Profile Renovation

When we decided we wanted to update our kitchen and two bathrooms, we contacted Profile Marble and Bath. Tony worked with our wish list to develop a plan and then set about making it happen. With Tony’s expertise and working relationships with the various trades, Karl’s keen workmanship, and some design ideas from Stephanie, the final result is amazing; beautiful and functional.

Tony kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. He worked within our schedule and kept us informed. Karl completed much of the work on all three rooms and showed a great attention to detail which resulted in a kitchen and bathrooms that we are very pleased with.

The various trades who came in were professional, hardworking and cleaned up after every visit. We also had some additional painting done by Pat, the painter, who was a true professional. He did a beautiful paint job.

We would definitely recommend Profile Marble and Bath to anyone considering renovations. We’ll definitely be contacting Tony for any future projects.

I had not previously met Tony, but I definitely had seen the quality of his work in the remodeling of their bathrooms. When I met Tony I was impressed with his willingness to work within the parameters I needed (RAHA) with integrity, professionalism, and excellence. Unfortunately our family experienced a small fire alongside the exterior of our home and we needed to contract somebody to help us with the repairs.

Profile Renovations was incredible to work with! They called us right away after receiving my inquiry. The team were responsive with a quote shortly after speaking. They were right on time and on budget. The experience was so positive that we also contracted Profile Renovations to do additional work outside of the fire restoration which included a concrete extension to our driveway and a hedge for privacy.

The team was wonderful to work with together with from the quoting process all the way down to the billing process. I highly recommend Profile! They were extremely professional, personable, and made a very stressful scary process easy on myself and my family! Oh and the work was great too! Derrick didn’t stop until the paint match was perfection!

Profile was very wonderful company, when they came to do my bathroom tub to shower the worker was very wonderful he put down drop sheet, very little dust cleaned and vacuumed every day. We had some renovating to do around our laundry area and Karl did his usual perfectionist work. This is the second project that Tony and his crew have done for us and we wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. They gave us a quote, a time line and they stuck to it. Karl was personable and friendly and got the job done.

Profile worked around our schedule to deliver on time and cost.

We had three relatively small renovations that we finally decided to do, a kitchen backsplash, laundry room countertops and sink installation and replace a tub and surrounding walls. Stephanie came out, understood our needs, made some suggestions and invited us to their showroom to pick out fixtures, tile and countertops. The wall for the tub/shower was new to us in that it is sheets of ceramic that look like tiles, but do not need grout as they are solid. They also are applied to plywood so that we could easily add a fixture later such as a grab bar without worrying about finding studs in the right spots. We had a challenge for them in that we were going away for six weeks and then would just be back for two weeks. Stephanie and Tony worked up a cost and schedule to enable the kitchen backsplash to be installed immediately and the remaining tasks scheduled for the two weeks after we came back. They were right on schedule and completed everything two days before we were off again.

With Stephanie’s interior design knowledge and Tony’s renovation experience they make a wonderful couple to deal with, especially because they delivered on time and budget. Before awarding the job to Profile we had asked two other companies for quotes. Both ended up only quoting on two of the three jobs as it seems like the laundry room renovations were too much work for them to want to do. However, Profile figured out what was needed and got the job done. I’m sure that the others could have been less expensive but we would not have received the results that we wanted.

This company did a wonderful bathroom renovation for my mother, Nedra George. She is absolutely ecstatic about the job. The people were great to deal with. We found Profile Marble & Bath through the Home Show at the Abbotsford Tradex Centre, because we were looking to replace and update our condo’s gas fireplace and surround, and to renovate our en-suite bathroom into something we could “age into”—a full-size shower stall, non-slip flooring, new sink, and additional lighting and storage.
Stephanie made repeated visits, bringing samples and offering ideas and suggestions for both renovations. Consistently punctual, friendly, and enthusiastic, she proved herself to be creative and highly knowledgeable. We also felt that her focus was on what would be best for us, rather than on what might provide the biggest contract.
Much of what we agreed on required “special order”, thus increasing the complexity of Tony’s scheduling of the trades, including demolition, tiling, plumbing, gas, painting, and installation of the shower stall, sink, and cupboards. Tony nonetheless kept everything on track, visited frequently to ensure that work was progressing appropriately, and ensured that we were fully apprised of progress.
The tradesmen Profile brought in were without exception careful in their work and they always tried to inconvenience us as little as possible. At the conclusion of the project, Profile even arranged for a team of industrial cleaners to come to professionally clean our condo.
The entire project was in our opinion handled entirely professionally. We are more than delighted with the final results, and believe Profile to have been worth every penny. We would recommend them without reservation to anyone at any time.
