Primacy - Manchanda Medical Clinic

I've been going to this clinic for several years and they have gotten worse and worse. Okay doctors but the receptionists are the worst I have ever experienced. They screw up faxes. Don't pick up the phone. Leave you on hold, then hang up and even blatantly lie about their incompetence.

Don't go here. It's not worth the trouble.

Dr. Bahang is a racist doctor. He didn’t know how to talk to a patient. Many patient refused to talk to him, while i was waiting and later I got the worst experience with that doctor. He is a disgrace to the doctor community.

They don't open at 8 am false in web site open at 8.30 and they don't see any one before 9am

All the staff are gawars from the pind. This is the situation of our country Canada or should I say Kaneda thats what the staff is like.

Sorry to Hear of Dr. Zake passing He was such a caring doctor and was really compassionate when I lost my baby last year. I will really miss Him. My condolences and heart felt sympathy to His family

BEWARE! This place might not even be legal! Nobody will identify them self not ever the alleged "Doctor'' the lady at the front desk is racist and ignorant.she also would not identify herself.the good news is the police provided their names! MANY GILL front desk.avoid her.she's undereducated, rude and a pathological lier

the "doctor" in question might not even be a real doctor.his names SEOKJAE BAHNG hes the one who latterly hid in his office and refused to provide his name or Medical practice number.im convinced hes not even a doctor.this clinic is racist.rude and I will be reporting them! 1 this must stop! The doctor! Refused to state his name. Or medical ID#! Very unprofessional. And even racist! The older lady running the front desk is also extremely belligerent, obnoxious, rude and unprofessional!

Very bad service they are providing i got it appointment 12: 45 but my number is coming 2 hours later i am wait 2 hours, every time they are denied

I wanna give them 0 star because they sent patients before the waiting time and some patients waiting for two hours

The best doctor, i have ever seen in Surrey. Always find time to listen to the patients.

I wish I could give them a zero. My parents are elderly’s and they have to call all day and still they don’t get through and nobody answers the phone call. If anything happens to your Health and they can’t even get through to their family Doctor Who is responsible?
Although the family doctor is very helpful, it’s the receptionist I don’t answer. I don’t know if they need to hire more front desk staff to accommodate all the phone calls, or if they are simply just on professional and really should not be working as receptionist. In the end if somebody’s life is at risk and they can’t even get through their own doctor.done this is very shameful and then they should not be allowed to run a clinic

The overall experience at the clinic was not good, just because of the rude behaviour of the receptionist. Other than that medical service seems good, and I got an immediate call from the doctor.

The chinese doctor has an attiude problem. He shows attitude when you are concerned for your health. I hope he has his medical license revoked. Have never received such disrespect from a person let alone it be a doctor!

Horrible.just horrible reception staff. Ladies dont pickup the call and if they pickup they will keep the receiver on the side and dont take the call. What kind of attitude is this. Very poor

Reception staff is not good. If they picked up the phone after approximately 1 hour, I felt we did the mistake to phoned them. They are in too much in hurry and phoning system is not properly working like no answer machine, no other information like office closed or open, need a goog management.

I took my father to this clinic and Dr. John attended him. The doctor is so professional and caring and if I would say that I have never seen such a good human being before. Much appreciated

Heyy does anyone pick up the call at anytime of the day? I called so many times, either it says user busy or no one picking up the call.if anyone can suggest me that is it okay if I directly email the doctor?

Doctors are very Nice however front desk ladies are very rude and unprofessional. They will make you feel they are doing favour to talk to you and busy on their own phones. The staff should be replaced or They should learn how to treat people Nicely.

Front staff is so rude, and worst customer service, Even Doctors are not taking any action against their staff. Very unprofessional.

Very bad experience.my daughter was very sick.we went for this in real canadian superstore but receptionist said we are not taking walkins and new patient.they have no concern about the life of sick person.dont even ask doctor. She behaves like doctor.so stupid lady.

Busy clinic. Sometimes quite long wait times but I've always been very happy by the care that Dr. Hashim has given.

Probably one of the worst doctors in the world. Dr. Gill is extremely rude and unprofessional, she doesn't know how to talk to patients at all. I hope Dr. Gill retires, how can someone be this bad at their job.

Wish i could give zero stars.called to renew prescription, was on hold, disconnected, etc several times.doctor calls back hours later and says he will refill and send to my pharmacy.week later and pharmacy still has not received refill from doctor and the doctors office trashy receptionists have blocked my cell number.absolutely ridiculous that people have to deal with this.big thanks for pharmasave for giving my prescription under the pharmacy emergency prescription, i am almost ran out.

Nightmare no response clinic. The support staff believes in not attending the calls, with perpetual reply of being very busy and overload of work. Which is new term for Inefficient staff supported by the doctors.

