Worst ever hair cut i had ever in this store person was unprofessional and moreover he cut my beard in wrong manner and even he was trying to justify that rather then accepting the mistake this was my first and the last time service i have taken from this saloon

Extremely bad experience. If there is any star leas then one, i want to give them that. I went there for first time and they sent me back as they don’t have staff. Next day i went again for my hair colour. The quality was worst as it washed away in very first wash.
Never recommend it to anyone. I don’t know why people are giving them 4-5 stars. Or it may be paid reviews.

Proper hair colouring and tone matching. Really gives you what you are asking for and makes sure that you are happy and satisfied with the hair colour, I leave educated about my hair and best part make sure you don’t look orange and brassy which is SUCH a struggle with dark hair

I came in with red hair. I boxed dyed it myself for 3yrs, and wanted to go blonde in 1 session. Kulvir made sure I had beautiful hair when I left the salon. Not only is her work incredible, but she is the sweetest hairstylist I ever dealt with. I have been going to see Kulvir since 2010, Wow, time flies. Kulvir and her staff are the only people that I allow to touch my hair. I spent a year in the Kelowna and planned trips to the Lower Mainland around my haircut needs because they are just that good.
Kulvir has always remembered who I am and pieces of my life since I first started going there, that always makes you feel important, right?
They are skilled at what they do and have exceptional customer service. I can't think of one negative thing to say about Prism Hair Design, Kulvir and/or her team.

I go to get my hair done maybe once a month or every other month if I'm growing it out. Kulvir is always so friendly and personable, and aside from just being a total sweetheart she ALWAYS does such amazing things with my hair. Recently got some pink highlights in them and WOW did they turn out amazing.

Kulvir cuts your hair the way YOU want it cut! Not the way other hair stylists want you to cut it. She never disappoints, she always does an excellent first class job! Kulvir and Nicky are such fun. And most importantly Kulvir is an amazing stylist. Great hair salon and they do threading too. She took my almost orange short hair and made it blond again. Suggested I grow it out and wow! I drive to Surrey from Coquitlam and wouldn't stop having Kulvir as my stylist for anything. Like downtown Vancouver stylist without the high price and snobbish salon - worth the trip.

About three years ago I went to a salon with my grandma and they couldn't touch up my roots because they were out of blonde my grandma mentioned another salon nearby that she had worked at twenty years ago. We walked into prism with no appointment. Kulvir was so nice and made my grandma feel right at home reminiscing about the many changes to the salon over the years. We've been regular clients ever since. They are so friendly, fast, and efficient. Highly recommend!

I went to just get a hair cut but saw kulvir colouring someone else’s hair. I asked her to do mine too. I hadn’t had booked an appointment for the same but still she made time from her busy schedule to do it. The results were awesome. She did the colour best suiting to my skin tone. The hair cut too was apt. I like prism’s customer service because I went without appointment and still they managed to give me hair cut and colour of my choice from their hectic schedule. Will for sure go back and recommend everyone

Kulvir certainly came to my rescue, now my hair looks fantastic. I decided to colour my blonde hair a dark auburn, what a disaster! I then went to a hairdresser who tried to fix it. To make a long story short I was still not happy with this auburn hair. I contacted Kulvir explained my problem and booked an appointment. Kulvir spent hours fixing my disaster, I now have my blonde hair back and it looks strong and healthy. Thank you so very much Kulvir.

My wife went to hair salon in Surrey central mall and they wrecked her hair 2 days before a big wedding we suppose to attend.
I contacted Kulvir and convinced my wife to go and try to fix the damage that was done with Kulvir and lets say she made the impossible possible with my wifes hair, she went way above and beyond and spent 5 hours in which 3 hours were after closing time just to turn her nightmare hair into an amazing one. She really knows what she is doing and cares about her customers can't thank her enough. Highly recommended.
