Super sweet vets and techs! They even sent me a handwritten sympathy card, signed by every staff member.

They've taken excellent care of my cat every time, even saving his life once when he had an infection. The vets and staff have been kind and polite in each interaction. Thanks from Marshall and Mellow

Friendly staff! Knowledgeable vets. Over all awesome place. Can take a while to have your call answered, so be patient. It's worth the wait

The receptionist s are great women to work with they always have a greeting smile and make you feel welcome they're very kind to your pets and they feel so welcomed and happy when they see them

They got my cat Piper in quickly when he was having a tooth issue (after spending hours at the emergency clinic the night before, then finally being told they don't do dental. $300 bill for that!). Dr. Lerche was so kind and explained everything so well; answering all my questions. I was so worried and sick feeling and now feel so much better. Thank you!

I believe Mt Prevost Vet use yo be an extremely talented and wonderful place to take you beloved pet
NOW they are all about money and easy appointments and they have absolutely no regard for there long term customers and would prefer to REFER you to emergency in Nanaimo or Langford than examine your pet! If it ain’t easy they ain’t doing it I’m pretty upset with there lack of caring for there customers and there pets

We called to ask about X-Rays for our Border Collie, we were told extremely rudely that they are no longer taking new clients which is understandable. While we were in the middle of asking them if they recommend anywhere else we were hung up on. Terrible customer service. I can't even believe these people help animals. Disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourself!

Generally my appointments with them have been great doctors are amazing staff are wonderful unfortunately lately even as a existing patient unable to get appointments tried to get my dog in for cancer surgery with them unfortunately wasn’t able to living in Lake Cowichan ended up having to go to Victoria for surgery and now that the surgery is done he requires 10 minutes once a week to have his bandages changed and not able to get in they’ve said no sorry if we had known well they did know because I tried to get the surgery there and it’s six weeks of bandage changing I mean once a week for six weeks we now have to go back to Victoria rather Then to his doctor For 10 minutes extremely disappointing They should be seeing their existing patients rather than booking appointments for non-existing patients when they’re so busy that they can’t see their pre-existing patients extremely sad

I had the worst experience at this vet. The display of unprofessionalism starting with the front end staff to the vet and the owner due to a miscommunication over the treatment of my pet was appalling. The worst part was my pet did not get treatment.

Great friendly staff. Took good care of our puppy who is normally fearful of new people but they were so patient and were able to pick him up with no issues. Our baby is home now sleeping and recovering from surgery

This place is my family vet. We had my childhood dog Kilo here, they helped us when he needed to be let go and now I have my personal pets here. They genuinely care about my fur family and are always open and empathetic with their care for them.

The care & kindness all of you gave, made the whole process of Shilohs surgery & recovery so much easier. I am positive that his speedy recovery is due to the care given him at your clinic. I’ve seen 3 doctors at this clinic and I must say Dr. Wang is my favorite. She was extremely empathetic to Bella’s anxiety and did anything possible to make her feel comfortable. She even gave her some treats and performed some of the exam on the floor. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The reason I give a 4 is because the office is poorly ran. There’s always a wait for anything and everything. And not like a couple minutes but 10’s of minutes. Even when everyone else has already left I still find myself waiting.

They can get super busy at times. Their parking lot was full one time it was so busy! They’re good so I come here just be prepared to wait. I hope they can somehow make things more efficient for a better experience for the customer.

My puppy was very unresponsive and could barely balance. We brought him to duncan animal hospital but the vet was in surgery and they didn't have any other vet there to serve others. We brought him to prevost and got seen very fast and got everything figured out. Everyone was very friendly and sympathetic. Would highly recommend!

Dr.s are always very helpful at identifying ways to increase the quality of life for our fur babies! Simple tips that go a long way! They are also very friendly and handle my girls (cats & dogs) professionally and carefully. Prices are fair, office is clean, reception is always smiling!

Took my 15 year old Golden Retriever to Prevost for his final shot under the recommendation of my normal vet who was unavailable.

What a remarkable group of caring staff. Words can't express my gratitude for the kindness they showed me and Ripley that day.

As a side note they were very reasonably priced and didn't leave my bank empty from the experience.
