Princess Auto in Langford has a fantastic employee named Julia. Although all staff are great, Julia goes beyond to make sure you have what you need and all your questions are answered. I've been fortunate enough to have her help several times.

Purchased a compressor on the weekend and once I got it home I found one of the filters was missing. It would have cost me more in gas to get back to the store than ordering a new part online. I called the next day and I wish I got the names of the people who helped but they sent me a new one right away free of charge. I did have to put off the job I wanted to do but great service over all.

I just purchased a Damco Fold Down dolly. An instruction manual indicating where the metal re-inforcements should be placed would have been extremely usefull. As well, the bolt tightening tool supplied is barely up to the job, a socket wrench is a much better option.

Such a long-standing love / hate relationship with this place. Love going in, I hate finding they're having a sale. Never know when you're going to need a reverse threaded thingama doodle. Staff are awesome. Don't forget to check out the Surplus area.

Very helpful staff. Because the website showed the item I was looking for was in stock even though it wasn't, they found a comparable item for me and price matched it. Always a pleasure doing business with you guys.

Always lowest quality china junk. No quality items there unfortunately. I have made the choice to not shop there for good because so much money in gas driving back exchanging their garbage that keeps breaking. Without talking of the waste of time and saliva. And more than often price don’t match the onsale price tag in isle, kid at the till send me take a picture of the price tag…. Two more employees get involved and argue that it’s the same product but different sku. Often left in middle of the big deal empty handed. Huge angry line up …. I now buy quality products at real tools stores.

Great place to look for parts needed for the car, truck or trailer. Many types of tools both manual and electric as well as tool boxes and tool belts. Great service and help finding that elusive part you may need. Many types of rope and cords available too.

This place has everything to tools, parts for boats, racing chairs, industrial air compressor, yardwork, welding, autobody, many more

Brand can range from generic good to semi good quality. I swear Canadian Tire sells some of the same items, for example Canadian Tire mastercraft torque wrench ($120plus) looks too similar to Princessauto Powerfist branded Torque wrench ($30).

Sale price or prices in general is unbeatable.even beats C. T.most of the time.

Service is about Canadian Tire level.it's okay. Some more knowledgeable than others.

I was very disappointed by the service. 3 employees told me they didn't have the item I was looking for, I was able to locate it with little effort. The kid at the til sent me twice to the hammer and ax aisle to get candles and then another aisle which had nothing close to candles. The whole experience with their people was quite funny. I think their employees should atleast know what was in their flyer that week In order to properly help others shopping there

I came in for 12,000 lbs Rhino car ramp which online appeared in stock (8) at local store, but when I arrived none where to be found. Gentleman who helped me gave me heavier duty Rhino ramp for same price.
