The clinic requires private medical issues to be discussed verbally, in public with a receptionist. Fails to provide walk in service to the community. When I am forced to take time off work to commit to an appointment, I expect to receive a list of available appointments. End of story.

Dr. Coffey is amazing and made me feel so comfortable during a very uncomfortable procedure. I would highly recommend her. She is so personable, professional and friendly. She answered any questions I had and didn’t make me feel rushed.

Just had my appointment for an IUD replacement. Friendly staff, clean and new office, appointment was on time - no wait, which is next to impossible nowadays. Dr. Coffey was amazing and walked me through the process. Best clinic I've been to!

Not a walk in clinic anymore, desk staff rather on rude side of the scale, highly not recommended.

Dr. Bahri has been our family doctor since our former family doctor, who provided care for nearly 15 years, closed his practice over a year ago. Everyone has different expectations from a family doctor for sure. Knowledge, skills and thoroughness are of number one importance to me, and Dr. Bahri has them all. She is down-to-earth, straightforward, and resourceful. She truly cares about her patients, promotes health, as well as treats disease. I have had several health issues this year, some were temporary and others are ongoing. She has given unbiased advice, let me participate actively in all decisions related to my health and assessed each situation carefully. Rather than simply writing up a prescription, she digs into the underlying cause and does whatever it takes to make me feel better in the long run. She always keeps things moving in terms of the diagnostic tests needed. She seeks knowledge continually and does referrals to specialists when she does not have the answers. I feel like my family and I are in great hands with her. Thank you, Dr. Bahri!

I came here with my daughter to get her 6 months vaccinations and Dr Revzani gave her infanrix and then told me to give her the Rotavirus vaccine in the waiting room. I came back to Australia (where I live) and told the nurse here about our experience and she informed me that it’s actually extremely dangerous for a baby to have Rotarrix vaccine after 24 weeks of age. I’m shocked and disappointed by the lack of care and misjudgment that could have resulted in serious problems for my daughter (luckily she is ok). I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone, ever. Certainly not to anyone who has a young baby.

If I could give this medical clinic a half star, I would.
I booked my phone appointment (because in person treatment is a thing of the past) during my WORK hours. I sat around waiting for someone to call and the phone call finally came 40 minutes late! When I listened to the voicemail it was the most unprofessional, impersonal message. All it said was the name of the doctor and that's it. No announcement from who they were, a call back number, hours they could be reached, etc.
Please note that if your patients book a phone appointment, we are not waiting around for you to call us. We have work to do, we have errands to run. WE set a time out of OUR schedule for YOU and we expect you to show up and commit.
Horrible!

There is a doctor there named Bahri she talks directly but her knowledge is wonderful. One of the best doctors I’ve ever seen

I've had good experiences in the past with this clinic, but today I have called regarding a referral for ADHD diagnosis (supported by therapist) and didn't feel listened to, was cut off while describing my symptoms. It felt rushed, and like assumptions were made before I could explain. Not a good feeling. Not pleased.

I would like to introduce Kim Graffi who is the manager of the 19th and 17th clinic on Lonsdale. I am so wondering even she is not able to manage her behavior how she is the manager that is why the receptionist s in 2 clinics are so negligent because of her she even cannot manage herself. " I know you for a long time " is her words when someone is not happy with her management in 2 clinic. She is so rude mean and impolite to people she is is defensive

DR BHARI used to be my gp before she moved to your location. I miss her. She always took the time to help me understand what was going on and my test results. She was always thorough and personal and the key thing is I knew I could trust what she was telling me. Dr BHARI I hope you’re doing well in your new practice!

My experience was horrible. After waiting for 1 hour for see a doctor, even if I was the only patient at the clinic, I saw an old doctor that seems very unfriendly, I felt like I’d wait my time.

I have never seen a rude doctor like her in my life. She is arrogant and absouletly very pedant. If you think yourself and if you keep your wellness, dont go to see Dr Bahri!

This place NEVER pick their phone up. I CaN NEVER peacefully make my appointment ahead. Call multiple of times and no reception picks up.
Dr. Bahri is ok depending the mood she is on

The Dr. I saw was excellent. Listened to my concerns and we came up with a next step for my situation. Great job.

I just had a awful experience with Dr. Bahri. She kept interrupting me during the entire time and made me feel dumb as well. I left the clinic feeling really uncomfortable with the way that she talked to me.
27 September 2019 20:08
I’m not someone who ever takes the time to write reviews on anything but today’s experience was horrid. I actually had to stop Dr. Bahri and ask her to talk to me like a human being. It felt like an interrogation! The subject matter was pretty sensitive too. Unbelievable. My advice to you is to go anywhere but here.

I cannot recommend this "walk in" clinic. At 4;00 I entered the clinic and was told by the front desk that the wait time would be around 40 minutes which I thought was reasonable; I took a seat and scrolled through my phone. After an hour and a half (its now 5: 30) and with my phone on one bar, I got up and asked the front desk where I was in the que, should be soon as there were only a handful of people in the waiting room, they arrived well after me. She stated I would be next if no appointments show up, what? ? ? First I heard of this. How does that work? Now I am getting a hint as to why the delay. Seems patients were all showing up for their booked appointments leaving no window for walk ins, why didn't she tell me this before, how do we go from 40 mins to two plus hours. At around 6: 00 I was taken to a room, finally! Had to wait again as another patient strolled in. After finally seeing the Dr for 5 mins, I left at 6: 20, total time wasted is about 2.20 hours. So this is how it works, if you are a walk in, be warned, you are basically on standby waiting for an appointment not to show, good luck.

