Prince George Taxi Ltd

On a business trip to Prince George we used this company numerous times. We used the app and also called the dispatcher. Taxis always arrived very quickly and you get a call as the taxi gets close to the pickup point. Excellent service.

Car 78 almost hit me, then gave me the double-finger while turning a corner with his knee.
Use a different taxi company if you can

Called to report one of their drivers almost hitting me when i was walking and dispatch was very rude and didn't even ask for my info so they could call me back after they looked at the cabs cameras.

My trip one week was a young man who was pleasant and positive, yesterday I had to ride in a taxi with a man letting me know no white guys drive taxi in PG anymore only brown guy, while I sit in the back as a white guy. A bit of racism towards me, I have no preference who I share my day with as diversity can be great. The cab smelt very strong of urine. I feel bad for the young guy doing so well to have to share my review with his coworker.

I was shocked how fast the cab showed up at 9: 45pm on a Friday night. I actually was counting on it being slower!

They had very nice and polite drivers, called when they arrived, no detours drive us straight to event and back to the hotel

Just because I flaunt my money and am a big tipper and I have expensive taste this cab company would lie and say I owed money and didn't even owe money at all they just wanted money from me and my mom is in a wheelchair and they won't come to my address or pick us up extremely racist

Can be difficult to get a ride from the airport. They say they are sending drivers without knowing how many people are waiting, so you end up waiting for a while. Might be better to insist on ordering a cab under your name. Drivers have always been on time to take me to the airport.

At least one of the cab drivers (#3) ran a red light, also doesn't know to use their turn signal (unless it needs to be replaced). Definitely would never use this service, well, can't, since from 3 different calls they "couldn't hear" for me to report the driver

Had to call three times from the terry fox statue/ canfor pool after getting dropped off by the Ebus. Each time my taxi was grabbed by other travellers before I could get there with my luggage. Not once was I asked my name which would have clarified this issue as I did not overhear any of the other grown MEN call for a cab. (I think my voice is clearly female). As I was the last person waiting I had to yell at the driver to ensure there was another car coming for me. By this time it was almost midnight. When I called back As I was feeling very unsafe (I had been approached by two sketchy guys) I was told they were busy and the dispatcher hung up. However, When the driver arrived he was very pleasant and courteous.

Awesome only complaint was onevcab almost drove off with my luggage and at the air port had to prompt him open the back.

Worst company ever. Pre-booked a cab. 5 minutes after it hadn’t showed up, I called and the guy said within another 5 minutes. 10 minutes goes by. Call him back and he said ANOTHER 5-10 minutes. Ended up calling emerald taxi and they were there within 5 minutes. I recommend using emerald over these guys any day.

Form airport to Prince George they charge me 36 $ which I was not happy about that high far

They respond promptly and the live tracking link is pretty useful. Clean vehicles and respectful drivers. Recommended!

You can call an automated system for pickup and it sends you a taxi tracker. Used this service 5 times while in town and drivers are friendly

Decent prices, friendly driver with a clean car. Not above and beyond, but servicable for a small time taxi company.

I have had nothing but good times riding in yellow cab taxis, everyone's been very friendly and talkative! I'd definitely suggest using yellow cab

We came on a very busy weekend not knowing. The young man that picked us up at the train station helped us find a hotel room he was so kind and helpful and honest. I wish I would of got his name or cab number to call the company and tell them how great he was. Thank you young sir
