Prince George International Airport

Small but people work at the airport are nice. Hard to get Taxi. You need to wait 15 min or ask taxi call another taxi for you.

ow this airport has grown in beauty and function over the last 30 years that I have used it.

Well I can. The airport here has grown, as have the culture and people of Prince George. The new restaurant is amazing. It is very classy and makes me proud to have invested the last 30 years of my life in this community.

Prince George we are the gold nugget in the north. It will only keep getting better. The people I have learned to call my community are the best.

Come and see the north, you won't regret it. From our proud indigenous stake holders to our hard working families.

It takes alot to make it this far north.

Prince George is a home to anyone who wants to feel home.

We were scheduled to fly to Vancouver with a flight time constantly changing due to snow at YVR. We arrived at the security checkpt where hubs and myself were separated into different lines. I got stuck with a blond who had no critical thinking skills, but was all about power, control and following the book! She opened my bag and insisted 3 small containers with about a tablespoon of product had to be garbaged as they wouldn’t fit into the airport qt bag! This was not about safety as I’ve travelled worldwide with the same system and never had a problem. This employee needs to be trained on how to recognize a potential security threat and how to lighten a stressful flying day rather than increase the tension and frustration without cause. We almost missed our flight due to her obsessive control issues! When we finally got through security our names were being paged as the flight was ready for takeoff. The sign stated “Delayed” even though it had been “Boarding” for a lengthy time. Come on Prince George - get it together!

Quick checkin, and now there is a food outlet on the other side of security.

Flew in on a Sunday - couldn't even get a cup of coffee. Nothing is in this place. Way too small.

They have a restaurant now and they are always very fast and efficient and polite
