Comfortable beds, friendly, prompt service, great fun at the adjacent casino (used only $10.00 as usual)!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel the rooms were great. Jerry at the front desk was fantastic and very helpful.

We had a great experience at the prestige! Very clean, nice and the staff were great! We had a balcony room and we loved it! My pups loved the balcony as well!

We have a room in the older side of the hotel (not the newly renovated side), and the bathroom absolutely reeks of stale cigarette smoke. The front desk said they have no air fresheners and there was nothing they could do about the smell, like they already knew about the issue.
The Tavern restaurant next door is always massively understaffed. Tables of guests had left but no one cleared the tables to seat new guests. It was extremely frustrating to stare at uncleared tables for over 40 minutes past our reservation time, so we just walked out. Many cities if not all in BC have staffing shortages but making customers wait endlessly is not a solution. Try telling people you are fully booked and can't take any further reservations to avoid disappointment and time wasting for customers!

Stayed here many times and always impressed. My latest stay I was greeted by a lovely lady named Renee. She went above and beyond in my check in and made my friend and myself feel extremely welcome. Will always stay here everytime I'm in or passing through Prince George!

Very fancy hotel. Prestige service from staff. Excellent amenities in the self contained rooms. Inhouse cafe, boardrooms, event rooms, inhouse oyster bar, tavern and restaurants, inhouse casino, inhouse pool, spa and slash slide. Lots of parking. Excellent for large and small events. Excellent for families and vacations.

Place was okay to stay but only problem is we only got 1 card for our room and my other also got 1 card for their room to me seems to me hotel is racist natives only get 1 card

Place was awesome slto stay in, room was great and ni e quality and comfy. Very easy to navigate to and the in house restaurant was awesome too.

Room was very nice and clean. Booked for 1 night stay for myself, husband and 2 young children. Went to front desk to ask for children's activity books, as they were advertised on company website. Was advised that they no longer have these. That is fine. Later took children to the pool and was told that we should attend to front desk for towels for pool. When we went to front desk, was told to wait. Stood there for 15 minutes waiting for towels, until we eventually left because nobody returned. The same evening there was an event that took place at the hotel which resulted in significant noise from our room until roughly 11pm. Was difficult to get 2 young children to sleep due to significant noise from our room. Would not recommend for family stay

I made a reservation for adjoined rooms didn't happen then it was loud disturbing drunk people on level 2 unsatisfied then the morning leaving was the housekeeping knocking on my door asking if I was staying again. I loved the pool and location that was about it.why reserve if it ain't going to happen for adjoined rooms. I will book with another company next time.

Had the opportunity to stay a night at the Prestige in Prince George. It has nice facilities and is central in Prince George. However, the night we stayed the fire alarm went off. We followed the emergency exit signs all the way down but to our surprise many of the emergency exit doors were locked from the outside forcing us to backtrack many times. Had there been a serious emergency we could have been in a life altering situation. After bringing it up to management at the end of our stay the response was “we will bring it up to our manager”. No apologies and no support. If you stay be safe and plan accordingly.

Overall it was positive. I had asked for a 11 AM check-in and it was not ready. I had to check back with the gal at the front desk twice before I could get into the room. She made no apparent effort to be pro active and reach out to me.

Even though very busy the service was wonderful and attentive. I never felt ignored. Room is spacious and very clean. Bed is very comfotable

Disappointed. Stayed overnight. Dripping faucet in the bathroom. Shut the bathroom door but kept us awake most of the night. Lights in the bathroom kept flickering. Went down for breakfast in the morning and my tea cup had lipstick on it. Not very covid friendly. Plus side pool was clean. Not impressed since this is attached to a casino and is called a prestige hotel. Wouldnt recommend.

Rooms were OK, air conditioning dries my mouth out. Never any specific parking for hotel guests. We always have to park far way when gamblers take up the main areas.the front staff were unfriendly, unhelpful and acted as if they didn't want us there.

We were originally booked nine a king room.we were told it was pet friendly, upon arriving and checking in, we were told this was not a pet friendly room and they had to change room.ok fine.we get to our room and it was a queen bed, which was ok, except it was very hard and uncomfortable. There was only one night stand.which was weird. I let the front reception know and she got very snooty and seemed angry. Not a great experience there

This Hotel has the utmost TIP TOP SERVICE!
Due to a medical emergency, I was desperately needing a good hotel room.
I had no time to pre book and all higher end hotels were booked solid.
I walked in and got thre last room.
Ive been here over 16 days as a family member is in hospice and will not survive.
They understand everything and have bent over backwards to accommodate my ever changing needs.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The room that we were given was very unclean and noisy, we stay at the prestige in the last few months for medical visits but given a room in the newer section that was very high in price and in this order was a disappointment.

So unimpressed. Intended to book a romantic jacuzzi suite for my husband and I. Room was extremely outdated, the was no jacuzzi there was an old jetted tub in the bathroom. The fireplace was old and beat up. There were children running up and down the hallways the people upstairs sounded like they were dragging a chair across the floor. I explained front desk that this wasn't exactly what I was intending and asked if I could upgrade the room and I was declined. Room cost me over $300 old outdated badly needs a renovation. Will not be staying again

Way too many chemicals in the pool. Get some proper ventilation if your gonna use that much. Also my boy found a booze can shoved in the return exchange in the hot tub! If your planning on getting any sleep I wouldn't recommend staying here. I could hear the kid next door screaming all night n kids running down the hallways all night. If your gonna have paper thin walls at the hotel then you should also move the pop machine into a seperate room no one wants to hear people getting stuff from it all night too. Parking is bad too. U need a seperate lot for hotel n casino. Doubt I'll stay again.
