Always a lineup and wait to get in. They only take a certain number of patients a day and then they close, so they're not always reliable. If you need to go, go as early as possible.

As I do not have a family doctor in PG I come here. All the doctors have been super helpful and proactive about my health, more than a family doctor I had before moving to PG. I am very grateful to all the doctors and the receptionists; I know you all work so hard! It is a walk-in so expect long wait times. The receptionists do their best to tell you times you’ll be seen or when to come back but that is an approximate guess. Be kind and patient. Bring a book and a chair if needed.

Great service! Very busy place, get there early to get a spot for the day. After 50 people are booked they stop taking people for that day.

They missed the mark, got something checked out was looked at in less then a minute and the so called doctor couldn't answer my questions properly. He gave me a prescription and said I would feel better in the morning.
Ended up in er that morning.avoid.
Ever the people in er say not to go there.

I went in for a prenatal checkup. When I checked in, the counter staff asked what happened to me and said that I wanted to do a prenatal checkup. And I waited for two and a half hours. And I got a phone number from the doctor and left. The prenatal test just said I had to go to the family doctor.
I told the counter staff and the doctor that I needed my husband to translate because I couldn't speak English well, but they weren't accepted. Fortunately, I was able to understand most of what the doctor said that day, but as a patient, the fact that my request was not accepted remains unchanged. I couldn't ask enough of my needs, and I had to pay my full attention to what the doctor was saying.
When my husband complained about this to the counter clerk, the counter clerk asked me with an annoyed voice, “Is there anything I didn’t understand? ” I asked my husband when he said the word “interpretation. ”
Counter staff should try to accommodate patients' requests as much as possible. They also need to know what they are doing in the hospitals they work for, and it is their job to inform patients.
I wasted over two hours on the road, pregnant, and had to pay for a phone number.
Overall, it was a very pleasant service.

Waited two hours to see a doctor to have the doctor ignore my wife and refuse her a translator in the office. Instead the receptionist allowing other people to have translator to speak to the doctor. What kind of doctor ignores a patient plea to have a translator present and doesn’t allow to be asked questions. This is the worst clinic and rude doctor and receptionist alike. Doctor and staff are negligent in their duties to deliver care as healthcare providers. I demand an explanation.

Came in at 7: 35am, advised the wait was 45 minutes, it's now 9: 20 am, patients that checked in after me are being served. Asked the receptionist if I was still on the list and she put me in one of the room, over 1/2 hour now, still waiting to see the doctor for a simple prescription renewal.

Just like half the others peoples experience here, absolute waste of time. I was here 4.5 hours before the posted closing time, and it was closed. The issue is they do not update their hours when they have early closings, ultimately showcasing their minimal regard for their clients time, especially the ones who experience physical struggle just to travel to the clinic due to their medical ailment.

I go here to get my perception refilled. The lady at the counter is actually quite nice, she works hard, has to be efficient (she's not there for small talk or to hear you whine about long wait times), and doesn't get paid nearly enough for the way she gets treated by the the people who leave nasty comments about her. Some times it's a long wait, but you'll at least get an honest estimated wait time. Never had any issues.

I've been treated very well everytime I come here. I honestly prefer this clinic over my family doctor any day hahahaha

Always great costumer service with friendly and helpful doctors. Waiting time is very good too.

Just an FYI they are now closed on Sundays amd holidays, despite what online says and when you call to find out hours. There is a sign on the door that has updated hours.
I'm a little annoyed that I went all they way down there just to find out they are closed, when I called and their answering machine said they are open. Doctors there are fantastic though and that's why I go there.
Just wanted to save some one a headache of having to go down there thinking they are open when they are not.

The doctors are terrible at dealing with patients. The worst clinic I’ve even been. It was 1: 20 pm and they sent 14 patients back saying they were fully booked for the day. I understand the policy about the limit to accept the number of patients but won’t get a star for that at all. And Dr. Tracey Lotze, she referred me to her cousin saying I should see her cousin because they can’t deal with my ankle injury. She said, “I could give you ibuprofen but can’t help you with anything else”. I have been disappointed a few times earlier too with this clinic. Please let me know if there is a place where I can file a complaint on the doctors?

Such wonderful service if you need to see a doctor about any medical issues or if you need a refill or get any Alergy injections it’s just certain amount wait time just gotta be inpatient I have been going there since 2017 just have to shoe your service card each time

Any issues I've had with this clinic have to do with things that are out of the clinics control, and I understand. Long wait times and pretty much always busy, but I appreciate the effort they have put in.

Super friendly staff, wait time was about 50 min, but that is to be expected as many people were there. The Dr I saw was amazing and helpful. Dr. De Jager I believe was his name. I am very happy with this clinic!

What a joke, want you to wear a mask still and have proof of vaccination! Hahahahahah. Will never go there again.

3 visits and 3 promises to pull previous heart scans and tests to let me know what the issues are and have yet to get a call, only 3 months not like someone's hearts important. Thanks for nothing!

Tried to bring my 9yr old son in for an ear infection. Refused him access because im not vaccinated. Total BS. Welcome to 2 tier healthcare.

The doctors at this clinic have been super helpful, they listened your symptoms, they help me when others doctors just ignored me. And the girls in the reception they are always nice and friendly.

I would give them a zero star if I could, my husband tried to go see them and he needed a vaccine passport so we went and got his phone for them to scan and they wouldn't scan it and still wouldn't let him in because his name wasn't on the page. We tried to go online to get it but he didn't remember exact date he could vaccinated so we couldn't get the info so they wouldn't let us in.

My dad came here to get help when he couldn't breath and was coughing up blood and could barely walk and they wouldn't to anything for him because he wasn't vaccinated and now he just passed away a day after he tried to go get help and was refused free healthcare. Anyone who can live with themselves after refusing to give medical care has serious mental proplems

Excellent care, I have been there many, many times and great doctors every time. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Lieski and the team of doctors have always done a fantastic job listening and addressing concerns, illness, or conditions I have had. For prescription refills I have been seen and serviced relatively quickly and have now been using their telephone prescription service when needed. It has been a fairly useful addition to their operation to limit contact and overcrowding. Thanks for everything you guys have been doing!

I would give zero stars if I could. This clinic is practicing segregation and discrimination without any basis in science. Disgusting. Perhaps review the Hippocratic oath.

Everyone is under so much stress these days especially for the front end girls at the clinics. Thank you Sydnie and Dr. DeJages for allowing a lady and myself at the last minute to get the care we badly needed.

Dr. De Jager is kind, knowledgeable and always takes the time to listen to his patients' concerns. Very glad I was able to see him when I've come to the walk-in.

Dr Lotze was wonderful. I came in for a sudden minor injury, on the last day before a long weekend, during the last hour of her shift. Yup, I was "that" person; the walk in at the end of shift ‍️. So, talk about getting there, literally, in the knick of time. I was impressed with how professional and educational Dr Lotze was, and how she handled everything effortlessly. She helped me to get myself sorted and set up for a swift recovery. Thank you SO much for seeing me on such short notice, and I will definitely try avoiding stabbing myself in the eye again!

Great experience saw my mother in law was very kind and did a thorough examination came up with a game plan

This is a great walk in clinic when there isn't a 2 hour wait Even if there is you can get groceries while you wait for your turn.
