This has to be the only office that will decline to give you your package unless your ID address matches your shipment address. I moved to my new address recently and have no identification to show my current address while I wait for my new identification. And the clerk was perfectly fine sending my package away after 15 days if my new ID didn't come in time.

LUCKILY, I read the slip and learned I could appoint anyone to pick up my package and it wouldn't require their id to match the address. A fellow customer heard the nonsense and was nice enough to let me use him as my ALT pick up as they wouldn't give me my mail.

JUST TO REITERATE:

I was here to pick up my package with my mail slip and Drivers License, they refused. I was able to find a RANDOM person in front of them and they allowed that to be an " ALT " pick up. If I have the power in store to authorize a stranger to give my package, then why can I not pick up my own package?

ONLY COME HERE TO PICK UP A PACKAGE, DO NOT OFFER ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS HERE. THEY LACK EMPATHY, UNDERSTANDING AND COMMONSENSE.

2 minute pick turned into a 20 minute ordeal.
