Had standing rigging changed and a few other items changed/fixed. Charged us a huge amount over a verbal quote, even though we did some of the work ourselves (marking position on turnbuckles, unhooking the boom and other items as requested, reseating/caulking the mast collar and the chain plates, etc. We understand that prices of some of the prices of items had changed due to supply issues.
We should have checked prices as things progressed, to confirm pricing as discussed but we trusted that the quote was fairly accurate and expected just a few extra costs. They never provided a running total to show us what the cost currently was and how optional items would affect total bill.
It took two weeks after the service to get the bill. I don’t believe they took into consideration the work that we did (and charged us as if they did absolutely everything). Very disappointed. Staff are great but confirm prices as you go so no nasty surprises.

Love the mast refurbishment and new rigging. Better than new. These guys know their stuff!

We had our rolling furler fixed here on the 10th of March, we were very happy with the service and results.