Dr. Hashim is my family's doctor. He's very kind, humorous and understanding. I feel like he does keep my best interests in mind, respects my values and always answers my questions in detail (even if I have many!)

Admin are very hard working and constantly juggling a million things (their phone never stops ringing). When I have booked in-person appointments they always honour the time I booked for (several times they have gotten me in earlier, which I definitely appreciate!)

Health care in Canada is crazy and there are more patients than doctors. This clinic not only sees regular patients but walk-ins as well. I think they do a great job given the circumstances and how busy their location is. Thank you for your service Manchanda Clinic!

Once you are there (speaking from personal experience) the doctor is good. But calling to set up an appointment has ALWAYS been a nightmare for me. They lady (ies) put you on hold, and shortly after hang up. They don't call you back, you have to call back, and be put on hold again. If you don't stress your disappointment of being hung up on, it MAY happen again.

To me that's unprofessional. Why drop calls without a word. When you ask why they just apologize without any explanation. This happens to me every time I call to set up an appointment with my family doctor, who is great. Can't say the same thing about the receptionists.

Super rude staff" no hi no bye nothing " never seen clinic staff like this before esc the lady on the right side of the desk they don't even bother them selfs to look at you while speaking treats you like you are second class human and they are number 1. Don't know who gave them some good rating should be their friends! No pne picks up the phobe at all also!

Don't understand at all I go in there to fill out the paperwork they tell me I will receive a phone call in an hour I don't hear nothing for 3 hours so I go home hear nothing all day from them and I still don't know what's going on I tried calling and they tell me that they're not receiving phone calls I don't know what's wrong with this place am i just a numbers to these people and it doesn't matter I don't understand how you can treat you and beings this way I'm in pain and I need help is it my skin colour that's a problem

They dont evan have a recording with clinic hrs they are closed by 1PM why cant they get more drs and stay open longer

The doctors in this officer fabulous my doctor probably wanted the best I've ever talked to him very light very friendly the front desk on the other hand love to give you a hard time it took 3 plus hours for them to send over my prescription plus 1 talk to they get confrontational and rude again I wish I didn't have to give a star at all for I wish I can pinpoint exactly who I'm starring but staff at this place is ridiculous and rude

I have no complaints for Doctors. But the rude way of handling the phone calls by Mindy is the reason for this review. Doctors have to treat the customers for high blood pressure once talk to her before the required treatment appointment.

We are very happy with Dr. Hashim. The clinic is very busy but that is not their fault. They have always been accommodating and kind to my family. Sometimes the receptionist with glasses has bad days but most of the time it's fine. The young girl that works there is very nice! I recommend Dr. Hashim and this clinic.

I have good experience with this clinic. Although the receptionists are bit rude but Dr.gill is very caring and supportive

It's not the doctor that just makes a clinic it's also the receptionistsIt's not just the doctor that makes a clinic it's also the receptionists very questionable customer service doesn't answer the phones

The doctors are fine. Its the front desk ladies that dont even answer the phone. I had to call 5 times for them to finally answer. I even stood outside the clinic a few days ago and i called them and i saw 3 of them chatting with eachother rather than anwsering the phone. They were suppose to email me something but never did so i had to go there myself to get the stuff i needed. Its understandable if they are busy and getting a lot of calls due to covid but they don’t answer on purpose, its not even that they’re actually busy.

Worst staff. Specifically front desk indian lady with glasses in her 50's, she doesn't know how to talk to people. You cant be rude with your clients. If you cant handle your work stress then stop working.

The staff has no courtesy to talk to the Patients at all. Totally disappointed with their attitude. Worst so far in terms of behaviour.

Called to book an appointment with doc and got a return call from Dr Zake within five mins. We did a Zoom call and I had a resolution within ten mins. Very pleased. Only issue I have had with this clinic in the past is how often they call for followup on things that don't need follow up imo. But if you prefer a very hands on experience with your doctor, this might be a great place for you.

The worst clinic around. Highly disrespectful staff. Will tell you an hour wait and it ends up being a 3 hour wait. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC waste of time.

I am being very generous with the rating, I wish I could give zero or negative stars. I am surprised this clinic is still open going by the doctors attitude with patients. They are just interested in their own self interest of billing MSP for the max number of patients they can see in a day and always seem too rushed. The ladies at reception are way nicer.

This is the worst and most pathetic walk in clinic, the staff here is so unprofessional and very rude, they always get into an argument with the patient, they are not well versed with their responsiblities. The wait time is more than 3 hours even in case you have an appointment. So be prepared to wait or 3 years before visiting.

