Princess Nails

I have been going to Princess Nails for quite a few years now and it is an amazing experience every time. I always have beautiful nails and it is a pleasure spending time with the Princess Nails team (Mary, Paul, Michelle, and the rest of the crew, yes Loki too!).

I have been coming here for years and always have a great experience. Mary, Paul, and the team are always so accommodating and do a wonderful job making sure your nails look spectacular!

The service is amazing, everyone is super friendly and professional. The prices are great too. I am very happy with my services.

It's was a great experience. The manicurist is very friendly. The place is supper clean. I'm very happy and will definitely come back.

The pedicurist was really sweet. However, the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. I had an ingrown toenail, and the pedicurist went and cut it without checking with me. As I was under the supervision of a podiatrist at the time, neither my Podiatrist nor myself appreciated her doing that.

I have a very wholesome review for my manicure and pedicure at Princess Nails with Mary and my other nail technician. They were both absolutely amazing, they offered hot tea and cold water and have the most amazing etiquette… I’ll go in to explain more in a moment, but I really want to say it is always amazing being in there and they ALWAYS do amazing work as well. My nails are finally strong and healthy because of them

Got my nails done when I was In Vancouver visiting, not only did she not follow my reference photo she didn’t even clean them up, then they cracked and broke off not even 3 weeks later and I didn’t even do anything for them to crack some recommended my nails looks bad

I had an appointment at 9 o’clock and I was waiting for 20 minutes and the shop was close!

I have been at this location many times and always been happy but this time not so much. I had a Pedi and manicure. It was very rushed my manicure was terrible they didn't even put oil on my nails and push the cuticles down or cut the dead skin the normal things that are done, same with the Pedi things everyone else was getting down next to me where not done. I think it was so busy that they rushed everything and left me very disappointed will not go back again.

I’ve tried a number of salons over the years trying to find that right balance of quality of work, speed, friendliness, and cost point. I’m so glad to have found princess nails- they hit that perfect mark in each and consistently do a great job over the 6 or so times I’ve been there since finding them.

This is my go- to mani/pedi place, I always get what I want. Mary& Paul are wonderful people and their employees are so talented. Tammy & Michelle are amazing manicurists & if I bring reference photos, the staff has spot-on recommendations & im always happy with the end result.
