I was very impressed with the level of detailing on my recent interior detailing services with Prestige. The work was tip-worthy and awesome. The people at Prestige are very friendly and helpful ensuring I know what has been done and any after-care that is needed. This is now My Place to go for my auto detailing. 5 Stars! Even the glitter is gone.

My 2018 Ram Pickup was covered in tar spots from over-spray from idiot roofers working on the building where I work. These guys did a fantastic job of cleaning and detailing the entire exterior, it looks great. Those tar spots were really stuck to the paint.

I had purchased a used car and after a week or so I noticed that my front and back windshield had a strange sort of film on it. Try as I might I was unable to get rid of it. To me it was a big distraction. On a hunch I went to Prestige Auto Detailing. The folks were super friendly and found a solution that would work to fix the issue by using a cut polish and buffing it out afterwards. I booked it in and then returned a few days later to have them work on it. I was really impressed by the quality of the work that was done. Graeme went above and beyond and I can now say the glass looks amazing. No haze! He even administered a sealer to the windshields which enables the rain to bead off easier.

I highly recommend this company and a definite thumbs up especially to Graeme and also the lady who works in the front office that made me feel really welcome! I'll be back for sure when needed.

I just bought a used Honda Fit and the team at Prestige went above and beyond. They provided a full detailing service and after doing a couple paint touch ups they also offered additional information and support to make my vehicle as fresh and new as possible! Highly recommend them.

While the quality of their work was quite good, its unfortunately offset by the company's lack of communication, accountability and professionalism.

Both the owner and technician were seemingly far too defensive to listen to my concerns, and jumped to conclusions about my expectations regarding said resolution. Rather than attempt to reach an agreement, they seemed far more intent to pin their shortcomings on the customer.

I was utterly appalled after explaining my complaints to have the owner mention they found some "roaches" in my car (I struggled to see the relevance of this) and that I was rude to staff. Seemed like nothing more than a fleeting attempt to shift blame, as nothing untoward ever occurred. Despite them insisting the car would be ready by our agreed time, the seats were soaked. Which in turn, caused the windows to fog up instantly making visibility impossible without an open window (its winter) or by blasting the defrost. The seats weren't dry until the following evening. I'm a delivery driver for a living so obviously the lifeblood of my income is my vehicle.

It was a really disappointing experience as a new resident of Victoria. They were extremely careless with my property and apathetic of my time and overall experience. This place came highly recommended so my expectations were through the roof, perhaps that was my fault. I know a lot of industries are struggling and everyone is worn thin, but common decency doesn't cost a dime.

I would highly suggest choosing another company. I can't in good conscience recommend this place to anyone after this experience.
