more of these Prenuvo centres (and hopefully either in or closer to the UK) open up soon. Many thanks for making this more accessible to more people and for saving lives Prenuvo!

Easy to schedule, great staff with extremally clean facilities. After the procedure I received a detailed email with information to review with my physician.

Just came back from my appointment at Prenuvo, absolutely fantastic customer service! Their team was super lovely in directing me with the parking and when getting the scan done, they walked me through everything which made me feel really comfortable with everything.

Also received a lovely handwritten card, would highly recommend for their professionalism and service.

Having never undertaken a full body MRI scan previously I wasn't sure what to expect from Prenuvo. My intent was for myself and my wife to set a baseline for our whole body health as we get older. I was very impressed with the service level, the friendliness of the staff and ultimately the information provided. Some people may say that it is better not to know what is going on inside you. I have known at least three people that our public health system have failed due to not providing full body scans and suggesting that their "cancer is gone", well now two of them are gone and one is struggling for her life. Preventative health and undertaking these types of screening processes to provide you the tools to advocate for your own health within our system is invaluable and Prenuvo is a premium supplier. Highly recommend Prenuvo to those with a desire to take control and responsibility for their own health.

Extremely professional in all respects. Would strongly recommend as a proactive investment in health for anyone. The scan and report perfectly identified (in extreme detail) issues I was aware of, thereby giving me great confidence in all other aspects of the full body scan analysis that was provided

This is a tremendously valuable service. Lets you know whether any of the 300+ medical issues that they check for are emerging before they become entrenched, chronic, or malignant. Would absolutely recommend this if you can afford it. And that brings me to the downsides: First, it's very expensive. But given that it's diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging for the entire body, and, that too, the most advanced of its type in the world, can't complain much here. Second, and this is where I wish Prenuvo had a better solution, the MRI scanner itself is *very* loud. And the provided ear-plugs don't do much to block out the external noise, unfortunately. So it gets quite uncomfortable in the scanner when getting your head and neck scanned. Despite these issues, cannot recommend this service enough. It would be insane to not use it if you can afford it.

I was skeptical at first for the need or benefits but I asked my GP who had it done and that was enough to go ahead and book a Full Body Scan and the resultant information provided gave me information and peace of mind I would not have had. Totally recommend it.
