Pro Painters

Pro Painters did an excellent job on my Mom’s apartment. We wanted a clean, fresh look prior to sale and they did just that. Terry and his crew did the job quickly and the price was right, substantially less expensive than the competition. We plan on hiring them to paint the outside of our house. Thanks Pro Painters!

I’m giving three stars when I probably would have given 5 to this company six months ago, but the communication and follow up of this company lately has really been lacking. We’ve had Terry do a couple of exterior jobs for us and have always felt the work was done well and the price was fair. I reached out a month ago to get a quote on some interior painting. I never heard back from anyone so I reached out again a couple of weeks ago and after waiting a few days finally got a response. Terry was supposed to come and quote the job and we set up a time for him to meet with us at our house. He never showed up and never called. Three strikes and you are out with me. I won’t call this company when I need something painted again.

I hired Pro Painters to help me with indoor painting and cabinet refinishing, and I am so glad I have found Terry. First, Al was so helpful answering all my emails, he was so nice and patient, I needed indoor painting but then decided to refinish the cabinets. After contacting some specialized cabinet finishing companies, I made the decision to get Terry and his team take care of that as well, as their cabinet process was the same as the other companies and their price was very competitite. Terry did a wonderful job, I was away, so he picked up the keys, was always on time and finish the whole job quickly and left the place clean and perfect. The cabinets are like new now, the wood was a bit grainy but the finish ended up being perfect. I am so glad I opted for getting them painted instead of redo the whole kitchen. Thanks so much Terry and Al for all the patience with me, for replying to all emails so quickly and helping me to finish the renos super fast. It was much, much appreciated! Rita

Terry painted the outside of our house last spring and last week did the inside. He is the consummate professional and a really nice man. The outdoor work was flawless. The indoor looked great. We had a difficult staining job and terry took personal responsibility to ensure we were happy with the outcome. We would use Terry’s company again and recommend completely.

This 5-star review for Pro-Painters is well earned. Having seen Terry’s craftsmanship on other job sites we knew we could trust him for his top quality workmanship – Terry delivers. From prep work to the final coat and cleanup - he was always on-time and he used excellent quality paint and materials. Pro-Painters is detail orientated, they were punctual, friendly and skillful. Terry is a man of his word – I like that, so will you.

Many thanks to Terry & Perry for the excellent painting on our mobile home. Painted almost all the rooms, and all the window & door trim and baseboards. The quality of work was excellent and the house looks like new! Thanks Terry for you hard work and the long hours you put in to ensure we could enjoy the new look as quickly as possible.

I have used Pro Painters twice over a number of years - at the recommendation of family members. I've found Terry to be detail oriented and well focused on Customer Service. His crews have done great work, done in a timely manner. Actuals have come in around quoted amount as well. I would not hesitate to use Pro Painters again in the future.

Terry and his team do great work at reasonable prices. He takes pride in the work and guarantees satisfaction. We had him do our exterior and we would use him again if needed:)

Hi, I read the previous negative reviews and still called for a quote. Al their project estimator was on time and professional. I went ahead with Terry and his company. A 2 man crew showed up for my approx. 1,000 s.f. Paint job at 8am and left before 1pm. In my view, they did an excellent job of painting and cleaning up for an amazing price. I would ignore the haters and try out Pro Painters!

Terry and his crew were awful. They did a terrible job, sloppy work and refused come clean up the mess after they left. Turns out they way over charged me when I had another company fix their job. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. You've been warned!

Terry was out of his depth painting my house. I found out one of his crew damaged the roof after they were done. They denied it and refused to pay for the repair.even when I showed them the security footage. The painting job was just ok, but it took way longer than quoted and the price increase along with it. Which seemed like a money grab to me and nothing do to with the actual job parameters.

I wouldn't recommend this company unless you personally have Terry on the job. The workers were totally unreliable and turned a quoted 3-day job into a two week undertaking after the workers disappeared for a week and Terry had to come and complete the job himself. I am still finding spots that they missed, paint on the carpet and at the end of it all they expected full payment. Not impressed and the only reason this gets two stars is because of Terry, otherwise this is a zero star rating.
