I recently had my car repaired at Collision Prestige for a few scratches, and I must say, the quality of their work was impressive. The scratches were completely gone, and the car looked as good as new. However, my experience with their communication was not as satisfying. Initially, they estimated the repairs to take from Monday to Thursday, but it ended up taking two weeks, which was twice as long as they initially stated. I had to make multiple follow-up calls as they didn't proactively update me on the progress. Despite their excellent craftsmanship, their communication definitely needs improvement. I attached a photo of scratches for reference. If this scratches take two weeks to get done imagine how long it takes for a serious damage.

Also, at first just because I thought it would not take long, I didn’t ask for courtesy car. And when I asked there was nothing available. We ended up having a weekend with no car which was okay if it was expected.

Great service and very kind and caring staff that offers options, explains everything and keeps customer updated. They take care of the rental too and got a car back cleaned and fully charged.

I had an excellent experience with Prestige. They were easy to contact, and went above and beyond on my repair (I had an ICBC claim repaired, and private repair paint touch up). When I got my car back, they had cleaned driver and passenger seat areas and it looked like they went over my dash with a protectant. Wheels also look like they had a shine+ protectant sprayed on the tires, Prestige is AWESOME.

Horrible experience, start to finish. RV trailer was there from the end of April to October 2022 through insurance claim. Constant delays and excuses with no communication unless I called regularly. Culminated with all tools and generator missing, even though I was never asked to remove contents when RV was dropped off. No returned calls and an overall disrespect. No accountability for anything although they mentioned they had another person have their generator stolen from their unit as well.

Friendly, competent and efficient. Very good over the phone. Texted additional information and confirmations. Pleasant and thorough office staff. Work done on time and well done. They cleaned the car inside and out. The office and shop are the cleanest autobody shop I've ever been in (I've been in a lot).

Don’t appreciate a marketing company hired by you to call at 7: 30pm on a Friday when I’m with my family on the holidays pressuring me to do a survey about how your services where from a repair over a year ago.

Great Service! I needed a windshield replacement on my Tesla M3 and they were very professional, quick and even cleaned my car before I picked it up!
I highly recommend them to all Tesla owners!

I would give less than one star if possible. I’m new to the area and was told by my dealership to go here- WORST MISTAKE EVER! We had nothing but problems with Prestige from the moment I took my car in for the estimate, it was filthy from them looking at it, I couldn’t even sit in it. It was obvious that I inconvenienced them by telling them and having them clean it. Worst body shop ever and I would never take my vehicle there and I’m telling everyone I know. There seem to be a lot of problems with this company as I speak to more people. Stay away for your cars beauty and your own sanity. We had numerous issues and none were addressed and we were verbally attacked, I left crying when I picked up my vehicle. My husband wouldn’t even let me speak to them because I was so upset with the way I and my car were treated. Our issues were never resolved, I had to take my car elsewhere to have it fixed.

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the whole team for doing a fantastic job fixing my model 3. Shout out to Quinn specifically for her expertise and attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the shop to my friends. Thanks once again.

I had a mixed experience at this place. On the one hand, they provided a great courtesy vehicle and did a good job on the repair. On the other hand, my gas range (took picture when I left the vehicle and after) was 100 km.less when I picked it up. The manager gave me a very unlikely explanation for this saying that they had to run the vehicle to charge the battery, which sounds bogus. So they do good work but watch your ️.

Brought a Tesla to this location for a claim. It had a very slow leak in the tire, I made them aware of this 3 times, not including when I brought the car in on the visit and it was sitting at 20psi.
I hit a pothole, which I thought resulted in some damage to the tire and was adamant that they take a look at it. I was very persistent because the woman at the front desk and inattentive and didn’t seem to think it would be an issue.
I just had an alignment done at BMW a couple weeks prior when they put 2 new tires on the car.
Came to pick up the car yesterday, no mention in the paperwork of anything done to the tire, only that they did an alignment as there were issues (there weren’t, I just had this done at bmw recently and even then there weren’t any issues)
The guy at prestige assured me everything was fine, but stated he didn’t even bring the car to 100? I told them that there was a rattle when bringing the car over 100. He also states the tire is full and holding air, and wouldn’t the Tesla notify you if there was a leak? It did, that’s why I mentioned it when I talked to front desk on three separate occasions.
Sure enough, drove the car off the lot and it didn’t even make it to lake country before the tire was flat.
They literally filled the tire right before I picked it up, didn’t mention anything or note it in the work done, and sent me off knowing the problem wasn’t fixed.
Do not recommend, this place is run by children.

