I made a booking for 12 for a mani and pedi. They only started me at 1pm. But they ran the pedicure bath and just made me sit by it for an hour just waiting for someone to come and start on me. In the time I was there, another lady came and did her mani and pedi and left me still there. When I complained about the wait I was just dismissed. There’s other nail places in this area, I would not recommend this place

Got it done on May 20th, all nails cracked right on the very next day. Called in on June 2nd and they asked to come to get them fixed. To my surprise, got told because my nails are very weak and got no solution.

I got nails done, broken in 3days. Only last 3 days. It never happened to me. But when I asked them for repair, they blamed me that I didn’t be careful. Not worth it for money.

I am a young working professional woman so I don’t have a lot of time.

So when I found this gem of a place after working a long day I had extremely great experience!

I relaxed and got my nails done even though it was a little late in the day and already dark but they still made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

It’s been along time since I got my nails done so I was very happy to find this place.

They did a really great job and my nails look super classy and totally five-star ready!

I have been coming to Pretty Nails now for over 3 years and I highly recommend coming here! Very affordable, quality work done by absolutely lovely individuals. My gel manicures last longer than any other place I've been to and the pedicures done by Teresa are exceptional. The vibe is relaxed and light and if its busy, never too long of a wait. Free parking just off Kingsway as well so no worries about being towed or ticketed. Check it out! I guarantee you wont be disappointed!

Came here to get my acrylics removed and one of the ladies ended up breaking my ring finger nail. Didn’t say sorry at all… Worst nail salon experience ever!

I just happen to be near here and needed a fill so stopped in. My nails look fantastic! And the fill was so quick! And my nails aren’t thick! Im really pleased!

UPDATE: I went for another pedicure with the same female owner and my experience was different this time. She was doing the motions of massage but I could not feel a thing. My feet were also not scrubbed or exfoliated, I still have dead skin on the bottom of my feet. The polish looks nice but cuticles were horrible and I had to go get another pedicure somewhere else. Waste of money and time.

I went for a pedicure today with the female owner. She took me in as a walk and did an amazing job! This is not my usual nail salon but I'm glad I went here today. 10/10. Please support this local small business- you will not be disappointed!

They do a good job on nails, but I am concerned about cleanliness. They used a nail file on me and then walked over to a stranger and used the same one on her with no cleaning in between at all. Not even a wipe. All their equipment seems dirty too. Isn't that a health concern? My nails do look amazing, the prices are good, and they fit me in right before closing. The lady's always nice. So it's mostly good

Came in for a mani pedi. The lady servicing me was kind and gave the best massages! She also checked her work very often to ensure that my nails turned out pefectly. The shaping of my nails were slightly off, but basically unnoticeable; I would still say that it is very much worth the price as she did a clean job.

They are really nice they have a good service I have been their customer for more than a year and now after a year I say my opinion, they are really professional and besides, they are very kind.

Terrible experience. I went to get a pedicure with my mother after seeing good reviews online. Two of the ladies started both our pedicures at the same time, however the lady doing my pedicure was not at all at par with the other lady. She cut my nails, did the cuticles, but did not file my nails. Then did a quick 2 minute moisturizer massage, and rushed through this whole thing in 20 minutes. She added two coats of nailpaint, but did not add the final glossy layer. After finishing my two coats, she just left to attend to another customer and didn't even put a nail dryer in front of me. When I pointed it out to the other lady, she said it looked like there was a layer but I know there wasn't because I'd been observing it. Worst of it is that she didn't even clear out the dirty water, which was in the tub until after I left (after sitting there drying my nails for 20 minutes).

For my mother, the lady was rude and didn't respond to any questions (pretending to not understand English). She did a decent job with the massage, although to be fair that was after my mother complained about mine. Finally, while applying the nailpaint, she didn't even apply to show the shortlisted colours so my mother could choose. Instead, she applied it on her finger nail (and didn't offer to remove it after). My mother's nailpaints were smudged and she didn't bother to add toe separators (even though the lady next to us had one).

It was towards the end of their day, so I understand the need to go home. But that's no excuse to treat customers this way. If you want to waste your money, please go here. Else I suggest looking for alternatives.

I will say that this place charges a very low price for a full acrylic set. However, you do get what you pay for.

Cuticles weren’t prepped properly, they basically just used an electric file over everything, cuticles included so i was left with really ragged edges. At some points they left the e-file on a little too long and it was quite painful. Top coat didnt go all the way to the edges of the nail polish so the edges of my nails attract dirt etc. The acrylic nails themselves are also pretty irregular, like narrow at the base and fat at the tips and they are slightly different lengths.

Other than that they are nice, they don’t pressure you into buying extra stuff and they do ask you what length/shape etc. Customer service A+ but execution needs work. I have a feeling they’ve been doing nails for a very long time and settled into some not great habits.

They always do a great job on my toes, and I will admit I am kinda picky. And even though I moved from Burnaby a while ago, the lady (most likely the owner) actually still remembered me. It was the sweetest thing ever

Love this place! I’ve got my toenails broken I really needed a care so went to this place for a pedicure. The technician was kind and helped my nail look healthy again. After polishing I was impressed that the broken ones look good! Oh and I enjoyed their Massage chair:)

Me and my friend went there to get acrylics and the experience was amazing. The price was reasonable and they quickly sat us down. Both the female and male worker were extremely careful and friendly towards us! 10/10, would recommend.

Went in this evening very close to closing time and they were very gracious and took us in. Very professional and meticulous. Well priced.

Doesn't look like much but my wife has faithfully been going here for years, and myself recently. I have bad knees so my wife thought it would be a good idea for me to come get a pedicure with her, she always raved about the massages that came with getting her feet done. As a male, I was very reluctant but low and behold, there were two other males getting their feet scrubbed as well! They did a great job with my toes, but I could care less, it was the foot/leg massage that sold me. The lady with the spidery long eyelashes should be a certified RMT. That was one of the best foot massages I've had and my feet have never felt smoother.

The male employee ruined my nails and left me with the WORST set of nails I’ve ever had the service was terrible he was done in 30 mins and my nails were so ugly and he used the power filet all around the set he put on so they were like little gobs of whatever on my nails it was terrible awful and embarrassing to wear the nails he left me with I had them removed the next day at a different salon. Steer clear of this place

My absolute favourite place to get my nails done. I have been going here for years, and this is the only salon I know who hasn't inflated their pricing. They do awesome nails and listen to what you want. Highly recommend!

Would not recommend. Don't take the care in prepping your nails before the colour.go too fast. Cut my cuticle and it bled!

My husband and I come here often for pedicures. They give amazing foot massages and our feet feel baby smooth after. The prices are incredibly cheap compared to other salons I've been to in the past.

Brought my wife here and I'm baffled. My wife got a pedicure and i got a manicure. My wife's feet looks okay didn't look as good as our regular place. The issue was with my manicure. They did my hands with no care in the world.i walked out paying too much with dirt under my nails with sharp nails. Really disappointed.
