Service is so unprofessional, the two Spanish girls working at the front are not friendly or helpful at all. Felt like each time we would go they’d give my friend and I attitude when all we were doing was asking questions and going over the details, they would give us very dry responses. And to end with, Out of the two graphic T-shirts that I had them custom for us were not made properly. (Wish I could add a photo to this review) but it was clearly not made with any interest) the shirt with the graphic printed on it was folded and had a noticeable crease, they did not address that or anything + shirts were not made on the day they had said it would be ready by.
Honestly very sad that I had this experience here as I see the reviews in the past have been really great, I will not come back here.

We started supporting this local neighbourhood company. It started out well. Our sign suddenly showed complete discolouration due to the use of substandard inks (refill quality). Did my research.
As a past signmaker I have never seen a sign do this. I brought it to Louis attention and was told its caused by the sun which is inaccurate.
I have a sign made 6 years ago by another company which is beside his. Its in perfect condition.
Received a very weak resolution to my complaint with a new quote of over $400.
BUYER BEWARE.
