Hi all,

I met Arminder 7 years ago and I can personally tell you from being a professional athlete with the Whitecaps and the u19 men’s national team, Arminder has kept my body in its best shape possible. Even after my athletic career I was unfortunately Injured and Arminder alongside his staff have played an integral part in my recovery. After all these years I left todays appointment learning something new AGAIN! It amazes me with the amount of knowledge that he contains and how clearly he can explain to a regular guy like me what my body needs to be more functional!

I came to primary rehab at one of the lowest points in my life. I had gotten into a car accident and felt like the treatment I was receiving from other medical practitioners wasn’t helping me recover as fast as I was wishing too.

They provide many services in one convenient location with options for weekdays and weekends slots.

Not only did Dr. Banwait try and get to the root problems each visit, she always tried to make me feel better (even if it was a tiny victory at a time) over time, seeing her felt like visiting a friend instead of going to chiro. Not only is she the sweetest person ever! She truly tried to help me and believed in me when I was losing hope.

I want to give a shout out to her entire time! For being amazing and accommodating all my last minute requests. Thank you Kamal and Raman. You both are the best!

The whole team is very supportive, accessible, and very welcoming, they’re also very accommodating to our schedules! Dr. B has made my recovery significantly easier with such great treatments, she’s very friendly and really caring for her patients. My family (ages 8-75) have been coming to Primary Rehab for 20 years. Dr. B is one of my fav practitioners, she’s made my recovery significantly easier. The whole team is supportive, welcoming and accommodating to our needs and schedule. This team will advocate for you and ensure you get the best care!

My first RMT massage. It was okay but the person massaging me kept trying to talk which made it not as relaxing. Also to note, my insurance didn't pay me back the entire amount as they mentioned the claim amount was more expensive than predicted for a 60 min RMT. Didn't lower my review for this as this price seems similar/even cheaper than the other RMTs in the area so that's more on the insurance than the company's fault.