Communication was amazing, text messaging was icing on the cake. Time frame for the fix was exceeded. I would recommend this shop to friends and family.

I was very pleased with nearly every aspect of this service. They under-promised and over-delivered every time. My car was nicely cleaned when I picked it up. There was only one disappointment. This company is the only one certified to do work on the Tesla and there are always many Teslas in the parking area. Therefore, I expected they would have charged my car before I picked it up. Good thing I had done so before I dropped it off. This is not a costly value-add and would have improved my rating.

Great experience. Fixed my BMW X5 though ICBC did a fantastic job and made my vehicle look brand new and detailed the interior!

Repairs ere completed very well. Staff was very courteous and car was immaculate when returned.

Had my windshield replaced via my deductable. Cara was a pleasure to deal with setting up an appointment. Windshield was great and the car was very clean when I got it back. Great service. No hassle. Very communicative.

I've been at this place for two repairs and they've always gone above and beyond to ensure the vehicle comes back looking far better than it did even before the incidents. They've been so friendly and professional with follow ups as well. Would recommend to any friend needing body work for their cars, any time.

Super slow at getting back to me. I want a proof of appointment for repair but they didn’t even email back to me. Even after they promised that they will send it to me!

I was really impressed with prestige collision. My experience with them was amazing. From the minute the call started, everything was easy. They have picked me up and dropped me off where I needed to go. I got a loaner car while mine was getting fixed. Dan accommodated me on a Saturday to pick up my car once it was ready. He even warmed it up for me before I got there. What an amazing customer service. The staff are friendly, helpful, informative, accommodating resourceful. Can’t say my dealing with prestige was good. Replaced one damaged fender that doesn’t match the existing 3. Didn’t repair damaged light which I took back a second time to wait 30 mins and not be repaired. Based on this experience I wouldn’t recommend.

I just had a really good experience with prestige. They shuttled me to work and even cleaned my car and rims for me. Everyone was nice and I appreciate that.

Such a great experience from the moment I called to when I picked up my car. I had 2 claims to process, which they handled with ease and kept me informed along the way. When I picked up my car it was the cleanest it’s ever been. Also, they arranged to get me my car in off hours as I couldn’t make it in during the day. Awesome experience!

My go-to for all autbody repairs, they've got a life-long customer here. They are very detail oriented, so your car leaves their shop looking as good, if not better, than before. Their paint matching is always perfect, so if you care about the subtle details, go with Prestige. Ask for Dan, his service is outstanding and he goes above and beyond.

Excellent service. Locally owned and operated. We have had great service over the years, for several issues from windscreens to other "incidents" (one involving our car and an unlucky coyote).

I recently was in a collision which damaged the two front side panels and the bumper of my van. Choosing Prestige Collision was the best choice I made. My husband and I were received by friendly and knowledgeable staff. My assessor Dan made sure my van was properly assessed, the workmanship from repairs and paint job on my vehicle was done to perfection and my van looks brand new again. We also were loaned a similar vehicle that met our needs during the repair. I've brought my vehicles here 5 or 6 times and been extremely impressed with the process and outcome each visit. They keep close communication with you throughout the repair process, have very friendly staff and have a like factory finished product.

I had my windshield replace by Prestige a few days ago. They did a great job! They even washed my jeep and detailed the inside, which I never asked them to do. The only thing I would suggest is that you have some sort of drop box or something so I wouldn't have had to take a couple hours off of work as I start quite a bit earlier then they open.

We took our vehicle in for repairs and were impressed with the service immediately. The front end staff were efficient and very professional. Best shop in town by far, hence this guys are always busy, I was worried about all the edges and clearence of replaced parts, as I am very picky about it, as well as paint job, and they exceeded all my expectations - Girls upfront are always easy to reach, and Dan (an estimator) knows what he is doing and was in touch with me along the process. I wont trust my cars to any other big name shops in town again
