Prince George Ford

I was looking to upgrade my 2004 Mazda and found a 2015 Subaru Outback on the PG Ford website. I filled out the online paperwork and within 20 minutes Ray called offering me to come and check it out. He was upfront with me about some cosmetic damage before we came down to look at the car. Which was great! When we got there he was nothing but kind, upfront and helpful. He even screwed on my license plates in -30! I was in and out within 3 hours with my new suv, fully insured. 10/10 experience.

Overall experience was excellent. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Sabrina is a very knowledgeable saleswoman that made my truck purchase very easy. I would highly recommend visiting her if you’re interested in buying a new vehicle. I have no complaints about this organization

Brought my truck to Ford for a transmission mode problem. Leonard in the service department was excellent to deal with, very helpful. Over the course of a few visits, he helped to chase down the problem, really listened to me and I never felt like he was rushing me out the door. I will definitely be back to deal with Leonard for any future issues.

I used to HATE Ford but when we decided to go back we got sales guy Ray, He was genuinely awesome and got the vehicle we wanted within 24 hours! He was very relaxed and even came in on his day off to check on how the financing was going! Couldnt have asked for better service. Took new bronco in for an oil change. Greasy on seat, center console, floor mat. Noticed what looks like grease wiped over exterior door. Paint full of scratches underneath. Pretty disheartening.

Got a call, will be bringing it to be buffed. Thank you for the help afterwards Ford.

0 star review, PG Ford severely price gouges above msrp on new vehicles. Go to Vanderhoof or Quesnel Ford as they honour msrp starting prices. Also report Ford PG to Ford Canada as they are NOT supposed to be overcharging customers. The sales manager was extremely arrogant as well about the price gouging with the attitude of “well don’t like it leave, someone else will buy it” Highly unprofessional.

I live on the other side of the province, was looking for a specific truck and stubbled on the Prince George Ford website. I found the truck I was looking for and sent them a email. Two days later it was sitting in front of my house. I can't say enough good things about the service I received, everything was done on the phone and email, prompt friendly service.

Was very disappointed with the sales and service staff. When wanting to buy a titanium, was put in a sel to drive. The service staff was not very helpful. After driving fords for almost 9 years I’m done with this company. Maybe I should say thanx as this pushed me to trade my escape off on a Volkswagen Tiguan.

Quite impressed with the service I’ve received with this team. The sales rep (Ashton) listened to my requests, he kept open communication start-to-finish and he delivered on my entire wishlist! I would easily recommend PG Ford to friends and family.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went in not once but TWICE to get my vehicle looked at, I was specific with my issues and asked for them to be fixed. Supposedly nothing was found. Still issues. I got them to look at it again still no issues they say. SAFE TO DRIVE. So I go on vacation to see family and guess who's car breaks down on one of the most dangerous hills in BC. Not only did I have to argue my case with them but they directed me to the wrong service, didn't fix things I asked and straight up didn't do the job.
Would never recommend to service your vehicle here. Also mysteriously my computer stopped working after I took it here. So mad.

I never would have thought one message would have been all I needed to trade up from my favourite hatchback to my favourite Sports car! Jim DImor really helped me get the financing I needed! Claudia Li was excellent with her explanation regarding the paperwork and what I should consider for warranty and maintenance! All in all the team at PG Ford helped me drive away my dream car in less than 2 hours! Would 100% recommend everyone at Ford again and again!

Working 8+ hrs from home, called a week prior to book in as there is no quick lube. Was promised 2 hours max for this service. Had a 22 hour day to make the appointment only to be told it’s going to be much longer due to the fuel filter. Never again.

Jumped across the street to another service to have it completed and finished in 40 minutes.

Gross disappointment in Ford.

Bought a new truck from Shauna Sharkey at PG Ford, had winter tires on there own rims installed before I picked it up. The purchase was seamless. She was very well informed about the trucks and made the process quite pleasant. Had the new truck in for a wheel balance after I put the original wheels back on. Talked to Leonard Boudreau, they found out that all 4 wheels were out of balance. All fixed when they gave it back to me, no charge. All in it was a fantastic visit to PG Ford.

