Great place to get all your insurance needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always get a phone call reminding me my car insurance is due.

I talked to kuljeet not only was he able to save me on the ICBC insurance but was also able to explain my coverage in detail. I recommend to anyone reading this review to talk to kiljeet at prime insurance.

I recently moved here from Saskatoon needing to register my vehicle, I had my vehicle inspection done and passed, had everything I needed. And Prime insurance wouldn’t let me insure my vehicle, saying they spoke with ICBC and I would need to pay $2000 to insure it. I phoned ICBC myself and explained to them the situation and they said I shouldn’t have any problem insuring my vehicle. They did nothing to even try and help my situation out. The owner was very rude to me. Very disappointing coming from a different city and getting a horrible experience right off the bat. I went a couple days after to Westland insurance, and was able to plate the vehicle right away no problem. I had a horrible experience at Prime, so I definitely will let anyone I know to not go there. But hopefully other people will get a better experience then I did.

Have dealt with Prime for along time for my car insurance and have always had great service. WTG keep up the great work.

Prime Insurance has amazing customer service and unlike many other insurance offices they are more then willing to make calls and figure out logical ways to reduce the price of insurance of needed ext. Prime is the only Insurance Office I ever go to now after a year of amazing service!

I have been insuring with Prime insurance since they started and with Kul even before he started prime insurance. I have not found anyone better through all these years. I highly recommend Prime Insurance for home insurance, car insurance or Business insurance. I do all three plus travel insurance with them. They will give you the right advice no matter what.
