Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort

Our organization hosted a full day conference at the Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort this past weekend and had the Fire & Oak cater it. The event went so smoothly thanks to the staff being very professional, prepared, and working with us to accommodate our needs. The catering was incredible - probably the best that we've had hosting one of our events - and when we could not find a caterer to make sandwiches for our field trip the next day, they happily accommodated that request as well. Rooms were also clean, comfortable, and the location is a good central spot for our partners. We would not hesitate to host another event here in the future.

We recently hosted a large corporate event at this Prestige, including a catered lunch and dinner. Everything went so smoothly and staff were so easy to work with. Food and service were great. Would definitely recommend holding an event here.

Recently, we needed to make an emergency stop and were on the look out for a place to fix our urgent issue. Decided to stop at Prestige and talk to the front desk folks. Mr Singh went over and beyond to help us. We were back on the road in no time, with all problems taken care of.
All, that I saw of the hotel, looked very appealing and clean. Extremely grateful for their kindness.

Excellent hotel. We booked a room here on a whim since we didn't want to drive the full 10 hours to Penticton. Our room got upgraded which was a nice treat after 5 hours of driving but I was worried about the noise of the trains being so close to the tracks.

The trains were no issue and we never heard them so don't let that sway your decision about staying here.

Nice and clean rooms and the staff are excellet. We will definitely be staying here again.

All that glitters is not gold.
We picked this room as it had a highest rating in Cranbrook area and now i am having a doubt that how did they get it. Is it all fake reviews? Check Pictures, a 4 star hotel can have a Chair ripped, soggy mattress, really bland Swimming pool (questioning the cleanness). And the worst part - we had a big Bug in the washroom (picture). Its far from any restaurants or shops to end of the town. Please do not go by the positive reviews, its just not possible that this hotel can get more than 1 star rating. Great place to stay, and it was great to have 2 restaurants on the premises. Location is excellent. Very clean and roomy. We'll definitely stay here when visiting Cranbrook.

Room was in good shape, clean and cozy. The bed is an absolute joke and needs updating. The tv is off set from the bed which is weird. All the staff were fantastic and the hotel is clean and very nice looking. Updated and beautifully done. The food in the restaurant was good, quick and great value. If it wasn’t for the bed and weird tv combo would be a 5 star review.

Booked a pet friendly room directly thru hotel. We arrived around 9pm and went to our room. First the toilet was clogged and wouldn't flush. Was told by night staff that they couldn't do anything until morning unless we wanted to go into a smaller room that wouldn't fit all of us. The other issue was when I checked in they had said there would be doggie bed and bowls for his food and water and there wasn't any. The night shift knew nothing about this either. When I checked out I let the front desk know about all these issues and they just said sorry didn't do anything to rectify the matter. Then one lady said just take the cost of the cot off very disappointed and will never go back.

Unfortunately could feel springs in the bed and the handle on the table next to the bed rattled when the train slowly passed but thoroughly enjoyed everything else. Well priced. Easy to find. Well designed/ decorated interior. Nice quiet pool and hot tub. Wonderful staff. Spacious king room. 5 star dining. The gym and spa looked up to date, clean and organized. Great value for the area and surrounding area.

Very nice hotel. Big rooms with good amenities. The Kitchen could have a few more plates & cutlery so you don't have to wash them between uses & have something other than packaging to lay your food out on. Good amenities. Nice pool area. Restaurant & separate bar on site - same kitchen.

We recently stayed here. Right out of the bat, the reception needs a special mention. We booked for 3 nights. But unfortunately because of kelowna fires and the fast approaching smoke made it impossible for us to even step out and decided to cut short our vacation.

We requested if the hotel can charge me only for 2 nights and they accomodated our request. We thank them so much for this nice gesture. Things like these are what we customers want as a positive experience. THANKS AGAIN!

Rooms are spacious, neat, and well maintained. Linen is clean and fresh. Bathtubs may need a little makeover but no complaints.

On the main road for easy access to shops and restaurants.

We loved our stay and we would visit this hotel again soon.

It's clean and the bed is comfy. There is not much else in Cranbrook.
But the hot tub was closed. And the pool was cloudy and too cold. That's a big fail in my kid's eyes. If we go through, we will go elsewhere.

This was one of the worst experiences me and wife have had in years, even post rock star days, which was exactly that!

After arriving really late, with pizza the only option, the wife looked at the room which as an absolute pigsty, for what you would expect for a room at the "Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort"

This place is an over commercialized dump! Dirty sheets, gross rooms, rude staff (I'll get to that in a minute)

After booking us in the wrong room. My wife noticed that the sheets were dirty, so she called for fresh sheets, the front counter lady brought up the sheets, then everything went southbound, she then proceeded to argue with my wife regarding the booking, then as the lady went off shift (which we found out was her last) the new lady called the RCMP and kicked us out! I was driving a very big truck with a trailer, and find parking.

UNBELIEVABLE!

Then the manager gave us a stay at the Hotel in Sooke, which was worse than Cranbrook! This chain is so Ghetto, and don't even register with the big chains, stay the Hell away from this garbage!

And to also add about aggressive behavior on our behalf, that is one of the biggest slanders I have ever heard! I will be in contact with my attorney regarding this response, as that is NOT how this went down, even the RCMP were wondering why they were they!

The Outside of the Building and Interior looked nice and updated, the Room was very lackluster and the Bed and Pillows weren't much better than sleeping on the concrete. It was nice that there are 3 Restaurants in the building though. Also, the toilet stopped flushing (Due to the Hook falling off inside the tank) Upon removing the lid to fix it, it looked like the back was filled with black mold.

If I could, this would be closer to 3 1/2 stars. Pictures online were a little.misleading. Its located directly on the main road and not really in walking distance to anything, but Cranbrook does not have a lot to offer anyway. Nothing outstanding at this hotel to make you spend the extra dollars. Views out of the room are either a railroad wrecking yard, or the highway. Staff didn't tell us of any amenities when we checked in, other than the bar closes early. Room was clean and quiet. I probobly wouldn't spend the extra money to stay here again, as there are less expensive options.

Stayed here as reviews were great. For our family, it was just okay. Room and bathroom weren’t as clean as expected. Service was okay.

The hotel was fine overall: comfortable bed, fine décor, nice staff.

But the internet service was awful!

Running the speed test on my web browser resulted in 1.17 Mbps download and 0.05 Mbps upload. Hotspotting my cell phone had way better data transfer rates. Consider a different hotel if you are coming for multiple days and hope to be able to connect to the internet while you are here.

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk agent Shivam delivered the kind of high quality customer service you would get in a luxury hotel. A true professional!