There is an East Indian female doctor, and she is the absolute worse. Told me that my ear was clean, when it was actually full of wax and had to go to another doctor to clean it out

The doctors here really care for there patients. DR Manchanda and Dr Hashim are great. It gets quite busy so make sure to phone in before coming to make an appointment.

I really like Dr Hashim. He is great with my 2 year old son. Could spend a little more time with patients. He always is in a rush. But nevertheless, he is thorough. And with how busy the clinic is, i see the point of having to be quick. The receptionist's there are rude alot of the time. But when they have come off as rude i still smile and stay cheerful. And then i saw their friendliness poke through. Maybe Us as the public need to treat EVERYONE WITH MORE friendliness and respect. There are certain races of people who are supppper rude and they come off as if this is their world and every other race just lives along side of them. NOT GOING TO MENTION WHICH RACE THAT IS; BUT WE ALL NEED TO BE A BIT MORE FRICKEN NICE, KIND, AND LESS JUDGEMENTAL. And i think no matter where you go it would be a much better experience.

My overall experience at this clinic has been mediocre. The clinic hours (mon to sat 9am to 2pm) is not flexible or convenient. If you are a walk-in patient, the wait time before you can see a doctor can take up to 45mins to 1hrs+. Positive side is you can waste time by shopping since the clinic is inside Superstore. I started to take action upon myself to schedule appointments weeks in advance. In the beginning, I had challenges with the receptionists because depending on who I spoke to there was confusion if I can or cannot book an appointment (rather than walk-in) with my family doctor, Dr. Hashim, despite the fact he is my FAMILY DOCTOR and I shouldn’t be put on the walk-in patient wait list. There were times when a receptionist would say Dr. Hashim doesn’t accept pre-booked appointments, only walk-in. But another receptionist would book appointments for Dr. Hashim without question. It was very frustrating dealing with the receptionist staff. However, over the last few months I have seen an improvement in customer service from the reception staff. The receptionists seem a lot more helpful and friendly over the phone and in-person. I refuse to see any other doctor except Dr. Hashim at this clinic – Dr. Hashim is reputable for his thoroughness, patience, and care approach. At every appointment, Dr. Hashim takes time to understand the medical symptoms I am experiencing prior to diagnosing. He never rushes my appointments. As a bonus, Dr. Hashim is the only doctor that seems to be reliable, confident, and trust-worthy. He showcases a lot of medical knowledge in depth and has much experience dealing with people of all ages. Dr. Hashim is also amazing with my little one, who has grown to enjoy visiting him when needed for medical advice. My little one has been seeing Dr. Hashim since first born. My 4/5 star review is influenced by my family's relationship and experience dealing with Dr. Hashim as our family doctor for the last 2.5 years.

Not a friendly service, receptionist needs to work on how to deal with new patients nicely and provide customer service

On May 7th I went to the clinic due to sharp, pain in my right side of the back. There was an Egyptian doctor
Who examined and than gave a referral for the ex ray. I went to Jim Pattison and find out that the name on the paper was not mine but someone's else. This type of negligence is beyond understanding. I have the paper with me as a proof. I have been to this place before but never had this type of surprise.

It was very disappointing, I do not expect doctors to make such blunders.

Worth the wait to see dr Menchenda, he’s been my doctor and now my children’s for many years. I see a lot of bad reviews for wait times. Yes it’s long but I haven’t been to a clinic that isn’t packed especially in the center of newton.

Please do not waste your time going to this clinic. In the past year I have had two bad experiences with this office. I went to the doctor with a really awful sore throat who took a swab of my mouth and said he would contact me with the lab results. Two weeks pass and i heard nothing, During these two weeks i experienced extreme pain - could not swallow any food or liquids, lost 10 pounds due to not eating. I ended up going to the hospital and because my tonsillitis went untreated a huge abscess grew in the back of my throat that had to be immediately cut open and drained.something that could have been treated withing a week of antibiotics turned into 2-3 weeks of missed work and insane pain. Later that year i started to experience similar symptoms but with more body pain. The doctor again took a swab of my mouth took a look at my throat a determined it was "strep". Gave me antibiotics and sent me on my way. Well two weeks later the sickness just got worse. I ended up going to the hospital again because i broke out in a "measles" like rash. And the doctors there took blood tests and determined it was Mono. And i got the rash from the antibiotic that treats strep. After these two experiences i went back and got a referral to see an ENT, Which the doctor gladly gave me. But the MOA never called me to give me my date of my appointment. I had to call the office months later to confirm that they actually sent the referral!

Long story I know. I just dont want anybody to waste 2 hours waiting to not be taken care of, or better yet, just get worse.

Never go in to see Dr. Sonia Singh. She is the rudest doctor and never listens fully to the problem
