He worked with RDCO to clarify some aspects of the bylaws and ensure we could get the design we were after and that was functional for our needs. Prime Building Design did an outstanding job on my dream home. From the moment I walked in to meet Philipp and Viktor, I knew I had made the right choice. They were professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and efficient. Right from the beginning, they made me feel like we will all work on it together until it's right and at no point, for even a second, did I feel that they were tiring of all the revisions. An aside about his character.my beloved cat died during the design process which caused me to be a little late in responding for a day or two. Instead of just saying "sorry about your cat" he took a moment to email something quite inspiring and kind. He absolutely did not need to do that - yet he did.

Prime Building Design is a company that's named correctly - they do PRIME building design. Building my first home my initial thought was to cheap out on design and go with some basic house plan I can find online. However, after a conversation with Philipp he opened my eyes on the importance of a design that fits your build site, lifestyle, and other factors at the perfect level. Viktor the actual designer of the house produced an amazing design unique in style that my fiancé are in love with. These guys are the real deal; they are passionate about their work and go above and beyond for their clients.

I am most satisfied with these guys: not only were the architectural drawings processed in more than a timely manner but also the service exceeded my expectations by far. Philipp and Viktor supported with their ideas, experience and knowledge and also gave countless hints on how to develop a unique and individual design for our new home. Viktor designed it with both functionality and esthetics in mind, very keen to detail and sometimes he knew what I wanted even before I expressed it. Additionally, Philipp helped me to prepare the application and made valuable suggestions on how to proceed with my application for a building permit. Communication was excellent throughout the project.

Philip was wonderful to work with, and provided a great service. He was able to take my graph paper sketches and turn them into quality set of blueprints. There is nothing worse than struggling with a terrible set of plans through out your build. Would highly recommend his services.

Just a shout-out to PBD and I agree with the other posts. From start to finish Philipp and Viktor were professional, accommodating and very good at thinking outside of the box and bringing forward innovative ideas. Their price was reasonable for the service and product delivered.

We hired Prime Building Design to design a new master suite and secondary suite. We were very pleased with the options they provided and the final design was very professional; the 3D drawings exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I already have to two friends.

2017: We designed on our own and had a small simplistic modern cabin built on our 20 acres of quiet forested paradise, with future ideas of building either a second home or adding onto the original.
2019: We decided to add onto the cabin & turn it into a full size home. This idea process became daunting as it did the first go-around.
We contacted Philipp Wambold thru a Facebook Ad. He made the trip out to our site and the process began. He brought up many educated points, did accurate measurements, took pictures and jotted down our wish list. He worked with our time lines and made the experience truly an excellent one.
We thoroughly enjoyed working with Philipp and his draft team, they made the process simple and exciting to see our visions & ideas come to life in a continuous, unique, but sensible house plan. Prime Building Design did an amazing job on our new custom home. As designers they were able to take our ideas and implement them into a beautiful custom home that was integrated with the landscape and lakeview we have.
