So chocked with there service. Told me at the start that my truck would only take 2 weeks to fix. Every time I called it was another 2 weeks. 6 months later I finally get my truck back, but had to pay an additional $300 for new batteries. The batteries were brand new. I had receipts for the batteries in my center console that mysteriously went missing. Then to top it off my radiator was damaged and started leaking after the accident witch they were told about. They replaced my transmission cooler and my rad support that was clearly damaged from the accident, but said the radiator didn't look like it had visible damage from the accident. Clearly they didn't warm the truck up long enough for the pressure to build up. Plus the rad was probably empty since it was leaking. Truck looks great but wish they would have fixed it properly. Deffenatly won't recommend anyone to go nor will I Every take a vehicle there again.

Poor customer service experience. Period. Initially, they installed the wrong tire type on my car. Despite numerous emails and calls spanning over 2+ months, they eventually procured the correct tire. Following their instructions (I emphasize that they asked me to schedule the pickup "anytime"), I arranged a courier pickup. However, upon the courier's arrival, the tire was not there. When I inquired about the next steps, the manager asked me to rebook the courier (they're not even willing to drop the package at the courier - apparently they don't know where the UPS Store is). Despite being incompetent, and making mistakes, she had the gall to shift the blame on me, and even threatened to return the tire to the supplier if I didn't comply.

The manager, a lady with whom I interacted, was rude and impolite and thinks she's invincible. She can lie through her teeth, seemingly comfortable with dishonesty. While I refrain from mentioning her name here, I note that her behaviour is not unique, as similar experiences can be found in other reviews, past or future.

Preston Management, if you genuinely value your brand, hire competent staff or train them to treat humans with respect and dignity. It's impolite and irresponsible to not return calls or respond to emails after repeated contact. Such behaviour from people in authority, sets a precedent for others and will harm your brand eventually.

Just had Mo Yasser, the detail center manager, polish my Ram pick up today. Excellent job removing the scratches cause by driving in the bush. I was very impressed with the finished product and it was completed in a timely manner. Professional, personable, and accommodating. Highly recommended. Thank you very much Mo.

This shop is completely unorganized. I brought my vehicle in for an icbc repair.
They massively underestimated the time and cost, leaving them on the hook to pay out of pocket for my rental car. They also tried to give me back the vehicle on three occasions claiming the repairs were complete when they weren’t.
All In all I did get my vehicle back eventually in proper condition after many phone calls and e-mails fighting for quality customer service and work.

Also during my vehicles time in the shop they dropped the bay door on my car creating new damage. Sure they fixed it their cost…. However that further shows the care and attention they take with our vehicles.

They then told me, I’m no longer allowed to bring any future vehicles through the shop because of the fact that the rental cost them thousands of extra dollars because their employees couldn’t fix the car correctly the first two tries, and created new damage that needed time to be fixed.

So just be careful using them, as you may have to fight to receive your car back in the condition pre-accident.

Overall great experience. Found the front end staff courteous, patient and knowledgeable. Repairs and detail completed in good time and looks as it never happened.
Highly recommended if you need collision repair or detailing.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, INCOMPETENT AMATEURS (0 stars)

Don't waste your time. The management and estimators at Preston C̶o̶l̶l̶i̶s̶i̶o̶n̶ Train Wreck are as useful as a left handed hammer.

Went to have initial damage estimate completed then had to come in a second time to have another estimate done as they were unable to do a proper estimate the first time (money, time and gas wasted). Found additional damage which estimate missed so came a third time. The third time they were not sure whether they would paint (fix) or order new parts in case the paint could not be matched properly.

At one point, I even had to look up 6 separate part numbers for replacement parts and advise the bodyshop because they could not find them. They should have paid me as I was doing their job for them at this point.

I called/emailed several times enquiring about the repairs along with finding damage they missed during their 3 estimates. I did not recieve adequate or sometimes any responses at all.

The shop finally ordered all the parts and stated ETA was 2 weeks. I waited 2 weeks and was informed by my insurance company that "Preston is not interested in doing the repairs for you as they feel that they will not be able to fully meet your needs". In other words, Preston is an amateur body shop that is unable to order parts, fix/paint simple fender damage, and re-install new parts replacing damaged parts.

In a sense, Preston Collision is right that they can't meet my needs. I had to look up parts for them and point out several damages they missed. If they had received all the parts and agreed to repair my vehicle I would not be surprised if I would be the one who would have to complete the body work/painting and replacement of damaged parts.

Avoid these amature clowns at all costs.

I have found Preston to be very professional and they have great empathy for people dealing with ICBC. Glad that I was referred to them.

Recently a criminal tried to break into my car, punching the entry door lock with a screw driver. The criminal was unsuccessful but damaged the guts in my locking device.

I visited Preston Collision about this ICBC vandalism claim (As I have been very happy with their service in the past.)
I had no appointment, but the service manager (George) recognized there was a small window of opportunity & squeezed me in for a quick investigation and possible repair work.
The investigation & work was done by a service technician named “Mike”

As I sat patiently & comfortably in the waiting area, appreciating their coffee bar and playing on my phone for just less than an hour. George returned with my keys and told me that they fixed my door lock mechanism with extra parts “Free of charge” they didn’t want to charge ICBC or myself.
I recognize most accredited shop fees are $180 per hour. (ICBC has a $300 deductible otherwise)
I’m very grateful to George & Mike for accommodating me on such short notice and at no charge. 5 Stars!

Preston always does a great job for me, And staff is very helpful. You have to try them out
