I recently had to get some adjustments done to a bridesmaid dress, and the wonderful team at Pro Stitch did an excellent job! The team was welcoming, professional, kind, supportive and had excellent communication through-and-through. They ensured I was happy with the end result and continued to work with me through a few fittings to find the perfect fit! I will 100% be revisiting this location when I need alterations done in the future. I highly recommend them!

I had gotten a simple hem on a dress pant and the sewing came undone as soon as I tried them on at home. They also charged me $21 for that

Had a small slit (not frayed at all) in a pair of almost brand new jeans. We took them in to Pros-stitch to see if they could be repaired relatively seamlessly. They said that we would still see a little of the stitching but it won’t be too noticeable. The photo shows the result. We were stunned at how bad of a job they did. This appears to be beyond amateur. Needless to say the quality of work is atrocious and an overall terrible experience.

Had a rush job with a new suit and they were able to help me with no issues. I will go back to them in the future.

They do a great job on our clothes and odds and ends that we are unable to do ourselves. We have been repeating customers for many years now!

Brought my jeans in to get taken in on the waist area as they were too big. I was able to pick them up a few days later and the jeans fit perfectly! Great job on the stitch as well and the employees were very kind.

Added 4 additional holes into my belts, done within a day! No tearing or marks left behind. Staff was also very friendly

I went to get a pair of stretchy cotton capris taken in about 1 inch at the waist. Quoted about $45. No thanks

I needed to have a pair of insulated work coveralls taken in. I brought it to a different shop first and they said they couldn't help me since the material was way too thick and heavy. Pro stitch was able to help me and I'm so happy I found a place to alter my work gear since it's hard to find gear that fits properly as a woman.

Amazing experience at this location. My zipper broke on my outfit I was supposed to wear that evening (2 hours from the event start). I was wearing the outfit when it broke! I went in and they helped me out on the spot. I was so relieved they could accommodate me with such a short amount of time available. Highly recommend and will be going back.

I took my daughter kilt for last minute hem job. Not only they did a great job but it was fast services.

Amazing service! At 8: 50pm (close at 9pm) we had a last minute alteration we needed done, Pro Stitch accommodated ya and fixed the 10 T-shirt’s immediately. I am so thankful

I brought in a sash to have a button sewn on. I asked how long it will take and the lady was so rude and said she didn't have time to sew on a button and to come back in 4 hours to pick it up. When my husband went to pick up the sash, he couldn't believe the price! The lady asked for the ticket and we didn't have one because they never gave us one. In two days the button started falling off I was annoyed I had to go back but I needed something else sewn as well so I went back. No apology and unfriendly people working there. I asked how much to sew on a badge to the sash and they wanted $16! I took it somewhere else and they did it for $5! I'll never go here again. The two ladies that work here are so rude and unfriendly. Horrible customer service and a total rip off!

They used to be better! Their prices has gone up alot! Make sure to get a quote before they measure for you. There are much cheaper places im sure!

I've always had good things to say about this place until the last time I was there. They stood me up on their wooden pedestal, measured my pants to exactly where I needed them hemmed. When I picked them up, they were an inch short. Now my $100 pants are useless. Their response was that they claim no responsibility for the outcome. They really pissed me off!

I have been going to Pro Stitch for some time now and i'm really impressed with their work. Anytime i have needed something in a rush they do it. The quality of work is great. And the service is excellent. I have taken complicated jobs in the past as well and they've done an excellent job on them. I highly recommend this place that's looking for a good alterations shop.

This place is great I took my sleeping bag for new zipper. They did great a job and very reasonable price and helpful staff.

Level of customer service has gone down! Their alteration charges has gone up. I don't mind paying for the increased cost but it does not justify their level of customer service. Got there, no one in line, saw 3 staff at the back who "care" to keep their customers waiting. Waited for 8 min before 1 of them came. While I was being helped, a customer came, none of the 2 staff at the end bothered to help which left the one helping me had to stop and attended to the customer. I waited for her to return to help me. When I was done with the measurements, there were 3 customers already waiting in line. 10 min later, one staff came, she mentioned I had to wait for the same staff who helped me with the measurement to write the invoice slip and she started helping the ones waiting. Waited for another 10min before I could leave the store with the invoice slip. From a customer point of view, their time is as valuable as mine, they want our business, they want a constant flow of customers to keep their business afloat given the competitions around town, they are not the only one in town who is specialized in alterations. An invoice slip requires details of a phone number, clothing type and cost of alterations, this can be easily done by any staff, it is the unwillingness on the individual's part to help. I have been coming to them for years, it's time for a change for sure. Bye Bye Pro Stitch!
