Worst customer service experienced.
My shoes we’re drycleaned and we’re ruined when got back. Moreover the guy at the store was never rude and didn’t accept their mistake.

I moved to Victoria recently from Los Angeles. Since the prices are so much higher here I always ask first. I needed my dress clean for a Christmas Day dinner and brought it to Pristine Cleaners at 98 Brunswick Ave.on Dec. 22. I had called before And asked if it was possible to pick it up Dec. 23 or 24. Before I left the dress I asked the price-she looked at a price sheet and told me $22-25 & it could be ready the next day (she did not imply it was a rush order or it would cost extra etc. & they were open until 6pm on Fri23 & Sat24.12 pm. I had a witness with me. A man called Fri. 23 9am & asked me to pick up before 12: 30pm because they were closing early. My friend (the witness) picked up the dress & was charged $36.75. I called & complained. On Dec. 24 a man called saying that I was unhappy with the service. I said it was the price in a civil manner. He said it was a cocktail dress & a rush order. I told him in a civil manner that I was told a price of $22-$25/it wasn’t a cocktail dress or told it was a rush order & I would never have left my dress if I knew I would be charged this high amount of $36.75. He said I wasn’t even being charged for a rush order meaning it could of cost a lot more & asked what I wanted to do about it. I said I wanted my money returned from the difference of $25.00. He used the F.word & hung up.
