This is a fantastic place, everyone is super professional. The massage therapy I got was very helpful, I felt comfortable the whole time and I left relaxed and feeling brand new. I highly recommend it!

Paul is absolutely the best! I’ve been seeing him for over four years. He is great at deep tissue massages. Very professional, caring and makes you feel very comfortable. The space is very modern and clean. Staff are very friendly.

I’ve been seeing Richard after ACL reconstruction surgery and he has been so helpful with my recovery/rehab! I couldn’t sleep due to hip/back tightness and after a few sessions, Richard relieved the tension. I’m getting better sleeps and performing my physio routine much better!

I have gone here a few times now for prenatal massages and seen Amanda, Paul and Kevin, and I have had such a good experience every time. I like really deep pressure massages and I found with everyone I have seen there, they have been so accurate for the pressure I like and the areas that are causing me discomfort. It's a little hidden gem, I would highly recommend, and a beautiful space!

A very very pleasant surprise. Quick booking, very clean and beautiful clinic.
The reception was very professional and friendly when helped me with direct billing for my extended insurance plan. The therapist was great - he asked which are the areas that hurt, the level of pressure I want and tailored his massage exactly to what I needed. The massage was amazing - came sore and tense and left soft like jellyfish. Totally recommended!

I can't say enough good things about Pro Wellness. All their therapists are excellent and the clinic is brand new. I look forward to my weekly visits and always come out feeling refreshed. This place is also significantly cheaper than other big brand names and fits well under my insurance limits. Yet you do not lose out on any quality as many of their therapists also work at these big names. I've received better care here than the >10 other places I've been to.

Paul has been my massage therapist for the past two years and I started going to this location recently. The place is fairly new, very clean and well kept. Highly recommended!

I was extremely lucky to book a same-day appointment with Paul with lingering neck and hand soreness due to a light strain sustained while travelling. He identified muscle stiffness throughout, which was aggravating the lingering soreness. After only 45 minutes (which felt like a full hour because he never loses energy and focus!) he eliminated all the issues! My full neck range of motion was back and I woke up the next day completely forgetting that I had any pain in first place. It was gone! I’ll be back for maintenance for sure!

Jeniffer is my new go-to RMT! She is outstanding compared to many other RMTs I've tried over the years. She finds all of my issues. She communicates well when explaining what my issues are, why they happen, and what I can do. I always leave feeling much better! The facility is very nice and clean as well.

He is the best RMT I can find; he is very knowledgeable with excellent and effective deep tissue massage techniques that helps bring my body back to harmony. Highly recommended.

Paul is an amazing and highly skilled RMT! I’d highly recommend getting treatment from him. He uses deep pressure across the whole body, and also provides targeted treatment depending on your problem areas. He really helped me with my forearm tendons, which get very tight from bouldering. Definitely pay him a visit!
