I am very unsatisfied with their service. I went there to just take off my nail polish that I did in their salon but apparently the person who gave me service does cashier work too and leaves me waiting again and again while cleaning my nail. Even cleaning nail, she seems rushing and doesn't do carefully. She doesn't even put oil after cleaning my nail. It just feels like its sanded.

Worst experience. Staff is very rude and talk in their language. I paid $100 for nails and they were like garbage. When I went back, they were very rude especially the lady, kim (kammy) was very rude. Never ever go to them. That charge you a lot and gives u poor service

63 dollars when all I asked for was to take my nails off from hands (acrylic) and feet. (gel) I asked for this 4 times. I've been a regular for 3 yrs I won't be returning. She didn't remove the nail (acrylic) completely you can see in the photo it's still there.) At this rate I'll do my own nails

Horrible service! I went there with powder dip nails for a refill. They told me they do it. Later they had like 5 colors in it so I told them to do gel color instead and remove the powder. They basically just made my nails plain and tried to paint them with a gel color on top of my powder nail coat. They kept justifying how that’s how they do it. When I asked them to remove it, the lady pulled out an acrylic nail and started scraping my nail with it to remove my color. This! At a professional nail salon. What’s next? ! Get kittens to lick the paint off? ! What a scam? !

Pedicure was subpar and costlier than my regular salon in north Van. Won’t be going back for more. They put nail paint all over my toe and then cleaned it with fórceps when asked to do it.

I regret getting my nails from this place. The staff was so rude throughout, the one doing my nails first ended up putting a cut on my finger, she was unapologetic about it. Ruined the shape of my nails too, even after asking her to keep the same shape she made it overly pointed, and when i asked her, she didn’t let me speak and instead replied so rudely “LATER” and then never corrected it later.
If you’re planning to go here, then i would highly recommend to not.

I used to come here years ago for a pedicure and manicure. I had also tried their shellac services as well. I used to really like this place alot and didn't really have other places to compare it to. I think that they're not terrible if you're okay with 'basic' or quick services without them taking too much time or effort (unless you really ask for it or emphasize it). However if you're wanting something more complicated or more care to your nails, I don't think this is the place to go to

I wish I could give the zero stars.very rude and unorganized staff. THEY DONT USE SANITIZED PACKS!? ! As you know they everytime that their is customer the MUST use w new set! But they don’t! Last time they cut my nail, because she was talking to other people and laughing and not focused.
This place is dangerous for your health! I will never give them a change again!

Went a few weeks ago and got my nails done.

I had an appointment at 5 and ended up starting my service at 5: 45

3 different people did my nails
Each one of them will come and do something and wait each time.

It took almost 2 h to get them done

Obviously nails looked bad
Color and acrylic were sooooo thick and the color wasn’t even!

Terrible service. Wasted 50$!

Don’t recommend it at all!

Came here for shellac mani removal. At first it looked like everything was removed but once I was home and my hands were dry, I noticed that the last layer of polish was still leftover on most of my nails. Was very disappointed that I paid to have a professional shellac mani removal only to have to do some myself. Terrible

I am very satisfied with my service at the salon. I got what I wanted and she was so detail oriented/neat and precise. Will definitely go back!

Horrible work, It's one of those places where they don't offer quality, they just want to do nails in large quantities, it doesn't matter if the job is poor and horrible.the service was ok at the beginning but pass half hour the lady looks in hurry, ignoring my suggestions I got it you’re busy but I booked an appointment and anyway I needed to wait around 25 min, I paid 70 cad for a terrible work of course my nails don’t looks at all like the design that I showed before she started the nails. 70 dollar throw for the drain

Disgusting that's all I can say, they use the same nail filer for the customer and their equipment doesn't get sanitized. The store's disgusting so so dirty.
The customer service was terrible.

I am very disappointed. I have been here a number of times. Each time my expectations lower and so does my account balance. Story time, summer of 2022 me and my bestfriend unexpectedly decided to get our nails done at this salon for the first time. We were both not extremely happy with the results but we decided to go back anyways. WORST. MISTAKE. EVER! If you value your money, your nails and your LIFE do not, i repeat do not go to professionails. Period. Attached is my friend's nails. Her name Emma Smith. Her nails? They ain't it.

Unfortunately they don’t do real gel, my nails started to chip off after a few days. Real gel doesn’t chip off! Don’t come here if you are looking to get gel done. The lady did an alright job I suppose painting them them aside from it not being real gel, I had to ask her to get rid of the bumps because she wanted to leave me with them. Now I have to wait for my nails to regrow and heal from the experience.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Cut my nails to short, filed the end of my toes, I’ve got a cut on my big now… gotta find a better place

My first visit here and I was happy when I left. The only thing I didn't like was the employees talking away in their own language on top of their lungs. They were friendly and worked well.

I took my mum there for an ingrown toenail - she hasn't been anywhere really since my dad passed in Oct/20 (56yrs married) excellent job!

Not the best place.they don't take their time doing your nails they seemed always seemed rushed and sometimes your nails have little bumps or not completely smoothed on the sides.

Very rude staff. I was unhappy with the service i received and all they said is theres nothing we can help you with. The lady filed my nails so aggressively and i was in pain for days. My toe nail polish was ruined within minutes of me leaving. Lets not talk about how rude the guy who picks up the phone is! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR BUCK!

Went in with a grown out set and 3 broken nails left with a beautiful set with a beautiful design on my accent nails very happy with my experience

I have been going to this nail salon for over 16 years and have never had a bad experience. All the technicians there are absolutely wonderful. The salon is also totally covid compliant.

If I could give zero to these people, I would. Such a dirty/nasty place. Furthermore, they raised the original price for my daughter's manicure from $40 to $52 for some top coat that was not mentioned as necessary or even to be an additional cost until we were midway through the whole thing. The price for my manicure should be $52 but they charged me $59 instead. ALL THOSE PRICES NO TAX INCLUDED. And they have the audacity to ask for 18% tip. Are you kidding me? I am still afraid because I'm not sure if me or my daughter got any kind of infection in the middle of such a disgusting dirty place. GROSS!

I went in asking tonget gel put on and they decided to a manicure instead. When I said something thy tried to argue. Don't they know that customers come first? Nope

I have to say when I walked to their entrance, and saw just how many people were there, I wasn't sure what to expect. Thought that with how busy they were they wouldn't take the time to do a good job or the place wouldn't be cleaned or sanitized properly. Boy was I wrong. This place was immaculate! I've heard horror stories about people going to nail salons and they would get toe fungus from using the foot baths. Well this place puts in a disposable bag so that you know you're getting a clean station. I also got to say that my nail technician did such an amazing job and her attention to detail was great! I would definitely recommend this place! Oh Also should note that they did a great job with social distancing as well by keeping empty station between each client, they all wore masks and also used plastic barriers between the client and technicians.
I also liked that all the disposable files was put in a plastic bag and given to me to take care of my nails:) Can't wait until my next one!
