I had my Les Paul’s frets levelled and dressed by Rob and the guitar has never played or sounded better.
Really quick turn around and very reasonable price. The Prestige line of guitars are really great too.

I’m not a habitual review writer, but the quality of service and work deserve it. We talked about pickup systems, fret height and future work on the guitar. Chris is a passionate guitar builder and technician. You can tell by the look of the showroom and by how he talks about guitars. He wants to help his customers get the most of their instruments. He did a setup, a pickup adjustment and a fret dress. The guitar sounds and plays like it did when it was brand new. Thank you so much. I definitely recommend Prestige for guitar tech work and look forward to having my other guitars worked on by them.
Thanks again Chris and Rob

Prestige Heritage Standard black. Amazing guitar. Best of the best hardware and pots. Looks and plays like a million bucks.

July/2016 I bought a Prestige Eclipse Koa Koa from Mike at Prestige after phone conversations asking questions etc. First impressions when it arrived were obvious quality throughout and very opened sound that is normally found in guitars played for several years. Koa gives a brighter tone and this guitar was no exception. Not overly bright at first but enough that some would not find it pleasing. It came with John Pearse 600L strings which after trying many makes and gauges on it over time I found the Pearse the best for this guitar. Over the years the guitar has opened up nicely but the brightness became annoying with unwanted overtones that sounded metallic or tiny in tone. Not the guitars fault but rather the nature of Koa wood in combo with bright strings. I was at the point of selling the guitar because of it but then began a search on what strings work better and eliminate those overtones. After that search I ordered a set of Ernie Ball Earthwood 80/20 strings. 012- 054. Finally after nearly 4yrs I found a string that makes this guitar perfect tonally, rich and full and the bonus is they are $7.20 a set. These will kill warm guitars that don't resonate as much as the Prestige. Reviews were mainly good on these strings and justly so. The Phosphorus Bronze EB would be warmer than the 80/20 but for now I really like the tone these provide. Finding the perfect string for any guitar takes time which could be years as it was for mine but well worth the effort. I highly recommend to all try a Prestige guitar and compare it to the far more expensive well known makes because you might find as I have they equal or surpass those others. After 51yrs of playing guitar, teaching guitar and performing I think my opinion has merit after owning and still own some of the best guitars made.

Amazing! Had my bass setup by Chris, best service I've ever had. Normally the place I take it to just intonates, changes the strings and that's it. Chris went above and beyond, found an issue with the neck and fixed and cleaned everything. My bass hasn't played or looked this good in years! Highly recommend, and will only be going here from now on!

The quality is there, but the brand is not well known yet. If you play guitars you must go in and check these guys out.

Purchased a Heritage Standard Les Paul and love it! Plays great, sounds great and is different from a Gibson. Highly recommended!
