Prestige Hotel Vernon

I have only eaten here, but the food is so so, and the wines are not great. But, there is nowhere really any better in Vernon (for hotel with dining room)
Actually- I should clarify that the food /service/ambience etc in the restaurant is much better than in the conference rooms

The one waitress was nice but left us alone a lot.she could not be seen! Disappointing when it was a special treat to go there.felt let down by service.kitchen staff where very helpful while she was away.

Had xmas company dinner/party. Fantastic. Didn't spend the night but the food the staff were fantastic. Next time I will rent a room.

Easy to find, great location! Always a great experience when staying in Vernon! The staff are so awesome!

Used the pool from the other local Prestige location for advertising, which is funny bit also kind of sucks. You get a living room, bed room and a full bath though so pretty good over all.

We enjoyed our stay at the Prestige Hotel. Service was super friendly and prompt. Room was spacious enough and the beds comfortable. The noise from the street could be heard. Location was good. Pool was disappointing - it was too warm, not really a shallow end for small kids, and the pool room was way too noisy and warm. Overall a good stay and would consider staying here again

The Bourbon Street Restaurant is the best place for a meal OR for a live music venue (on Thursday nights.)

Hotel was in beautiful condition and the rooms were absolutely amazing however my issue is with the lack of cleaning in the hot tub in the pool and the terrible service at the restaurant. We were the only ones seated in the restaurant and it took us 20 minutes just to get water, 20 minutes to even be noticed and sat down and almost all of our orders were wrong. For such a great hotel they really need to change that restaurant to something better.

PS they watered down the orange juice. Who even does that?

Accommodations are adequate, however, the internet is absolutely appalling. It's akin to 20+ years ago. It might as well be dial-up. In fact it's worse than that and I'm paying $325/night. Outrageous. I've travelled the world and have never encountered such appalling internet in the past 2 decades. India and Africa were 20 times better 20 years ago. Beware.

We had a fantastic stay at the Prestige hotel! Everyone at guest services is amazing, and truly go above and beyond for the guests! Very professional and welcoming! Super happy with our stay, and the pool/hot tub and restaurant is a big plus! Looking forward to staying here again soon!

Decent hotel - stayed a couple of nights and we found it clean and well kept. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I'd stay there again.

Honestly, I don't have anything bad to say about this place. This was my first time staying here and we were there for 3 days. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was delicious and convenient and the rooms are beautiful and clean. Will be my go to place to stay when in town!

Ok place to stay. Fairly priced. The rooms are clean. I was on the highway side and the noise was a bit excessive coming through the door.