There is no point in making appointments. I made an appointment for 230, arrived at 230 and proceeded to watch 3 people “drop in” and get in first AND leave before me. It’s now 315 and I’m still waiting to even get in, even though I had an appointment. Garbage service if you ask me.

I am a patient of Dr. Clement's. She gets a five star, as do her staff. I always have an appointment to see her, so I haven't had issues with wait times as others have reported. I think the current system of our health care system is the problem, as Dr's are overworked because there aren't enough physicians.
There are very few Dr's, taking patients, so I believe Dr's with a full patient load are forced to fit in extra patients. Anyhow, as for Dr. Clement she is compassionate, genuine, and relatable. I can't comment on other physicians in this office, as I only see her. Highly recommend Dr. Clement.

First I tried to call for 10 minutes to make an appointment and no one bothered to pick up the phone. Then when I arrived there were 5 of us waiting in line to check in. One of the doctors had to run around and get the girls from the back. Inr od the girls just asked for any doctor or nit but the idiot didnt bother to take my info. Then I'm told it will be 40 minutes. An hour later, still nothing yet they had 3 doctors on. I still had to wait another 20 to 25 minutes. I even mentioned that medimap wasn't updated and once i said that it finally was! Dont waste your time here! Find another clinic and avoid this one at all cost!

Dr. Bahri is the most arrogant doctor I’ve come across. Im sure she broke at least a few doctor patient confidentiality laws when she questioned private medical information in the waiting room. Repeatedly pointed her finger at me and broke physical boundaries by grabbing my arm without consent. Laughing while she was doing so. She must have thought it was appropriate but I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a medical office before.

Walk in and only one other patient their, several at least 3 people walked in after us and got in before us

Initially the booking was ok and our sick baby was diagnosed ok.

But when it was my turn to get a booster shot they did not have it in stock. So they told me to go to the 19th and Lonsdale clinic as they have it in stock and it would be fast because I came from 17th

NOPE. Had to go in, wait for over 30-45 mins! Have to debate to the doc there (whom was a little out of date) I needed a booster. Another doctor confirmed i could get a booster.

With a sick baby & re-waiting.it was horrible.
They must have known its a long waiting time there but didnt care it seems. Why send me away when they HAD the option to run there, grab it, and bring it back to inject.

Yes I heard them talking that it WAS an option, but trusted it would be fast.

If patient care and family care was care about, then they could have done the better / faster option.

Not a happy visitor.

Can't believe such Doctors exist in Canada. Usually I go to the walk-in clinic on 8th street Lonsdale and it's far far better. Haven't come across a Doctor (Touktam Bahiri) so rude and cold. She is one of the Doctors in Primacy clinic, North Vancouver and just rushes through her patients and what we get to hear is "I'm the only doctor attending here, find a family doctor". If she doesn't want to do her job and just get the fees from the government, she could might as well find something else convenient for her and stop wasting others time.also the wait time (approz 2 hrs). A piece of advice. STAY AWAY especially if she is around

I had a fever for 6 days straight I saw Dr. Martin she listen to my chest and looked in my ears and blew me off even though I told her that I had a history of flu turning into bronchitis. I asked for antibiotics and was blown off as if I was asking for opioids. She was going to run tests as it was a viral infection and my lungs were clear sounding. She ignored that I was coughing by the minute each night. As soon as I left there I went to another doctor and it turns out I have pneumonia. I am being treated now by another doctor with medication and an inhaler. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to this quack I could’ve ended up in the hospital. Everybody out there you know your body listen to it and keep asking questions.

This is usually a great clinic with quick wait times and friendly doctors. However, my last visit was quite the opposite. After two days of excruciating throat pain, I went to the clinic to get tested for strep (I have quite a high pain tolerance and can usually work through the common cold/flu, but this one had knocked me out for a couple days) I have had strep before, and knew this pain was not normal. I met with the female doctor working that day, (Dr. Mathers I think). She walked into the room, didn't make eye contact and mumbled a hello. She asked why I was in and I explained my symptoms and mentioned that I had strep before and was concerned I had it again. I was also going away the following week and wanted to ensure whatever I had was gone prior to my trip. She huffed at me, said I didn't have strep, but because I made the trek to the clinic she would take a swab and send it to get tested. I reiterated the amount of pain I was in (It hurt to breath at this point) and asked if she recommended any pain killers I could take while waiting for my results and prescription. Not even looking my direction, she mumbled " I would try Advil or Tylenol". As if I hadn't been taking that for the last couple days. I have never left a clinic feeling like such an idiot. The doctor was so condescending and rude. THE BEST PART? After not hearing from the clinic for three days, I assumed the doctor was right and I didn't have strep. Then at 8PM three days after my visit, I received a call from the clinic stating that I DID IN FACT HAVE STREP and my prescription would be ready for pick up the next day. I know everyone makes mistakes and tests are needed for these diagnosis, but I have never had such a condescending and unpleasant experience before. I know people have bad days, but the doctor was so unpleasant, rude and condescending it has definitely deterred me from returning to this clinic. If you're that miserable where you work, don't work there anymore. And perhaps try a friendly smile once in a while?
