This experience was a while back but decided to finally put a review on it right now

Quick pic: Used to work in the mall, place was convenient, so went in there to get my shellac changed on my own nails, and I'm someone who likes my nails on point, so if it needs fixing or I want to just get a different color shellac done I will get it done, as I'm paying them to provide that service.

Issue: the lady who was removing my shellac just rushed through the work and didn't take her time to be gentle with my natural nails and remove it with acetone, just straight up drilling harshly. And then in front of everyone with a loud voice, disrespectfuly she says "your nails are getting yellow because you're not giving your nails a break from getting shellac on them, I'm not gonna do your nails" and I'm here talking with a gentle voice trying to be nice and hoping she would match my tone but NOPE she even continued to talk over me while I tried to tell her "this has NEVER happened to my nails EVER, it's because you guys keep drilling natural nails so it's causing trauma to it". After that I've been so scared to have these so called "professionals" work with my natural nails, and I just switched back to getting acrylics.
Quite unfortunate that they as professionals don't know how to care for the nails so things like that don't happen, and they just put it on the client when something goes wrong.
And please learn basic manners, this disrespect I've never been able to forget.

Wasted my time waited 20mins then after that showed the lady the picture of what I wanted she look at the picture and said she doesn’t know how to do them and she continued on to do the next customer nails and was once again left unattended first coming here I guess I won’t be coming back kinda disappointed In the customer service.

I just wanted to share this review. These people are so unprofessional. I have gone there 2 days in a row because I was studying upstairs at the university and thought I would go and quickly get my eyebrows, upper lip, and mani/pedi done.

The first day I went there, they told me half an hour and to come back and the main lady is so unprofessional, she doesn't know how to speak to clients. She didn't even look at me. I told I can't come back and if I can make an appointment. She said no. So I left.

The second day, I asked again if they had time to do the services I required. This time I was prepared to wait 30+ minutes. I thought I would just walk around the mall while I waited. She instead told me 5 minutes. I waited 10 minutes and asked when it would be my turn, she said 5 more minutes. So then I asked if I could get a pedicure and manicure done too. She said okay come back in 10 minutes. I went to the dollar store nearby to kill time. Then I came back and asked her again. She said wait 5 more minutes. I waited another 15 minutes then went up to ask her when it would be my turn and to tell me honestly because I don't have all day to wait. She said I don't know, wait 10 more minutes. At this point, I had had enough and said I am not coming back and left.

The lack of unprofessionalism in this salon is so high. I'm shocked they are still running. They have no respect for customers' time and they are so rude to customers. Furthermore, their services are extremely overpriced. They are greedy which is why they keep stringing people along. I would not recommend going here at all. Save your time, energy, and money and go to a better place.

Literally awful. They ruined my natural nails so badly by ripping off my acrylic overlay that they are now paper thin and have ridges from the layers torn off.

I paid about $50 for acrylic fill. My nail paint came off the next day kinda formed a bubble. I went back and a lady fixed it for me saying maybe didn’t dry enough. Now after 5 days 2 more of my nails did the same thing one of it is chipped a little. I’m so upset how they look right now. I don’t wanna go back again as I’m working late. Never going back here.

Asked for gel and got acrylic. Showed a picture of what I wanted and got no where near what I asked for. Booked an appt elsewhere in hopes they can fix the tragedy that is on my fingers. Should have walked away when I saw their ratchet falling apart chairs and duct tape holding their stations together.

Very poor service … don’t come here and waste your money.my wife get the nails from this location and her nails were bleeding because of their poor staff they attached the nails to the skin directly… never come to this location and save your hard earned money…

Terrible service - acrylic nails have started lifting after 1 week and have lost 1 due to this. Called to ask about repair and they told me to $50 to have fill done again. My fills always last 4 weeks at other nail salons!

Got a pedicure and fill done on my nails. Worst job ever on both didn't do my cuticles on my hands.
Nail polish job was bad didn't even paint the full nails on hands and toes. Will never go back or recommend this place. For $75 I could have done a better job then they did.

Walked-in for a mani-pedi with my mom, there was about a 10min wait since they were so busy! We had Van and she was very efficient and kind. She was friendly and professional. The results and services were great for the price. Thank you Van!

The worst nail salon I have been to since I moved to BC. The mail technician actually broke my natural nail and got angry because I was upset. Then she asked me to leave.

Horrible service. I had the worst experience when I wanted a full set with extra length and the person that did it was not experienced. She started raising her voice at me and hitting my hand. Then I decided to try again for only a fill and not a full set as I knew better and the response was they don’t know how to work with long nails and they don’t do long nails/fills. It’s just doing a fill regularly then you would on someone who gets short nails. I hope that the owner does change how they treat clients and how the business is run.

