I’ve had my truck serviced at Pro Stop for about 2yrs. Never disappointed. Always get me in even if it’s last min. Fair pricing and I never have to go back for the same issue. Jenna is great to deal with. Kendle and Jeff know their trade well and are great techs. Thank you so much for being reliable and fair. Hard to find these days.

Fair prices and a very reasonable amount of time to get my car in. I'm glad that I took a chance on trusting Pro Stop Auto for my auto maintenance and repairs.

Jeff was very good about explaining what my Subaru needed. Jenna was helpful and courteous and did a great job keeping me updated. The brake pads needed replacing and because the rotors were rusting, they were replaced as well. They changed a wheel barring and checked the A/C. The cabin air filter was hard to get at, but they did it. They said the next thing to have done is the timing belt, but that’s a big ticket item. I felt they were honest, personable and they aim to please. They were so busy and yet tested me as though I was the only customer. Very satisfied and will definitely go back. Thanks Jeff and Jenna. Had an emergency diff issue & Pro Stop was recommended by a mechanic friend of mine. I towed my car there the same day & it was finished before 3pm the next day. Not only was the issue resolved but they also took care of a misfire issue I had and the price was about as half of what I would’ve expected from corporate Autobody companies. Friendly staff. Very informative & highly recommended. The middle class helping out the middle class with integrity & transparency.

Emergency call to Jeff with a failed front end strut. Had to drive to Vancouver to catch a flight. Even though they were fully booked Jeff helped me out and I got the new strut in. Cannot thank you enough.

The reviews and reputation live up to the experience. After being referred to this shop by Classified Motorsports I felt at ease knowing my car was going to be in good hands. A true honest shop, quick turnaround time, with excellent customer service, and at a great price.
