Prestige Harbourfront Resort, Bw Premier Collection

Was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and it’s beautiful surroundings! The lake view is lovely.
However, was sadly disappointed when our room was marked DND and housekeeping knocked once and immediately walked into our room. A very compromising position to be in for my fiancé and myself. And frankly, was completely unacceptable! For that reason alone I would never ever recommend this hotel. The lack of privacy is shocking.
Also, it says there is room service on the phone in the room. When we called to order food and it just rang and rang and no one answered. When we contacted front desk we were told that room service isn’t a thing. What kind of hotel does not have room service? ! And for the price we were paying, (400$ a night) this type of service is almost expected.

If you are planning a romantic weekend use a different hotel. Bar none very disappointed.

I have never been a guest of the hotel but their restaurant is awful. Friendly hotel staff and clean. Great businesses.

Attended an event in one of the conference rooms.
I love the spacious room, a buffet dinner was provided, the meal was excellent, the kitchen staff did an excellent job on the delish meals. The setup in the room was superb.
The sound system needs improvement was my only concern.

Beautiful and interesting themed rooms! Very accomodating and friendly staff. Rooms with a lake view have amazing views.

We drove all the way there from osoyoos and turned around and drove back to penticton. Salmon arm is just not a place for us.

The service was lovely and my room size and view of the estuary were great. The room was a little dated for the high price.

So happy to stay in the hotel with great lake view right behind the building. The room was big and clean, staff were friendly as well.

Food was okay, service was okay, atmosphere was nice. Highly recommend NOT having a margarita, not exactly sure what was in it but... We'll try somewhere else next time. Perhaps Italian?

Outdoor lunch on patio overlooking Shuswap Lake. Great scenery, wonderful location, excellent Service. Menu selections were tasty and well presented. I will return.

Excellent experience. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Excellent location on the waterfront which has preserved the natural shoreline to protect much needed habitat. Definitely would stay here again.

I rarely give 5 (never, well almost never), however this hotel deserves it. How short stay was excellent. Our room was so clean, so nice. Prestige Harbourfront is well staffed and allows for pets (no birds). Our room was so clean and roomy, tastefully upgraded with a beautiful view. We treated ourselves to a delicious meal at the in-house restaurant (Nineteen 05). Well selected menu, attentive service and contemporary decor. The ambiance was relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you!

My friend and I use the pool at this hotel to help out our friends with special needs and the management and staff have bent over backwards in supporting and helping us out if we are ever in need of anything. We are all very impressed!

Good, quiet location, big parking, visited in the winter means cannot say much about outside adventures other than outside hot top by -20C, which was great. Nice reception (by the way, booked per phone straight at the reception and got good discount). Found my room VERY clean, spotless. Huge restauran with one glass wall facing to the lake. Big menu, definitely didn't try everything, but what did was really good. Seems like management doing great job. One downside is a loud fan in my room (heating/AC), woke me up every time by turning on.

DO NOT STAY HERE: I’ve been to over 50 hotels in my career and not once have I experienced this poor of management. I am severely disappointed in the actions and response to any issue at this hotel. After agreements and payments were made with management prior to our stay, they then went back on their word and flat out lied to us as we arrived, a long way from home. The front desk person then went on to create false accusations upon myself and my family. I am absolutely dissatisfied with the deplorable management displayed this weekend. I will never bring my family back to this terrible establishment, if you value yourself as a person and as a customer, do NOT stay at this hotel.

Great hotel with excellent view.very friendly, professional and helpful staff, we had great two nights stay. Only thing we were not happy about was poor food quality at Don Cherry Bar, Other then that we will love to stay with this chain again.

Elevator was broken and they wanted to wait until the weekend was over before calling a repairman? SERIOUSLY.dragging our luggage up and down the stairs so you can save a couple of dollars?

I stay here every time I’m in town for work and am never disappointed. Jacob and Haley at the front desk have gone above and beyond for myself and any coworkers I’ve sent to stay at the prestige. My go-to hotel for salmon arm area.

Had a very good stay. Rooms were quiet, large and clean, beds were very comfortable. The room had a fridge. The very clean bathroom had both a tub and shower. Check in was easy and fast. Swimming pool was an excellent feature but we had to book a time to use it. Views of the water from and near shops.

Pros: Large spacious rooms, clean linens and bathroom and modern and updated.

Cons: AC fan is very noisy when running, toilet is not an elongated bowl and very low in height. We got a room on the top floor which is nice but not of the water, but the parking lot.

Beautiful hotel. Staffs were great at the front desk. The grounds are really well maintained. Nice hot tub and pool area. This place feels so elegant and royal like. I'd love to come back and enjoy the view that it boasts over. The smoke from the wild fire was so thick all around that it was hard to see anything. I highly recommend this place to anybody and hope the smoke goes away and guests can enjoy the beautiful view.

Staff were not helpful, pool was busy with kids, the water was not the best, the only window we had in our room was completely closed and locked and dirty. We got the lake view room, but it was very far from the lake and with the smoky sky and the dirty window we couldn’t see anything. No buffet breakfast, the only restaurant at the hotel, was Don Cherry’s, very short staffed, poor customer service and they did not have half of the foods listed on their menu.

I will admit to being disappointed. My room did not have towels. When we noticed in the evening the first night the night clerk told if I wanted more I would have to come get them or wait until housekeeping started the next morning. They were full but in the morning restaurant only one waitress and one cook. For the price point and setting I expected better.

Being short staff in the restaurant due to the fire and covid situations but the manager and the chef pull it off. Kudos to the lone staff instead of criticize it.

Had an amazing experience at this hotel thanks to Shauna and Jacob. This establishment is on point with all the services it offers, and much more! I will definitely be back, as my experience with this Hotel was Amazing!

The hotel is great but their Reservation line is very archaic. Goes straight to a random non-descript voicemail, very unproffesional unfortunately.

Good enough facilities. The arcade room should be cheaper. It’s no wonder it’s always empty. Total rip off. Pool is good. Restaurants can get overwhelmed easily so you need patience if it’s busy. The staff could be friendlier, especially the tall, blonde, robot at the front counter. Meh at best.

One of the best experiences. I cannot stay enough about the amazing staff. They are super friendly and extremely helpful. It was super refreshing to have such wonderful customer service.

I travel the interior a lot for my work, have to stay many nights in hotels and when I believe that this is one of the best Prestige I have had the pleasure to stay at. The hotel is super clean, staff is polite and helpful, housekeeping did an amazing job cleaning my room, the restaurant and pub are excellent. This is the place to stay if you are in Salmon Arm. I am definitely going to be staying here every time I come to town for work,

Went to a wellness summit and several hundred people were present. Most went for lunch.big challenge to feed so many. Lunch in the pub was really good. Great staff.

Noisy rude travelers at 5 am.i felt like telling them to shut up, but suffered through 2 hours of noise.i would have been kicked if it was me making that racket

We stayed here this summer, myself, my wife our infant son and 2 dogs. Very nice, very clean and beautiful surroundings. Def worth the little bit extra. If we are ever back in the area, this is where we will be staying again.

The kitchenette room should have actual coffee makers The single serve make horrible coffee and the shop does not open till 8. I brought my own coffee but was unable to brew.

Also the lack of affiliation between the restaurant and hotel does not lead to a positive experience.

The poor service in the restaurant casts a bad image on the hotel.