Worst nail place i have EVER been too! Mary was extremely rude and unprofessional, she refused to do my nails because i had my baby with me (in his stroller) I had asked to get shellac nails done and she very rudely said you need to go sit outside the store, i have other customers"
I was a paying customer, not asking to get anything done for free! I am extremely disappointed with the service i received today! 0 stars in my opinion DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I should’ve left but ended up staying cuz I didn’t hav time to find another salon.the women doin my nails is Van.she was very mean and ignored me while doin my service. And she was pushing my hand away after workin on each offinger… I will never go to this salon again. Customer service is everything…. If they are rude u kno the quality of there work will be poor.

They are worst in town and have to manner to attend the cx.they made me sit for half an hour and later said we cant do your nails today.very rude

Very friendly staffs. Price is right. Lily is good. She does not ask too much questions while you are relaxing.:)

I have gone there 3 times to get my nails fixed and now I am going again and this time I think they should pay a full set for me. Plus I had to wast cab fair just to get it done. Not happy at all. Wondering what I should do. Hmmmmm

Worst experience this lady claimed her name is Hannah. I doubt that is even her name. They way she answered me. I can and got my niece a mani and wanted a full set as my regular place was booked and this was a last minute choice. This lady was trying to yo sale me as soon as I walked it to the point it was EXTREMELY annoying. And then telling me my mail length was “long” trying to charge me 10$ extra and super ignorant. Was going to cut almost down to my natural nail do I would be charged the extra 10$. Talk about high way robery…. I will never come back and if I could give a zero I would…. She then started to talk about me in her language not realizing I could understand what she was saying. I am so disgusted with this place. I honestly didn’t expect much because of the location but this is trash

Terrible service I wouldn't recommend this place. Some of ladies working there are rude. I think they make business cause there located in the mall but there are far better places. Waste of time and money

My fiancé had went in to get her nails removed and the first tech removed two of her nails and also ripped off a part of her real nail and then said she cannot take off the rest of the nails and started arguing her telling her that no one else will take off her nails in the salon and that she could leave… I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this store very unprofessional and rude staff.

I got my nails done here last weekend Van who did them was amazing She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that and understood why I was asking for them that way. I have two fingers that turn in and she lined the nail perfectly not offset to match other fingers like most places. I will definitely return there. I also think the prices were very fair could not be happier with my new nails

My nails looked so amazing when I got them done! Perfect manicure! Better than the others ones that I got in my life. Cindy was nice and very professional and I really recommend her!

Absolute worst place ever do not waste your time or money only 1 week in and they are lifting and their are bubbles all through. I get my nails done all the time and have never been so dissapointed. Huge waste of 60 bucks am of my time I highly do not recommend.and a d they made me pay first so rude.

This is my second time doing my nails here. 3 weeks now and still looking perfect! The last colour I got lasted me a month! I’m super happy with the quality and the price. Will keep coming back for sure.

Good place to have a pedi or mani done. And it's conveniently located in Surrey Central Mall or AKA - Surrey Place Mall, for the old timers like myself who remembers that mall growing up in Surrey.

Walked in for a set of UV gel nails and was happy with the results although I did notice the posted price was $5 cheaper than what they quoted me but figured they haven't updated their price menu. Not the most professional staff but fairly friendly overall. The location is super convenient, would recommend.

Complete lack of customer service, very rude, and tries to rip you off. Don't waste your time or money here. I went in for an acrylic fill I saw the sign for $28 which is why I came in. I wanted gel polish so the lady Hannah told me that would be $45. It clearly says its $10 more for gel. I didn't want to argue so I said okay. Regardless of the prices listed she didn't honour it.and when it came to my painting my nails she rudely informed me that each color was $5 more initially she said $45. I usually get a solid color with glitter, and this was annoying.so I stuck to a color I didn't get what I wanted. She was very snobby and rushed my whole appointment. She didn't even paint it properly! When it came time for me to pull out my credit card she was acting nice and was disappointed I didn't tip her. I will never go back here again.

It was my first time and I recieved a pedicure. My nail technician seemed rushed to get my pedicure done and as a result she cut my skin with the nail clippers. Will not be going back there.

I don’t usually write reviews but this one deserves it cuz It was just the worse experience! Tried for the first time and I’m never coming back! Rude techs and pricey for such a bad job. The tech accidentally ran the nail file drill on my skin causing a skin tear and the nail tech named Maria didn’t even apologize for it

Not sanitary. Got infection in finger from dirty tools I'm guessing. Very poor service and very very poor work done on my nails. There were spots of my own nail showing and needed a fill 7 days later. I ended up getting them taken off. Waist of my money. Never going there again. Beware.

I wont let anyone but Van do my nails. As an esthetician myself I Appreciate her attention to detail.

