Princess auto goes above and beyond in customer service skills. I have yet to see a better company then princess auto in terms of ease for refunds/exchanges. The quality of tools in general is more then adequate especially considering the price point.
Their customer satisfaction is amazing and without the amazing staff, it wouldn't be the same.

Multiple items priced incorrectly, or missing prices.
I was rudly told by cashier to "go take a picture of the tag then" when I mentioned something scanned at over double the price tag.
I took a picture and then was told that hasn't been on sale since February (issue happened June 13)
So why ask me to take the picture?
Not my fault the wrong tag is up, and why can't your staff verify prices when there is a discrepancy, doesn't seem like the customer's responsibility (product was stocked in the wrong spot) And if the customer does go and verify, perhaps an apology and some type of resolution?
This young lady is in the wrong line of work, and the store needs to invest in accurately labelling products.
I called the store 3 times on my drive home to let a manager know about the wrong prices and poor service, someone picked up the call and hung up each time without a greeting.
Double check your receipts, and don't shop past 4pm if you expect decent service.

A very well stocked store with everything "auto" related and then some. Definitely a must see and don't forget the flyer for some great deals.

Always very good deals. Bought wheel covers for wifes car. Wheel barrow for yard work. Got a farmers almanac for throne room.

I hate when it says something is in stock but when you drive to the store there is none there. Then I ordered the item on line and they canceled it!

Princess Auto is one of those stores that I could get lost in. What I mean by this is that they have so much to look at and I don't want to miss anything. When I was younger my favourite store was Canadian Tire but now I would have to go with Princess Auto. The only thing bad I could say about this store is that I never have enough money to get everything I want. All the times that I have been to this place the staff were always very friendly and helpful. All I have to say is keep up the great work and I will be back.

Kamloops princess auto is very well organized and clean. This is my go to store when I have any project where I need to design it myself. 10/10

Found a few deals, but the music was awful which made for an quick trip in and out. Definitely not wanting to stick around and browse any longer than I had to.

Frustrating to look through unless you like looking in every aisle, but boy do they have a lot of cool stuff

Went to PA to pick up a few items & brought my guinea pig, as I have done many times before, I went past & spoke to 3 employees on my way in. As I am doing my shopping I have some other random employee come up to me & tell me to leave the store as there is a no pets policy in the store. I asked when this came into effect as I have been in multiple time with my other guinea pig & there has been an issue & she refused to answer and walked away.

WTG Kamloops Princess Auto you have terrible customer service & no policy about pets as one day pets are allowed & another day they are not allowed.

Well I'm baack and I got a good deal on a 30 feet tape. I wasn't there for that I was there for gloves but they didn't have what I was looking for, so I got the tape that's because I couldn't find the 1 I have at home

I love to wander, lost, around Princess Auto, looking at the many projects which are born here. I usually can't find what I'm looking for despite the signs on the aisles, that I rarely glimpse at. It's about the journey, not the race. Now and then I rely on not my aimless saunter, but the super helpful employees. They really are stellar at this location, the fourth I've frequented from Burnside to Valleyview. Keep it up, now and then a man will ask for directions.

The last three times I went they don't have the items in their flyers. I asked three separate staff members where I should look for the item and all three sent me to different places in the store. In the end they said they had six but couldn't find them anywhere. I live 45 minutes away from this location and like I said. It had happened twice before. I talked to a staff member about it and he said it happens all the time

With a little bit of help I found everything I needed and at a good price! What more can you ask for?

I was helped by a lady with with two storage containers, and a couple of LED spotlights. And I must say the service was absolutely professional and efficient!

Bought a mask and gloves, tie rap, crow bar and bolt cutters. Just random items to work on my farm. Not sure why the lady at the cashier was acting weird when I asked why I couldn't find line and hand cuffs.

I was looking for disposable gloves for a friend. Very hard to find because of the virus. A very nice employee apologized and said they had none in regular stock but suggested I look in the Surplus aisle. No luck there either but it was nice to have domeone make a suggestion.

Decent place the products are Walmart quality Power Fist is there brand very cheaply made but priced right for what you get

This store is awesome and the staff are great. Lynda is a has always gone above and beyond for us. We definitely recommend this store.

Great place for all things automotive. That being said, they do have other items as well - including trailer parts, tools, welding supplies, farming equipment, etc, etc. Good prices and selection too. A few low quality, cheaper items in the back corner, but other than that I have had pretty good luck with my purchases.

Never had better service. I actually was not there at the time but on April 26 2019 my wife was at this stores parking lot and was having some issues with a camper she purchased and was not able to drive home. I told her to go in and buy some tools and I would direct her what to do. But there was two employees there who went above and beyond came out and helped her get on her way, free of charge! She dose not Remember there names but whoever they are I hope they continue to be good people. The world would be a better place if there was more people like them. Thanks guys you are great.
