In my experience Pro Motion Physiotherapy have always been a very positive clinic to visit. The staff are extremely organized, pleasant and friendly. They know what they are doing from check-in to check-out. Glenda Chu was my care giver. She makes one feel that they are in the hands of a knowledgable specialist. After assessing my condition she knew what the correct and treatment plan was best for me - fully explaining what was wrong and how she would treat it. Very efficient, very confident.

Been going here for years. I’ve seen Glenda, Ibukun, and Gregg…all amazing. The people up front and the in the back that help set up the machines and everything are also amazing! They’re like another family there for me (unfortunately with how much I need physio). I won’t be going anywhere else if I can help it!

I can't not say enough about the care I have received from Glenda Chu with my concussion. She never gave up and always looked for other therapy and therapies to help me take the next step forward. She is very kind and patient with her patients. She cares beyond words about your patients. 2 years into my recovery she brought in Jeremy Bensler to help move me forward once again. She knew when to introduce me to new techniques and therapies as to not overwhelm me. Glenda and Jeremy are both one in a million. I wish I could have packed them up and taking them with me as I had to move away. Even with the move Glenda looked for a Physiotherapist to help me carry on with my recover. The admin staff and care aid were also always cheerful and encouraging in this long journey of recovery. 5 stars is not a big enough number for this clinic that gives 100+% effort for their patients.

If I could, I’d rate them a 0. I had the worst experience I’ve ever had.
I booked an appointment 2 weeks ago on October 4th. I arrived at my appointment today October 12th, and was told that my appointment was cancelled. They stated they canceled the appointment 1 hour before the appointment at the behest of Shiv, the physiotherapist. When I asked for clarification of why I wasn’t given 24 hour notice or more or even a few hours, the receptionist refused to answer. When I tried to explain that the only reason that I have this appointment was because I am in pain, they refused to provide any information other than I should leave. I brought my doctor’s note to show them that I genuinely needed help and to ask if they didn’t have availability today then to book a different day. I was then yelled at by the receptionist to get out! This is not the first time that they have canceled appointments without giving me any notice.

The only reason that I went to this clinic is because of Mark Ferguson. He is an amazing physiotherapist who genuinely cares about his patients, but I’ve never been so humiliated. This could have been resolved with civility, but instead they lacked transparency and I will NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone! They cancel appointments without any notice and have very poor customer service.

Hot Stone Massage was amazing! Got a good massage with the hot Stone throughout the 70 minutes. I loved how the heat penetrated deep in the skin!

This was my first visit to Pro Motion Physiotherapy, in fact my first visit to a Physiotherapist. I was totally blown away, as it was totally not what I expected, but it worked. I feel so much better already and I am looking forward to my next appointment with Jeremy.

Went to get an assessment done on knee injury and Greg was super knowledgeable about all things pertaining to this. Was very detailed and we didn’t feel rushed at all. Left with a pre operative strengthening plan and will return for treatments. Highly recommend!

After having recently suffered a car accident and being referred to Pro Motion Physiotherapy I cannot tell you how cared for I feel. The entire visit is smooth and well orchestrated. My therapist, Ibukan, was kind, informative and extremely helpful I am anticipating a full recovery.if not I know where they all work

Was skeptical at first of the application of tape to the forearm to assist in my recovery. But after a few days & once the pain had subsided, I was shocked at how well this application had worked. They really know how the body works & how to treat it.

We drive in from Agassiz to see Jeremy and have done for going on 10 years. We have recommended him to many people. He has been able to diagnose problems which has put us many times on the road to recovery.

I have gone here for about 4-5 years since I was rear ended in a car accident. I started in really bad shape and Jeremy worked with me over the years. ProMotion is absolutely the best physiotherapy clinic I've been to by far. For months I couldn't use my tricep properly despite seeing several acupuncturists and massage clinics. Jeremy worked on me ONCE and I had full function back. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, Britney is especially nice. She always greets me by my name which i find is incredible considering the amount of people that go there for treatments. I Highly recommend ProMotion to everyone. Great Job guys. I have been seeing Jeremy on and off for several different reasons over the last 5 years or so. I can honestly say my quality of life would be greatly reduced if I didn’t see him. He is thorough and takes the time to look at every angle and possibility for my very complicated case. I recommend to every single person looking for a physio. He also has given me recs for other therapist to supplement his treatments and to me that is the greatest testament to a good therapist. Someone who doesn’t think they can fix everything for you and encourages you to use all the beneficial treatments you can get.

I discovered this place due to it's sheer closeness to my work and boy am I glad I did. I was fortunate to be seen by Ibukun for my intense chronic back pain. Within a matter of minutes, Ibukun was able to assess what the cause of my pain was and provided some simple exercises to rectify the situation. I have had tremendous improvement since following her plan. Ibukun also assisted me with my wrist pain which turned out to be due to stiffness in my neck. I have seen remarkable improvement after one appointment with Ibukun. She is knowledgeable, caring and straight forward - perfect combination. I am so thankful for the help I have received.

Great staff with appointments on time. I really appreciate that they have many different treatment options and very knowledgeable staff. Went in one day when I couldn’t even stand straight and Noel had me walking out the door in one session.

I’ve attended Promotion Physiotherapy and was treated by Noel for a back injury and right Achilles tendinitis, bilateral plantar fasciitis for a long time. Noel took the time to listen rather than rush to a diagnosis. After a very thorough hands on assessment he found the source of the problem that all who assessed me had missed. All treatments were hands on and never rushed. On average I was there for 1.5 -2 hours where he treated me with everything I could tolerate. He stopped at nothing as he knew my active lifestyle was important to me so it became important to him. He could have charged more as the sessions went on longer than regular blocks of physio but he didn’t. I am fully aware of average blocks of physio treatments but he kept me there to throw everything that he could to get me better. Often he was there later treating me when he should have gone home. He’s over the top committed and dedicated to getting me better. I’ve referred many of my colleagues to him and ALL rave about him and thank me for the referral. Today I’m back working out and I will still need a little more as my injury had gone untreated for 5 years. He treated my son who plays college football and had a knee injury. In 4-5 sessions he had him back in the gym training for the next season. The front desk staff are sweet and kind and they call you by name as soon as you walk in. They make I’m comfortable while waiting for treatment. The clinic is warm and inviting when you walk in and is very clean. I’m a registered nurse who assists clients in rehabilitation post surgery or injuries so I know what I’m looking for in a great Physiotherapist. He just does not leave you on a table doing passive treatments but rather believes in active therapy approach to treatment which is very important in recovery. It’s not always easy and sometimes painful but as I’ve come to learn in rehab is that pain is also part of recovery. I dealt with limiting pain for so long and we both thought it’s time to use some pain to get me better. It worked! Noel is just a cut above the rest and I give 5 stars and highly recommend Promotion Physiotherapy and my rockstar Physiotherapist. Noel!

Not recommended. Noel pretends to be knowledgeable however repeats the same nonsense with every patient. The worst part, he double books patients to focus on profits, NOT patients. I'm now going somewhere that I get a full treatment out of a knowledgeable therapist.

Awesome staff. Noel is my physiotherapist. He is very knowledgeble and smart and knows what he does. Very happy with him. Actually my whole family go and see him when we need including my mom and dad who are in their 80s. Facillity is clean and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Noel has been great so far in helping me recover from a pec injury. His professionalism, treatments plan and advice have surpassed my expectations. I have decided to continue my rehabilitation with Noel and Pro Motion until I’m fully healed.
