Primary Care First Aid (Surrey Location)

I attended an infant CPR training course at chorus & clouds, Scott was a great instructor who was able to provide great examples based on real experiences of what to look for, things that can happen, and tips on how to set ourselves up for success. We used CPR dummies for practice compressions on adult and baby sizes and overall the class was super helpful, and I feel more confident I can do the right thing if ever in that situation now.

James, our instructor, came to Chilliwack to certify a group of us. He kept it engaging with visuals, personal experience scenarios as well as the hands on work. He presented the material well, answered questions people had and had a good balance of taking the material seriously while also keeping it fun!

Our instructor was super great, he was a veteran of the firefighters and knew his stuff! He was awesome, got down to business and never boring and always had a story to set as an example! Made it painless with no yawns during the class, I really liked that there was no test just verbal communication throughout the whole process, made it fun and less boring, valued our time and didn’t make it seem tedious at all, I highly recommend this teacher for all of the students who are involved in this class!

I have had the privilege of attending Scott’s first aid course twice now and both times were very helpful and Informative. I feel confident in my first aid knowledge, thanks Scott!

Terrible communication and unorganized. I reached out to the instructor the morning before the course letting them know that I was sick. I also didn’t receive a reply so I messaged them on their phone later that night. He doesn’t get back to me until the next day during the course and saying that he can’t reschedule/ no refund. I assumed since it’s a cpr course they wouldn’t want me to give Covid to people in the class but I guess he doesn’t care about others health.

Scott was very knowledgeable and really helped our team learn exactly what to do for first aid. He is very professional and one of the best first aid teachers I have ever had

Scott the instructor really made the course interesting and atrractive. You can learn practical life saving skills here. Highly Recommended.

Scott made the course relatable and the practical components easy to understand in the hopes that if a person is ever in an emergency situation that they can handle it and be confident in what they need to do.

Dave is a very knowledgeable Instructor, he knows his Onions well. He also taught in a fun loving way and I learnt a lot about how to give first Aid or CPR to any random stranger. I came out to be a better version of myself after Dave’s lesson.

For the first time in so many years that I’m taking First Aid classes, I could say this course with Scott was the best! Scott as an instructor was great, he pointed out what’s most important and the best possible scenario in the course. Also he’s attentive or I could say attention to details for the most important things. I definitely recommend his course or him as the instructor as the best one ever. I did the CPR/AED Level C training here for the first time (I had previously done the same training at a different place) and this First Aid training with Primary Care First Aid was GREAT!

The instructor was Scott and he did an amazing job being very engaging and asking questions and also listening when trainees would be answering questions or just giving their thoughts or blurbs. He threw in jokes and made it a very relaxed and positive environment for everyone (a few trainees made the same comment as we left on the elevator).

Scott made sure that we all got as much hands-on practice as possible to ensure that muscle memory but also to ensure we felt comfortable performing the actions related to CPR/AED administrator.

I highly recommend this location and also highly recommend Scott! I'll definitely be back to recert at this location.
