Pro Pet Grooming & Daycare

Chewie has been going to M&M daycare for a few months now. He is a young playful boy with lots of energy and I love how he will come home happy and tired. It says a lot about this place when Chewie gets super excited each time when he enters their doors to see the staff and his small doggie friends. I appreciate that the place is kept really clean and there isn't an offensive pee and wet dog smell like in some other daycares. I also want to especially thank Michelle and her staff, who makes the effort to pay extra attention to Chewie's puppyish behavior. I know he is well-loved and I can't thank you ladies enough.

I contacted this place to inquire about grooming for my senior pet. A simple yes or no response would've sufficed but instead I received a patronizing response back saying that they only service their own long-time customers. They further went on to "educate" me and explicitly stated that I should go back to the original groomer that my pet is associated with to prevent any trauma or distress.

Why the heck would I contact you if it wasn't for the fact that my normal groomer shut down their business and I no longer had a regular groomer to go to? I was obviously inquiring because I needed a new long-term groomer and I didn't have a choice!

Their purpose of trying to educate me was infuriating and absolutely unnecessary. You don't know my situation so next time just answer with a polite "sorry we're unable to take on new clients". That would've been a perfectly ok response.

Fast scheduling, great haircut, and good price! Our dog was happy playing in the daycare while waiting for pick up. Definitely coming back!

Great place! Michelle loves what she does and it shows. My toy poodle was with her many times and she's never home sick. Michelle knows how to handle pets with different behaviours and manages them well. Definitely a place to recommend!

My Boston Terrier, Molly, has had many great experiences with Michelle. Michelle looked after her for extended periods of time when I was away. She was so kind and amazing and Molly felt completely safe, comfortable and happy. I highly recommend Michelle and Mutts n Mittens for your pet. Great cheerful service and reasonable rates

Pro pet Grooming is Great for dogs. My dog is very senstive and coward, so very hard to get grooming and bath. But This Place has been a very comfortable place for my dog, for the last six years. Also Owner is very professional, and has huge love for dogs. I am very happy with her service. Thanks Pro pet!:)

Excellent place for dogs. This place is Olive's second home. We have been here since this place opened. And we are very happy. Olive is well cared and he loves to come Pro Pet daycare.

Best grooming shop ever!
The owner is so professional I didnt need to worry at all about my dog she knows what she is doing! She is also very kind and price is affordable. Definietly this will be my go to shop from now on:) suzanne you are so awesome!

Enjoyed this place very much. They have a shared room for the dogs to socialize in and my puppy was treated with care and got a beautiful haircut

I brought my Maltese twice and a Pomeranian that I was pet sitting once. I have been happy both times!

My Daisy has anxiety from grooming and bathing but she was so happy and comfortable when she left here! The first time I brought her she had matting, the groomer (I’m sorry I don’t know her name!) and I agreed to cut her hair short and leave her face a little longer with a puppy look. The hair cut was perfect, and it grew out amazing! It held its shape and it looked even better as it grew out! And the second appointment was the same, she did a lovely job.

The Pomeranian that I was pet sitting was neglected and had extreme matting. No one wanted to shave him because they cared more for the fur than his comfort. This lady saw that he wasn’t okay and she did what she could. In the end she really did a miracle! He was clearly a lot more comfortable, happy and so handsome!

The groomer is a very sweet lady and it shows how gentle she is with our dogs and how she cares. I fully trust that my dog is in good hands and will only be taking her here. Thank you!

My dog Max went here today for the first time! Very impressed with his haircut (12 year old maltese mix) Suzanne was the groomer and yes great job. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and also mentioned about his heart murmur and she did such a great job, I will be a forever client here from now on, great prices and great service thank you so much. Keep up the awesome everything!:) :)

Brought my dogs here for the first time today to get their nails trimmed.

We'll be back to get our long haired dog groomed once it's needed:)

Great pricing as well! Some grooming places charge way too much, this place is totally reasonable.

Just moved to the Tricities and am very glad I found this place for my little girl. My lil girl was comfortable getting her grooming and nails done here and I was happy with the results as well. Used the doggy daycare a few times too when I was in a bind and it worked out well. Price is right, caring is genuine, and service is good.

Scruffy was in a bad state, matted and awful. They did a great job, had to cut everything off and managed to Keep a nice face! Thank you so much

I've been taking my now 15 year old dog there for a few years and I am always thankful of how carefully and patiently she treats my dog. He has a few health issues and can definitely be a bit difficult but he always comes out great and so much happier. They could charge me way more and I'd still be happy to come here.

I called them to make an appointment but, the Girl was talking with over the phone just tried to make the rate higher and higher because I have a Pomeranian. She said it start at $60 and depend of condition of your dog it could be higher. I always pay at pet smart $50.00.

This place is great! We have an anxious puppy who has had traumatic experiences at another groomers, but heard great reviews from neighbors.they were right! Really send to enjoy your pet. Mine who is just 5 months old, is afraid of most things new and he was very relaxed and didn't want to leave! Reliable and friendly service!

Susan is very sweet and thoughtful. She has been very patient with my nervous dog and does a great thorough job with his grooming with very reasonable pricing. I’m so glad that I have somewhere like this close to me.

Terrible place! I told the owner exactly what I wanted for my dog! Not only she did not do what I asked, she shave my dog completely to the point we could see his skin. He looked terrible! I barely recognize him.
When we went home he pee on the floor and he had no appetite. Don’t take you dog there!

I have been taking a my dog to Pro pet grooming for over two years. My 9 years old dog -CoCo is groomed every 3 months, I had tried 2 other groomers but Coco is happiest with Pro pet grooming. He has skin allergies so I provide my own shampoo and he comes home with a shinny coat and nails done. Pro pet's service was great and they truly treat our dog as if he was their own.
