Three and a half friggin hours and still haven't been seen keep getting told oh another half hour!

Had a bad experience more then once at this location very standoffish, rude, they don't make eye contact when talking to you, went in at 7pm to be told there closed, when I called ahead told me closed at 9, the sign says 4-9, a lady walked in just ahead of me talked to the desk person and sat down i walked just 5 seconds after, to be told that the closed at 6 today when the just took a lady in just 3 seconds ahead of me, talk about bad service, im an elder so upset with level of ignorance and care they give, no compassion at all, no sign on door to say the closed early but door is still opened and still 2 people sitting there.

They give EXTREMELY INACCURATE wait times. I was told 30-45 minutes the last time I went in and I waited almost three god dayum hours.

I'm from out of town and was having an asthma problem. They were kind and caring to get me in fast even tho it was close to closing and took great care of me. Very thankful.

Terrible RACISM/discrimination and retaliation, ABUSE etc, unsafe and TOTALLY unprofessional/unethical practices by many of their workers.

I visited the clinic hoping for a positive experience, but it was a letdown. The staff seemed indifferent, and the waiting time was too longer than my actual consultation. Overall, not the healthcare experience I expected.

Well went there with my son. Waited 3hr and half. Get into room. While doctor was coming in. I opened door for him. Doctor was rude.tells me he's the only one there.
Overall that place is ridiculous and not worth the wait. Maybe they should have sign, 1 doctor. If I had known that I wouldn't have wasted my day

The female physician with the accent must have graduated lowest in her class as she doesn’t know much about healthcare, is lazy and has zero professionalism. A first aid student knows more than that poor excuse for a physician.

I don’t think the people complaining about wait times realize other cities you’re waiting in line at 6-7am just to “maybe” get in by the end of the day. I’m incredibly grateful to only be waiting a couple hours and being able to walk in at 3pm and still be seen. I’ve personally only had pleasant experiences between myself and my 3 kids going in.

I wouldn't mind the hour of waiting outside before the place even opened, or the wait time once it finally opens and you sit down/are told to go home and come back.if the health care providers we saw were actually caring. They do not listen, they rush you out which means you just need to come back another day, it's messed up. Something has to change.

What a joke of a healthcare bandaid. Went in an hour and half before they closed and was told they weren’t taking anymore patients. They didn’t even send me to the triage nurse for assessment, just a flat out refusal of service.

Loooooong wait. I needed a refill for my prescriptions (pharmacy wouldn't refill them) and took almost 2 hours from start to finish. I like that they give you a wait estimate, I was able to leave and come back. Though I spent most of my time in the back, waiting for a doctor. Not sure if they only have one working or what. Wish there was a simpler way to get a simple refill. Waste of everyone's time.

Refuse "Dr" O Syal and request a competent doctor. I've had this kid 3 times and every single time he messes up my prescriptions. Also extremely arrogant and will try to alter your prescriptions with no prior patient knowledge.

While sometimes the waits are long, when you check in they inform you of the approximate length of time and you have the option of waiting there or leaving and coming. The Dr have always been pleasant qnd helpful everytime I have used this clinic.

Went in at 6 pm.they close at 9pm.and they wouldn’t take anymore people. This place horribly run. We need more and better walk ins!

Twice now that I have gone to the clinic I have been put into the small room waiting for a doctor and been totally forgotten about! They are so incompetent there and obviously need to find qualified people to run the triage.

Yes the wait times suck; however, we live in a province with a lack of general practitioners. When everyone is attending the same clinic to get medical care (from antibiotics to pap smears) than expect to wait a while. We go with plans to do something else while we wait. But every doctor we've had so far, have been kind and thorough and the front desk staff have always been polite.

Walked in about 7pm with my daughter and they said that they are not taking any more patients. If it's urgent go to the hospital or come back at 1pm tomorrow. Wow! It would be nice to have more than one walk-in clinic open so we don't overwhelm the emergency department.

I am so angry with this clinic! We waited double (and then some) the time we were told to see a doctor and even then we had to leave because my 4 year old was so tired and getting very upset. We were taking him to get his horrid cough looked at but we left after waiting for over 3 hours. People who checked in in the morning came back way later and were taken right away. I'm very disappointed.
