Been using their services for years. Overall, the service has been excellent with no issues.

Extremely rude I gain weight due to recently looking a baby and my wedding dress was a little small and I was not away and they make a big deal out if it even tho I wa so willing to have the servers done on my dres talking about how fat I am and so stupid to think I could fit talking so loudly I right there in changing room no wall I can hear it all so so rude gross manners

Spent over $200 on my suits. Gave me back wired hangers instead of my wooden hangers. Called and was told I was wrong. Told them that I don’t own any wired hangers. At the end of the day you can have my wooden hangers prostitch. Not worth my time. To make the customer feel like their lying is insulting. I’ll go elsewhere next time.

I bring this Zara jeans to them just to cut few inches from the length I don’t know how they damaged the right side stitches and now it directed to the center of the jeans and when I told the lady what’s going on she said yeah because you have big calves muscles that why it’s looks like that! Not recommended for jeans especially, now I have to thought it away because of that.

It’s a good tailor shop. We went for alteration of a trouser. Alteration was good. Staff isn’t that friendly, they were getting irritated very quickly even if we were discussing amongst ourselves.

I get them to SEW in little zipper pockets into my fav pants, sweaters, and shorts. Quick service, nice people, quality stitching and material used. Done with care.

Lady that answered my call was very informative and kind. She gave me straight quote for estimate price I needed unlike other alteration stores.

I've gotten several pairs of jeans hemmed and tapered here and they've always done a great job. The waiting time takes a bit depending on what needs to be done but definitely worth it.

Had them put a patch on the left breast pocket of a Jean jacket. Not only was it crocked by just enough to be noticed, but the actual stitching job was visibly poor and not by the edge. So now some parts can be lifted up, but the back side hade threads sticking out to be pulled.they call themselves pros but it's anything but, never even went over with me just put it on the desk and left me there before I got a chance to even look at it.

This is the worst place. Their job isn't professional at all. I brought in my dress for them to move and shorten the straps and adjust the length from the bottom. She said everything they do is $10 extra from original price and was very strict with these very high prices. We finally agreed on a price which is $80 and the job she will be doing on the dress, I paid and she said to pick it up on Friday. I go to pick it up on Friday and she had only done the bottom but didn't do the straps. I told her they didn't do anything to the straps even though I paid $80 and she said they did, but the straps were the same as before and insisted she can do them for another $40. I told her we already paid and she didn't do the job we agreed on but she was being very rude. They steal your money without doing the work. The workers attitude was very rude both times i went. I am very upset with them and they aren't "pros" if they don't the job right as the store is called pro stich

Thanks for hemming my Docker pants. Perfect job as always. Good price and exceptional service. I have been going here for about 4 years and never had a bad experience. They always have my sewing done when promised and when I need it done quickly they have accommodated.

I was there today to see if they could fix a zipper with my winter jacket. The lady was very attentive hearing the problem and they were able to fix the zipper very quickly. I was able to pick up the jacket right away. Excellent service and good skills.

Overpriced. The lady at the reception was very rude and unprofessional. It almost seemed like she didn’t even want to do the service. Please save yourself time.

I have been coming to Pro Stitch for the last two years for various alterations such as my work clothing getting hemmed, having various memorable patches seen on coats, and having dry cleaned my graduation suit here. I come all the way down from Langley just to get my alterations done here and I wouldn't trust anyone else. I recommend my friends, and I recommend you too.

They could've charged me for a quick fix for my blazer, but instead told me that I can do it at home without destroying the fabric. Nothing more needs to be said about their service.

Prices are what they are. No one should be complaining what any business charges. Its what they feel what their worth is.

They are always professional, prices are reasonable, and they consistently produce incredible quality on all my clothes. I’ve had everything from jeans to suits altered here, and they are reliable every single time. Just once, I went to another clothing alterations place due to convenience, and the alteration was so bad I brought it back to Pro Stitch here. They promptly fixed my clothes and got it right. Their attention to detail and quality consistently amazes me and I trust them with all my alteration needs now. Even when I was living in downtown Vancouver I’d come all the way here to alter my clothes. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
