They're very friendly and put you at ease. They're patient with answering my questions too when I have them. I've registered with them twice for both of my pregnancies and they never disappoint.

Dr. Mannan Wang is such a kind, caring, and wonderful doctor! His patience and kindness during checkups did not go unnoticed! Furthermore, he really helped make my child’s birth a positive experience. I am so glad he delivered our baby! Also, Dr. Wong, Dr. Ross, the nurses, and the front desk staff were all really great!

I’m a low risk obstetrics provider and I attended this clinic for my recent pregnancy (have not worked here since I was a med student though)

The care here is at the standard that you should receive from any GP or obstetrician run group - most physicians and midwives now operate in group practices so they don’t have to be on call 24/7 so it is normal to see different clinicians during your pregnancy and the provider who delivers you depends on who is on call for the day. Can vouch that all the providers I saw and delivered my little one are all skillful and knowledgeable. It is also standard for routine healthy pregnancy visits, especially closer to term, to be fast - specific visits may take longer eg initial intake, reviewing lab results, etc.

Specific benefit of this clinic as well as Port Moody Maternity is delivery occurs at RCH where they have in house peds and Ob support if needed.

Honestly this is a great clinic and front staff is amazing.

Tip, take the first appointment of the day and go same day each month. I always saw the same dr and didn't wait more than 10 minutes.

What a joke. My wife was explaining her symptoms to one of the doctors here and he literally said he "did not care about all that" and only wanted to know how the sips test looked. Next, she was told she had high blood sugar so needed to get another test done. Well, they forgot to fax the lab requisition so when she arrived the lab would not do anything for her. It was too late to do anything that day as the OBGYN was not open. She called next time they were open and got the requisition faxed to her directly to ensure the lab would get it. She went back to the lab to get her test done and the nurse put "nurse" in the name field and did not put the billing number for the OBGYN so once again the lab would not do the tests for my wife. How can we trust this clinic with the birth of our child? We will be changing OBGYN at 6 months pregnant.

After reading all the bad reviews about this clinic I was really worried to become a patient. I am not sure why the comments are so bad, as my experience has been nothing but amazing. Maybe people's expectations about this type of service are over the top and unrealistic. All the doctors I met in this clinic were kind, caring and very dedicated. Not once I felt like they didn't care about me and the baby. I had some complications and had to go to Royal Columbian and some of the same doctors cared for me there, as well as the nurses, which brought so much comfort during very stressful times. I always booked my appointments around opening or closing times and I never waited more than 5 minutes. The receptionists are polite but serious and I respect people's different personalities. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the doctors and this clinic. I will likely be a patient again with my second child, no doubt. It has been a blessing!

First off. The front desk lady is a sweetheart. My rating is unfortunately for the person who weighs you and takes your blood pressure. She is so rude! She made me feel so uncomfortable I don’t know what’s wrong with her. When she did my pregnancy interview thingy, she even made a comment about my height when I said I’m 5” exact her reply was “oh not much at all” what do you mean not much at all lady? Am I nothing? I’m a human being. I know I might sound like I took it too personally but people in professional settings shouldn’t make any comments on someone’s appearance. She made me feel belittled because of my petite height. Funny thing is, 4 years ago when I was preg with my daughter she had made a comment on my height then too! Clearly she has her own issues about her giagantic manly height and takes it out on the petite ladies. And just the way she talked to you was very unprofessional, unorganized and rude. Can’t believe she works there!

I have gone for 2 pregnancies and almost all the time there is a long wait. I was overall unhappy with the first time around. I was left feeling confused after having no real connection with any Doctor and expected to be offered more information. I just didn't always know what questions to ask. My second pregnancy (last year) I understood a lot more and I met Dr. Grover Wong! He really turned everything around for me and I was lucky to have him around during my planned c-section. He was there prior, during and after. The obstetrician who did the surgery was just like okay bye.never saw her again after she stitched me up. But thank you Dr. Wong for all the support.

I don't know why the rating is so low, but the staff is actually very nice and friendly. The doctors are great!