Certainly cheapest by work quality nd service, not by price. This place isnear to my house so i gave it a second chance, firsr time i dnt knw the name of girl who did my nails, but second time 2 days ago girl' name is VAN, who did worse than first time. To management of this place be professional nd pls hire some experiened girls. Totally disappointed.

Not willing to understand.was requesting to sand little bit when doing manicure.she refused to do it and refused understand.very rude to talk to. Customer service is bad. Same lady was rude when asked for the quote for waxing. Entered the salon to give them a business of $200.ending giving them a business for only $50.00.

Cut my nails too short women almost refused service pretty much because she didn't understand what I was trying to say

The girls are so rude. Ill never go back there again. I couldnt wait to leave, the energy in there is so negative.

I did a pedicure with the Shellac and it was done pretty good by some older lady. She seemed very skilled, gentle hands and quiet thorough service.

I had come in and got my eyebrows done. I specifically told the girl to only clean my eyebrows and do not them. She made my eyebrows so thin there’s nothing left to shape. She left them so uneven and I was so upset and she did not even recognize what she had done and did not even bother to apologize. And her coworker saw that I was upset and she asked her what was wrong and they started to speak in their language and laugh. Also I still had to pay full price.

I needed to get my nails removed and they don't even take it off properly, they just stick an acrylic between your real nail and the fake and pop it off. It's painful, especially when the lady got underneath my actual nail and tried to dig in, making me bleed. I don't even know if these workers know how to do this properly, and it's ridiculous that they charge $20 for this service. I now have a drop l dip in all of my nails from when the acrylic ripped a layer of my actual nail off. Please train your workers how to properly do this service

Not the type of person to leave bad reviews but the customer service I received was horrible. I was in a rush and was told the wait would be max 30 minutes, 30 minutes later I was told the wait was gonna be an ADDITIONAL hour. Had I known that originally I would not have waited 30 minutes and would have gone elsewhere. The staff was extremely rude and not accommodating at all. Their services are also very overpriced and they seem to give clients different rates, I've given them a handful of chances now and they seem to disappoint me more and more each time. Save your money! Plenty of awesome nail salons right outside the mall.

I did my nails from here.i was inquiring from these guys about services.the response was not accurate and they made fun of person if one is not able to understand them.so if anyone visting do go there on your own risk.have a gr8 visit at professionail nail saloon.

DO NOT GO HERE! I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE REVIEWS. I am not one to write reviews but this place is so horrible that i had to. I have given them two chances because i work in the mall and it is so convenient to be able to go on my lunch break. Both times i got acrylic nails and within two days the first time and three days the second time one broke. I have been to multiple nail studios and never had this problem. When i went back they made me pay $8 to repair one nail even though i had just had them done. Additionally, when getting a new set or a fill, if you want to do one nail on each hand in a different color they make you pay extra for that too. How does that make sense it is still only 10 fingers? That is unheard of at every other salon i have been to. To top it off the staff is not professional at all, funny that they call themselves professionail, couldn't be farther from the truth. Poor service, poor quality, and they will do anything they can to make an extra buck even though it results in them losing clientele. I have heard other stories like this from many people that i work with that tried them out. DO NOT GO HERE!

Joke of a business - they will hang up on you when booking an appointment and are extremely unsanitary! I honestly don't even know how they are still in business. They pulled out a hair of cuticle cutters while I was getting a pedicure and it had dried up blood on it.don't waste your money going here

If there was a negative I would post that. Those cheap little chairs at the front of the store is who qualifies for service. There was 3 nail technicians sitting doing nothing and I asked If I could have my nails clipped. They kept offering me the cheap little chairs and I asked why I couldn't sit in the comfie one with arm rests and they said "no it has wheels". You sit there. Well it is a cheap little chair that I have seen at stores for $35 and not a real chair. They refused service because I would not sit in the cheap chair.

Do not give these people your money! They are rude and good quality is not what they do. They didnt do what I asked for and when I commented on it being expensive I was told " To go outside of the mall to get it cheaper". I would have walked out if I didnt have to be somewhere. I've been to many nail salons and know I shouldnt feel like my finger tips are tender and just cut up. They have a sign saying they're not responsible for cuts like what a joke.as a client you shouldnt have cuts! This place is horrible!

Don’t know how to honour their own gift certificates. For a “manicure plus pedicure” certificate they’ll only remove acrylics and leave you with nothing on your hands. Waste of money and time!

I feel they really overcharge their clients! They charged me $8 for a sparkle shellac on 4 fingers only. It seems like they give different rates to everyone from the reviews below which made me realize how much of a rip off they care, I think they are trying to earn tip money by charging everyone different rates.honestly there are better places in surrey. I’m not super impressed by the acrylic I got either!