I had my suv in for service and tire swap last week. I was very happy with Ashley’s care of me. However, I was advised the appointment would be two hours and it ended up being over 3 hours. My suv did not go into the shop at my appointment time. The tech stores my summer tires in a way that if I had to slam on the brakes, the tires would have rolled into me or they the hatch window. All was good after I fixed them so they wouldn’t roll. I had a tire pressure light come on half way home. I called the service department for advice. Josh was excellent in advising me that all was ok with my suv. Overall I’m happy.

I am from out of town and would like to give a shout out to Dustin Lyne’s excellent service.
He helped me find the best Truck in my Price range showed me a few options. I asked about a different truck that I saw on-line in there yard and with only 1/2 hour of daylight left he ran out and sent me a video.
The only day I could come up was his day off he said no problem and pick me up in my new truck at the airport. Dustin went above and beyond for me and I am sure he will do the same for you so I you need a new our used vehicle see Dustin Lyne.

Totally disappointed with the service department, my truck was booked in to program a new key fob and module for the command start that they could do. Complete waste of time.

My partner was in a terrible accident and we needed a new vehicle to get to and from work. PG Ford was able to save the day as they had a large variety to choose from, wanted to know what is important to us in a vehicle and of course it had to have seat warmers. Not only were their prices fair, their team walked through everything with us, explained the process and remained helpful and friendly through the entire process. I recently had my truck in to have some recalls taken care of. While my truck was in the shop, the service team did a complimentary inspection on my truck where they found numerous failing components and gave me a quote around $5,200 to get my truck back in working order. I found this to be a little suspicious because my truck has been serviced by PG Motors every 8,000 km, like clockwork, since I bought in brand new in 2017. One of these failing components I have already had replaced so I decided to get a second opinion and took the maintenance report to Benchmark Automotive. The people there had all the parts and could have taken me for the same ride PG Motors intended to but instead they called me almost right away and said the "failing components" were fine, and that they wouldn't recommend replacing them for some time.

When I took this information back to PG Motors they insisted on taking a second look at my truck. So I waited while the shop foreman went over the specific parts they recommended I replace. After inspecting, they told me that they were mistaken and that they had had an apprentice inspecting my truck, and that he didn't have the necessary tools to do the inspection beyond eye balling these parts, which they were comfortable recommending I pay over $5,000 based on that thorough inspection

I guess moral of the story is think twice before getting work done on the recommendation of PG Motors without a second opinion, and I would highly recommend the crew at Benchmark Automotive.

Everyone at the dealership took care of us right away and we ended up with a great, suitable car for our needs. Even though we literally walked in off the street on a whim, they were all ready and eager to help. Very friendly, we felt like family.

I sent out emails enquiring about a truck across BC.others got back but our sales person, Dustin Lyne, followed up with options and did not overwhelm us. When we finally decided on a vehicle he set everything in motion and he, along with Claudia in Finance, helped us acquire our new truck.

Dustin had a couple of wonderful people deliver the truck 1/2 way to us (2.5 hours) and they were very helpful. Sorry I am terrible with names but they were very friendly and knowledgeable about the process.

Well i went looking for a car and Robert Hough came out and helped me. He was friendly and knowledgeable unfortunately i did not buy the vehicle at that time. Than 2 weeks later i was still thinking of the Ford Edge and i called him again. We made a deal on a price and he said he would put the car aside for me. Next day we came down and bought the Edge. Robert was very nice as all the people we talked to, as well as Claudia Li in financing and warrant gets a 5 star from me too as she saved us money on our extended warranty. The only thing i was not impressed was the detailing shop. They use way tp much tire shine and that got on everything like paint, fender flare, window.other than that it was al good

So my Ford F-150 downshifted to first at highway speed while towing a trailer on May 18th. It causes the engine to go way over redline, and blew out a transmission cooling line, causing all the fluid to drain out. It was due to a transmission controller that is faulty and was a recall issue, so I had it towed to a dealership. They had seen the codes when they scanned that it did do what I said. They said the mainframe was a long lead time, due to Covid. Then after getting the mainframe in, they said that the transmission was wrecked, and would not be covering it. As many of you know, my truck is my livelyhood. I was without it over 2 months, and it cost me over $7500 to fix. I highly recommend you DO NOT purchase a #fordcanada #f150 or shop at pg Ford.
